REVIEWS OF LKQ Self Service - Greenville IN South Carolina

I find the part I will be looking for everytime

ideisf .

Very poor and lazy customer service. I am from Michigan and have owned and operated a business that deals with LKQ and have never had any problems with. Very disappointed in even speaking with the LKQ rep at the Greenville S Carolina location. Representative continued to give me excuses as to why he couldn't provide me with a price for a Chrysler 200 17" steel wheel.

Timothy Harris

Worst salvage yard around. Every time I call and ask if they have a part the response is "You'll have to come and look". That's just a money racket. It cost money to get on the yard and walk around and look. I've never found one thing that I came to get. I did find a part but by the time I got down to the office to get tools and back it was gone. Unless you're buying an engine or transmission don't waste your time on these people.

Mary Benjamin

Muddy but interesting.

Joshua Davis

If you don't mind getting your hands dirty and enjoy looking for parts you didn't know you wanted this is a great place! Easy to get to, friendly staff, and fun place to go!

dale kimmell

Sucked manager was smart.

Chance Carver

I work here and I love it, parts I need for projects are here and there a plenty to choice from the management is amazing will work with you and help .you find what you need if it's in the yard and the 3 dollars to enter is not bad price if your going to just learn how to take parts off or trying to learn how to pull a motor by your self I personally go to the yard just to learn new things and how to replace parts because I love to work and fix cars

Glenn Horne

Greenville has plenty but the parts are damage no good or gone.the staff are not nice.especially the ones checking you out they always have long faces like someone licked the red off there candy.Greer location totally opposed

Steve Campbell

Sure are alot of negative reviews. I was going to drive from Asheville. Not so sure now.

Darryl Hopkins

I Am a Viet Num vet. Was ask for my i.d. like I was lying what that about, ima proud to be vet. Would not fake that for a small discoun..PEACE AND LOVE

Mary Peden

This place is a joke!! They can't tell if they even have your part but they want to charge you 2$ admission to enter and look for it, IF THEY ACTUALLY HAVE IT AT ALL. If I want a mystery I'll go to the movies or the library. When I want a used auto part I will not be going to this place, what a joke!!!! I rate them at -5 stars!!

Mattie Lane

Costumer service sucked. Very rude ladies at the desk.

Tony Montes-lopez

As some one who goes to locations like this I don't have high expectations but this place in terms of customer service lowered the bar, I came in and the man didn't greet well, the people in the lot on the other hand were incredibly nice ⊙Pricing :over pricing on everything ⊙guest service 1/100 When I went to pay I don't think they realized that I spoke English because they spoke to me as if I was a foreign child , for god's sake just because I'm Latino doesn't mean I can't speak English. Again racism is always in issue in this location been here three times

Joseph Hayes

Based on the reviews I will not be going there ☠️

Willey Martinez

There are some people over there pulling parts for another used parts stores. They don't let us get any parts. They try to sell one transmission for $1200 inside the LKQ. Please removed all those people and let us get our parts.

jeremy-cog jackson

Evey car is sitting on 3 rims and they aren't even on the frame, the staff was slow checking people out witch caused a long queue and the wheelbarrows look like they have never been emptied, some covered in grease. All in all i would rather drive to Atl for pull a part.

Bach Wilson

Nobody here has ever heard of customer service.

Mikayla Schumski

Great to pick your own part, you have to go often as they get different inventory

Clarence Amedofu

Excellent service

Patrick Johnson

Grate place found what I wanted in and out fast check in and out

Willie Neeley

I have not encontered any problems here. It is simple... You pay to go in and locate and pull your own parts. It is also a way to learn what to do and how to do it before you do it on your own vehicle. If you can't take the part off a car there then dont attempt it on your own vehicle.

Mark Perryman

..came in w a ladyfriend on a Sunday to find a part for her Honda. I couldn't find it and came back up to the front desk empty-handed, and Quince could see there was gonna be hell to pay if I didn't get that part. Quince took the time and went back out w me and found the part..even helped me pick it. ..totally saved me a lot of grief. Thanks, Quince..5 stars from me.

