First you send wrong part to repair facility for my truck then for 2 days