Edward Hussey

Excellent since I was able to find exactly what I came for. The attendant at the reception area was quite surly so I didnt ask him what the drill was. Headed to the vehicle area just kind of browsing; found 3 or 4 trucks that had what I was looking for. Went back outside for tools and a wheelbarrow. Stopped to speak to a friendly, courteous attendant who had no customers at the check-out. She printed two lists to help me determine which vehicles would be substitutes and possibly have what I needed. I removed the parts and checked out; the same attendant was once again courteous & professional. The cost for the parts was reasonable and I'm just excited about installing them tomorrow. Four stars due to the grouchy greeter. Highly recommend this business.

Roger Carper

Quick easy way to sell car for parts to help someone else out

Matthew and Rachael

Bring your mud boots.. use the app to know when your car or truck comes in.. the parts go quick

Tommy stancil

very disappointed they didn't want to give me a refund on parts they said would work but wouldn't and they charged me another 3 dollars to go back on yard for their mistake

Mike Jones

I saved $ and had fun. Definitely go here if you need auto parts. Do research first though to save time and trip. Regardless, it's still fun to go to. I have never been to a auto recycling facility until this past Saturday. My wiper motor went out on my car and I checked prices online to purchase used/reconditioned from an online store. The lowest price I could find was $40 hire than finding it at LKQ. I know that doesn't guarantee that the part works and works correctly, but I asked if they have a return policy and I was told 30 days with receipt. They have an updated inventory list, so you can see if the vehicle you're hoping to find might be there....but keep in mind.... and their words, ..."First come, First serve." There are 2 locations in the Greenville area. I went to the location located off of White Horse Rd. Some tips I could give if you're a newbie like me, is definitely take the original part out first prior to going... I did this and realized I could fit all the tools I needed in my pocket (also realized that I needed to run to Lowes to buy 1 more tool)... You have to pay $3 just to walk onto the lot... kind of surprised me, but I get it (insurance/injury/liability/possible death reasons) Although, I did research on other national chain auto recycling places and they only charge $1...-oh well still fun... The staff was very nice and they explained the process to me. When you go in, you have to sign in, they check out your bags/cases/tools that you're bringing in. If you bring in any old parts, they mark it with a certain color paint, then you sign form, pay, get your hand stamped and go hunting. Another good tip would be whatever part you're looking for check auto part store online databases... (not google) Google ran me around in circles for some reason... Example; I typed in the wiper motor I was looking for on O'reillys auto parts website and also Autozone and Advanced auto parts. When these websites return search results, they usually do a good job to give you all makes and models that more than likely also contain the same part number. Come to find out the part I was looking for, is installed in multiple car makes and models, so this made it very easy to track the part down, check LKQ's inventory list, go and find the thing. They also have a price list on their website as well... Good to know... So that being said, even though I didn't know about the $3 entry fee + part + tax + the tool I had to buy at Lowes that I didn't realize I would need until I got to it, .... I still saved $25 rather than buying used/reconditioned online. I had lots of fun, the staff was nice, the facility was organized. I will definitely be back and I will gladly recommend them to anyone I speak with about cars and parts. Also, do some research on Google, Youtube, etc. about tips and when going to a place like this... I found some good ones. But you can't really learn unless you actually go and do it. That's the best way to learn and see. Have fun...

Ben Jordan

I think it is a rip ott

Avery Holder

They had what I was looking for, and some things I wasn't. It's a junkyard, it's about what you'd expect.

RiseOf Kings

Prices are not identical to the website. Item was literally 28x more expensive than listed. Fail

ROBB AIKEN

$180 part only cost me$6 and I was in there and out in bout 20 minutes

Tommy Pic

The place is in order , they just need to be more specific on the parts prices. If it was my yard I would throw out the people that just break and tear things up to get a part . It seems to me that your losing money letting people do that . I have looked for a lot of parts to find that they have been busted out to get something they probably didn't even pay for when they left, just go look at all the over head consoles . I would pay some people to just walk around and catch then and throw them out for good

Walter Guthrie

Great customer service, and if your looking for a great deal just pull your own parts it's awesome.

Carlos Osorio

Really Bad place to get parts from...employees are really rude, and they usually overcharge for the parts...Manager are extremely rude as well... Why pay to support Rudeness...Not to mention by the time the cars get to the lot they been thoroughly dismantle leaving only bad parts available ...DONT WAISTE YOUR TIME...There are other places with more integrity around Greenville.

Jerry Stevens

I called the 800 number a few weeks ago and asked how much they'd give me for a 1996 Ford Probe. No body damage and no real mechanical problem. It's just been sitting for 12 months. They offered me $350. I thought that was okay but the title was in my son's name, they said he needed to be there in person and he couldn't get away from work. So we transferred the title to my name. I called the same 800 number back and was offered $150. Um. I don't think so.

Michael Thai

Great prices

Ken Richner

Worst customer service I have ever seen they are not handicaped tolerant I asked if I could get assistance with a few heavy parts if I was able to find them I explained I was disabled and their answer to this was go find a customer in the yard and ask for help we don't do tbat!!! I did go Into the yard paid my $3 found my parts and had to abandon them because there was no help for me! I was injured in the service but I don't usually tell people that I don't want pity just a helping hand once and a while! The person that took my entrance fee saw my Military ID and my USAA credit card (that was refused Cash only for the entrance fee) these people should be ashamed of themselves!! And the managers who oversees the employess needs to find a new job since He/She has 0 oversight of the emploees.

Chris Vest

You can find some stuff but the people tear stuff on the cars perfect stuff they ruin other than that it's not bad

Democus Davis

Clean organized facility. Affordable priced.Friendly staffed.

Samantha Baker

Never in my life would I have thought I'd be getting charged to Pull-A-Part off myself and then get charged also for the part and when I had called the man said they kept inventory of their stuff but he couldn't tell me if they had the part I needed. When u leave u you pay you have a receipt that tells you what you paid for but they can't tell you the inventory on any car or any part so you come down here pay your $3 and if they don't have the part you need even though they have the car and know wat they've sold off each one but they cant tell you

Sebastin Stevens

Great place

Tom Bo Nash

Always nice to know that when I go to LKQ, I will find something needed by myself or someone that I know. Lots to go through.

Allen Ramey

Could have bought a new part for what we paid for used one. Checkout clerk was rude and unprofessional.

Ash Hall

Friendly at check it. Spent a few hours pulling a transmission. We asked if we needed to bring our engine hoist but they said they had their own. So at check out they ask us to move our transmission from a 4 wheeled tired buggy to a wheelbarrow. This transmission is a few hundred pounds so we exit the lobby and use the chain hoist to carefully drop it into a wheelbarrow. Meanwhile, the guy at the register is muttering under his breath and irritated that we are using the chain hoist to do this. He sends a woman over to check on us so she can say once again that they want the transmission in the wheelbarrow. That's what we were doing but apparently they expect us to lift it with our bare hands. Then they tell us we can't use the chain hoist of lower the transmission into the truck bed. So we have to wheelbarrow it out the front door and there are high yellow barricades we had to lift this giant part over to get into the truck. Another customer had to assist us with lifting the part and at no point did the faculty offer to assist us. They said the chain hoist was for engines only and wouldn't let us use it. Not pleased with the customer service at check out at all.

Josh Extine

Never be back again and will never buy from LKQ I have ordered meany parts from them. But after I was in Greenville sc and stoped buy the self service location was treated Badly at check out. Just lost my business Bradleys salvage yard

david worley

Your prices are too high unsatisfied with my visit

james baker

Good selection of used parts

James Upton

Waste of time driving all the way to get there. Like others have said... the cars are completely stripped and it's obvious that people in the process destroy whatever to get to the part. I checked 5 cars that had a specific part I needed...... all the same.

Luis Romero

I went to LKQ in Greenville. Saw a truck posted that morning and needed a part off of it. When I got there just a couple of hours of opening and could not find truck. The man driving the fork lift took me and showed me the truck. Took me to a different spot then where it was suppose to be. The engine was already taken out and was on the ground. He told me it was his for me not too touch it. It is sad that the employees can take stuff and hide it from customers. If you are going to run this business then you should not post stating its available. I drove 45 minutes for this Russian speaking fork lift driver to hide the truck. I will not be returning.

haron njenga

Horrible customer services very poor

eric kleffman

This place has has saved me 1000 's of dollars!!

Christopher Hinton

Came in to get a part for my 4 runner. Only had one there but it had the part I was looking for price was very reasonable.

Timothy Zuehlke

As always a good experience. I like the new workers here now. Only negative is I feel the price for fuel injected motors was a little high considering I could get the same motor from another place and it would be pulled for me.

Leroy Comstock

Either other reviewers are spoiled by having a company like LKQ nearby, or I've never lived near another decent pull-a-part in all my years. Staff are as friendly as is necessary (take my two dollars admission and leave me alone) and they make it easy to access individual cars - having them elevated on thier own wheels is a huge plus. I have been to lesser pull-your-own lots and have laid in fresh mud to get the part I needed. Every visit to LKQ/Ron's is a few hundred dollars saved, and there's no reason to give them less that 5 stars that I can find.

Ricky Hamby

Been going here since 2008, they have better cars and trucks than the other locals. Bought several parts over the years for my TJ Wrangler from them, they don't always have them but I have not ever found them at crappy Ron's in Greer. Yeah, I know LKQ bought them but it's the same deal as when they bought A & R, they kept all the crappy employees and just changed the signs. Anyho, I will keep going to the Greenville yard, they revamped the yard and made it easier to get parts. I pay my $2 bucks every week.....can't wait for another sale!

Ian Mcpeeters

Worst LKQ around! I normally visit the You pull it lots in North Carolina and saw this LKQ not far away in Greenville SC, and decided to try it. This place is the the dirtiest lot out of every place I have visited. They also seem to use a different parts pricing guide and nickel and dimes every miniscule piece that comes off the lot. My suggestion is head 20 miles down the road to the Grier LKQ and avoid this one at all cost!

Bacon BitsItIs

Cars aren't separated out by make like the map on their webpage. They are however spaced well enough to get to what you need.

Leon Estep

Sucked, staff was halfassed

Joel Stevens

Customer service is terrible. Many of the other stores are willing to help you get a heavy large component from one end of the yard to the checkout with a forklift or bring you an engine hoist or help you get it down there these guys will not help you in any way

Mike Haro

Once again, an awful experience. Went in to pull an ac condenser and radiator, and got sprayed with freon. This is the only lkq location i have ever been to that nearly all of the cars have completely full ac systems. Isn't there some kind of epa code forbidding this?

Bonnie Evans

Buyer Beware We called the contact number given on their site and of course you can only speak to a answering service. I explained the parts I needed for my car and was told the Greenville location would have them. So My Husband takes off on a Friday to get them... it takes him an Hour and fifteen minutes fighting traffic to get their arrives a few minutes late and they told him sorry we are closed so then on Sunday he takes off again to get there pay the fee to go on the yard to find out they have nothing. This place is a waist. Even if you look on their online site they will show you a pic of a car, but it will probably be stripped down just like what happened to us. You waist your gas, pay a fee for entering, walk forever to arrive at a car with practically nothing left on the care

israel martinez

Lying bastardssss. They made me look for a car i ask. And they especifically told me was there. And it wasn't. Lyingggggggg bastardssss sssssss. It is colddddd as hell. They made me look for an inexistent vehicleeee

Frank Pham

Waste my time . Paided 3 dollars to get in, most cars have not things left . Could find a part, not recommended

Arturo Ruiz

One day I purchased an engine, the engine didn't fit to my car when I went to exchanged it the people at LKQ from cashiers to the manager didn't believe me that the engine was from them. Very unprofessional people.

Mr Brown

Good selection of vehicles, but very dirty/muddy/parts everywhere in the yard; more so than should be. Little cleanup and little gravel would go a long way. Main issue is always the checkout. Simple parts that should be sold for the price listed as a whole they work to find a way to charge you for that part plus any possible add on(piece of trim, switch, lens, screw, wire, larger than it should be when they have multiple size/price and soforth). Makes you think there are getting commission from charging more. The other big issue I have is everything at checkout is by a number in their system. Not a part name. They stand there and call out numbers so you do not know what they are ringing up. Many times the numbers have not even been correct for the part. And don't dare ask or you get an attitude from the woman who was calling out the numbers to the cashier. Their number system is flawed and shady IMO. Be up front with what you are charging the customer for not some random number only they know what part that number is suppose to be. I've been to a lot of "u pull it's" and the continual negative experience at checkout makes it one of the worst.

Shane Timmerman

Great place shop there often

Oh Mann

I used to enjoy this place, but not anymore. People part out everything and will tear up good stuff to get what they need, which I thought generally happened, but nope, don't part out a seat out of a car. I needed just a seat cushion for a car that was in great shape, the leather was not torn and it was clean and not sun damaged (which is extremely hard to find in this lot). After much effort to get just what I needed, the staff marked the part in case I needed it to return, come to find out they wanted to charge me for the whole seat because it was equipped with a non deployed airbag. The manager was NOT going to work with me about it so after over a hour parting out what I needed for my own vehicle, I left the seat cover there. I asked what would happen to it, he said it would be thrown away. Go figure. I learned my lesson and I will not return.

Lux R

Some of the worst customer service I've ever encountered in my whole life. When my boss asked to speak to a a manager over price gauging ($74 for 5 inch sections of grilles from front end collisions) we were told to go back into 94 degree weather to take pictures of the cars we took grille pieces from for a reduction. After close to an hour we were charged even more!! Take your business elsewhere. My favorite quote was the assistant manager telling her customers to 'not get an attitude with me' I wish I could give half a star or less.

carl newton

Had what we was looking for at a great price. And good quality still lasting running good. Check them out you want be sorry.

Julia Moreno

Horrible like always

Carolyn Chasteen

Was given 2 different prices on the same vehicle (my husband called and I called at different times)...when we had it towed there, the manager refused to accept the car after we were told on the phone that the car was worth between $225-$250...the MANAGER of this White Horse Road office then threatened to have my car impounded if it was taken off the lot immediately...insulted my husband for asking a simple question of WHY they wouldn't accept the car....if I could rate this place w/ 0 stars I would; SO UNPROFESSIONAL!! Don't take your car here/try and buy parts from here! So rude and so unprofessional!

Martin Jones

I don't like their concealed weapon ban. Not that I'd really want to carry while pulling parts, but just the idea. They bought out my favorite junk yard (Rons) and now they have a sign prohibiting concealed weapons as well. Yea, the staff can be rather unfriendly at times, and yes, you'll never know how much something will cost until you take it to the counter. I only go there because it's 3 miles from my house. Wish there was a better pull a part in Greenville.

Andrew Papier

Since when is it good business to close on the weekend. Most of us that are not in the auto industry and DIY work during the week. I guess I will never buy anything there again...

Melody Domingues

BUYER BEWARE: YOU CANNOT PURCHASE JUST WHEEL HERE. Selection was ok. I was notified beforehand over the phone with a representative that the car I was looking for was on the lot but not guaranteed what parts were left. Was not notified about the entrance fee but did not mind. My big issue here is that I told the front desk rep that I had called and spoke about getting just the wheel for my car. I was told to pick the park and bring it back up, which I did. When it came to payment they tried to charge for the tire and the wheel, which again I told the desk rep I only needed the wheel. That's when they decided to tell me they no longer offer the service of removing the tire and I had no choice but to buy them together. I spoke with a phone rep and the desk rep, who charged me the entrance fee, and was NEVER told that I had to purchase the tire as well. I will not be returning to this location and will be sure to steer people away from here because of their lack of transparency.

Kyle Gnagy

Friendly staff, decent speed and moderate selection. Will return!

Brandon Wideman

Helpful salvage yard. similar to pull apart. Great place for parts

Cactus Squad

This is guaranteed the worst pull a part I have ever been to. The Greer LKQ is great, they charge me right the first time with no problems at all, they are never rude either. However, Greenville LKQ is horrible, it's a zoo. Every time I come to buy an item it's got a different price each time I am ready to pay. I went to purchase a piece of trim that goes around my dash and they wanted to charge me $35 because the manager claims it was part of the cluster.. but it had nothing to do with the gauge cluster! I also tried to purchase a fender for my truck and when I went to pay for it I was charged an extra $50 for the inner fender and when I asked if I could remove it to make it cheaper because I didn't need it all she told me was "sir I saw you trying to buy the fender now pay the full price or leave" like really who does that! I hate the Greenville LKQ don't even waste your time, just drive a few extra miles to the Greer LKQ it's not busy at all and much more choices. Everything isn't ripped apart and thrown in the back of a car like Greenville, and you can pay the price that the website actually says!!!

Jayme Fleming

Extremely helpful and it was very easy to find what I was looking for!!! Kudos!!!

Marcus Sample

Love the places they even have helpers that helps you remove parts.... I will return always...

pop Sebastian

The part was a little more expensive than what they quoted me on the phone. Really think it's ridiculous to spend $3 just to go into the place.

Michael Duncan

Not a good place to git parts. the employees are rude,it almost as if there mistreated dy their employer.

Larry Overfelt

All the vehicles are destroyed beyond recognition with very few usable parts available. I obviously couldn't find what I was looking for but the girl at the desk still demanded I be searched before I was allowed to leave. Also, all the vehicles are leaking oil and other hazardous fluids on to the ground and I'm honestly not sure why this place hasn't been shut down and classified as a hazardous area.

Eddie Burns

Wanted to sale them a car but they dont buy them on weekends. so I scraped it for the same thing they offered to give

Blake Elliott

Great place friendly people

Bryan Klopfenstein

It's been three days and still waiting for a call back. Guess they don't want my business.. I thought that they where better than that from all the ads I see

Art Luciano

Great folks running this place. Always friendly and courteous. Very organized yard. LKQ has been there for me for years in many different cities. You'll love the Greenville yard.

Paul Robinson

Victorious, everything I needed plus so much more. The prices are unbeatable.

Ken Ray

Couldn't find everything I was looking for had to go to the other LKQ still didn't find everything I was looking for just have to keep looking

Benjamin Zuehlke

Get in early to get access to engine lift if you are pulling an engine. Price little high for direct injected engines. Great inventory!

New Generation

Not nice at check out and does not clearly stamp items so if they don’t work you can’t return them they are more of a joke then a Business will never go back

Jed Cantrell

Poor,I was lied too about them haveing two Pontiac G6,they got the last 3.00 from me,the young man at the check out could have cared less poor management I should have got my money back ,I didn't get a part that they said they had...... liers.im just curious of how many more ppl they have done rhis too?

Jesse Martinez

$10 to remove fender, $12 to remove doors, $25 to remove radiators, $12 to remove front bumpers, $12 to remove decklids, $10 for headlights, etc. Look for him, he's homeless but working for his money instead of begging on the streets. Hard workers, good guy, keeps your hands clean and cheap labor. Their everyday at greenville lkq near outside soda machines.

Chris Messer

Great place to pull parts. Can be difficult to find the vehicle you need. Besides that great place.

Angel Rivera

Great deals friendly service and great inventory

Mark Platts

Called about a part. Yes, we have it, it cost this much. On sale this weekend too (Black Friday Sale). Show up, pay $2 to enter the yard. Guess what isn't there. The right car with the part I called about. Sorry, see the sign, no refund of your $2 either.

Jon Stegenga

Helpful friendly staff. Saved a ton of money by going here!

YARITZA GUTIERREZ

Ate a pernil sandwich was very good the only bad thing was had some chicharon but was good

Slav Don

Zero customer service.. very rude people..

Wait and see

Very good staff large yard of parts.

Amanda Hensley

They suck! Needed a fuel pump and all the cars were sitting on tires to where you couldn't get to the gas tanks and the staff said the cars couldn't be moved or else you would be kicked out. That was the only part we needed and they wouldn't even refund our admission fee. I will never go back there. Bad business and staff was rude.

Kenny Owen

Been there many times besides a few staff is very rude and unhelpful I can call and ask them how much a part is drive 45mins to pull it get to the counter and it will be a totally different price I've also called to see what time they close been told one time and get there just to be told they close at a different time other than. That bullshit normally I can find the part I need

ko wild

What a total joke this place has became. I have spent many hours and cash in this place but today after i paid $3 to get in. Go pull the 2 rubber exhaust hangers i was needing just to have the woman tells me $10.78 is my total. Like for real 10.78 for 2 little rubber hangers, i should have just left them in my bag for the $3 chance id actually find something. Lkq is nomore a junkyard but a retail store selling parts YOU pull for whatever price they choose. I miss lkq from 5yrs ago. #QUITTAXING

derek anderson

$3 to gamble and see if the part you need is there. Their prices are getting pretty close to places that will pull the part for you. I went with a list of parts for 5 different vehicles and got parts for only 2 of them and 1 of the parts has to be returned bc it don't work. All 5 vehicles I went for were at this location. I typically go to their Charlotte location seeing if I strike out I can hit pull a part FOR $1.00 and their prices make it worth pulling your own parts....

Michael Geurink

Helpful staff.

Nicholas Lathren

Excellent service very helpful highly recommend

carlos nolasco

BEST PLACE TO BUY USED PARTS, VERY FRENDLY AND GOOD PRICES

Jason Kelley

I found the part, so I was happy about that. But they charged 28 dollars fro a trunk latch. I pulled the dang part myself! You are better off by going to the Greer location. They are much friendlier location, and will give you a better price. 28 dollars is not going to break me, but come on! I was annoyed more than anything.

michelle huaman

This junkyard SUCKS balls. Greer one is 100x better. This one gets packed with sketchy people, all cars are destroyed, and the workers here are rude like they have NO customer service skills. Waste of time.

Karen Baynes

Very nice place

Igor Sizov

They told me that there was one car only on the lot that I needed. The couldn't tell me about what kind of damage it had. I asked if I can just go in and look at the car to see if the parts I needed we're available on it. But they still charged $3. They suck. Wouldn't hurt them for allowing me to go and see, which would only take a minute. Other than that I like that establishment.

Tracy Brown Seagraves

Went early on a Sunday morning. It was so quiet and peaceful.and they had almost everything I needed

S Family S Family

This was my worst experience ever at a LKQ. I was was wanting to purchase a pair of front seats clk320 2002 vin#WDBLK65GX2T121621 Check out seem to not have any knowledge of seats with air bags was insisting that these seats had air bags in them that someone cut the tag off they said. I tried to explain to them that seats with air bags have engravings stitched in seats if removed will leave a slot for missing air bag. I was very polite and offered them to look up vin call dealership which I did. This option was not offered that year dealership explained, the dealership but they were not hearing it. I left the seats and probably want come back to that LkQ very unprofessional from check out to management, he didn't have a clue but thought he did. That happens when people don't know and are not willing to listen.

Malcolm Pitts

Nice friendly people.

Teresa Martinez

I needed some random hard to find interior parts for my older Mazda and on a whim googled "salvage yards near me" LKQ had good reviews, and their pricing and inventory was the most straightforward so I gave them a shot. Good experience every time I've been. I can see a few people talking about the cars being picked over, but after a little searching I've personally not really had any problems. They keep inventory up to day and within a few days of my first visit they had new cars in and I was able to get more of the parts that I needed. The $3 really isn't a problem in my opinion either. Cheapest factory mats I could find for my model = $75, LKQ cost around $4 + $3 entry fee so it was well worth it to me. Will definitely keep coming back.

Chuck Cannon

They told me 3 different prices while I was there for the same part and she was very unfriendly.

Isis Fernandez

customer service over the phone is very NASTY!!!! They speak with to you with an attitude, and my question is why have customer if the are worth no f*king help!!!!

Paul Levesque

Good place to save a lot of money on parts. Usually have what you need. You never know. All told they are a lot better than Reeds where they are rude and obnoxious for sure.

Stanley G

Great shopping place they have what you need

Alysia Warren

Found exactly what I needed

Mathew Madden

Great selection of cars (at least the ones I need parts from). Staff going in is friendly and inviting. Going out is another matter, the gentleman working at the register wouldn't even look at me or speak to me beyond telling me the price for the parts I had. He told me the price which was $55.00, I handed him my card to pay only to realize afterwards that they had charged my bank account for $63. At no point did the clerk tell me of any fees associated with using debit or credit cards and even if their are fees that is an extremely high markup. Very dissapointed!

nick Chan

Horrible place to buy parts, i understand you are buying used parts. Counter employess are helpful and try their best at this location on White Hores rd, greenville SC. The managers on the other hand....well you know. (if you don't have nothing good to say don't say it at all) If you need used auto parts and plan on pulling your own. Your best bet is Ron's pull a part on hwy 29. Super friendly staff and managers, and fair prices.

Jeff Smith

Awesome place to go

Synergy Spine

Prompt, very professional and excellent work. They did a one acre parking lot in 3 hrs. Very satisfied.

Gary Fields

It's OK....pull-ur-own part and be courageous....You'll get what you want, but don't whine....You'll be just fine there....

Lewis Josey

They didn't have what was listed on the App for LkQ.

Fred Gillespie

Horrible staff should fire all! Never mind just close down save Greenville the hardache. They desirve 0

William George

This place sucks.

Jerome Torrence

Great place to show for car parts

ian hippler

Yesterday was the busiest i have seen them and we got through the line to get in in just a fee min and the check out line moved fast. The only prob is some of the vehicles arent where they were supposed to be but all in all 5

Stephen Stone

The people nice the cars were nice and even the mud was nice jk but still it's a really good place to go of you are looking for parts especially if you have a newer car for the older cars though I didn't see much I drive and 86 d150 and I didn't see anything for me but for my 05 Kia optima we found a new hood new visor and if we needed anything else we would have been able to get it off of the cars there

brett owings

One word "TERRIBLE"! Rude employees, over priced, and why in the world would you close on weekends, so now I have to take time out of work if absolutely have to use this terrible place!

Vanessa Lopez

40% Memorial Day weekend sale was awesome!

Curtis Wykel

Great place to start adding to start your improvement of the ride you want

Catfish Hunter

Love this place be sure and ask for Charlie in the yard if you need a part pulled

Ellen Borga

Just tried to call to see what year range of vehicle I can get a starter for my car and had to call the 800 number. I was told the local yards no longer accept incoming calls and I'd have to drive there. That's over an hour each way! They just lost a lot of chances for my business!

Brian Moore

They have no idea what they have in inventory. Went looking for a side mirror. They showed me three cars of my model in their inventory screen that had side mirrors. I paid the $3 they charge just to enter and found that all three cars had been picked clean. No side mirrors, no nothing. If they are going to charge people $3 to go in and remove their own parts, they need to keep up with their inventory!

Nancy Gallaway

Great place for used parts

Curtis Lee

Very organized and interesting concept, cost $3 to get in. Most all of the cars are extremely parted out before they are placed in the yard. The car I was interested in was received just a couple of weeks ahead of my visit and there was not much left. This concept may work well if you are looking for parts for a very common model or models they have a lot of. The other trick is to go there immediately after a vehicle is received. If it's been there a little as a couple of weeks it's too late

R Johnson

I get parts from here to resell. I can usually find what I am looking for. Don't expect any favors from the staff, they are paid to charge for everything you get. I love their 50% off sales!

Kevin Seay

Staff was unhelpful like advance auto parts tell them u want washer fluid and they ask what. Engine 4 or 6 cylinders. Should least have Lil vehicle knowledge instead of just being computer idiot his name was Ken. Beware

Justin Scott

I love this place. This being said. If you dont know what your looking at or how it works, you probably should not be pulling your own parts. If they have the car in there inventory and you know what your doing, youll come out extremly cheap compared to some other place pulling a part for you. (I do not work for or am i speaking for LKQ) I just think the low rating are by people that dont know what there doing

Cliff Emus

The staff where helpful in giving me a list of what row the vehicles that I was looking

Richard Shook

Not good, said they had the car,it was not where they said it was and plamed us for not finding it.which they don't have.the counter girl sucks.

Virginia Johnson

They worked endlessly to find a part for my husbands car when we got stranded out of town they were awesome and friendly. And we got our part we needed.

TIM Perry

Staff definitely could use some people skills, but all and all a good experience. The new LKQ app is a pretty awesome tool. It lets you search for the exact year, make, and model part you are looking for.

Marie Bolding-Tyre

We have been able to get specific parts and FUN part for automobiles

Dot_Pesos Moneyshot

LQK always handles good business!! All questions are answered...freedom of part pulling and when needed there's a lot help available whenever I show up!!

Gina Dunnlove

Love this place! Find what you want get it yourself pay and get the heck outta there Beautiful

Frank Tovornik

Had everything and more of what I needed. Great staff

Chris Horn

Horrible place, horrible prices, staff extremely rude every visit

Mike Falls

Today makes the 3rd time, I have went there, and the price was higher at check out than price list. Today I went and pulled a dual fan set up, it says $32.00 for duals-- I get up to register, the girl says they are $59.00 , it's considered 2 fans. I don't know what going on up there, it was my go to place, but I won't go back till they teach these people how to sell it , like they list it.

Stephen Burns

I was there for 20 mins and got what I needed. Always on point.

Jason Knox

Had same experience with trans as everyone else. Hope this helps lkq as well as customers get parts out with out killing ourselves. Y'all say Corp office wants customers to put trans in wheelbarrow . It seems like common sense would tell u as well as customers like we have that it's to much work to take out trans roll up a hill then load in wheelbarrow. Why is the customer not always right and common sense kicking in and telling u if we want to keep money coming in that pays our pay check u got to change? I stopped doing my job and helped Derick guy u pay when u come in most time unload parts when he use to deliver parts 4 other lkq a&r inc. and I can tell that Corp office or someone want let him do same 4 me. I can't help to get mad at him but they are over the top strict with employees so hard to be mad at anyone besides lkq Corp office or mangement in this store for not using common sense that it ain't working blaming Corp office cause customers are all saying same things
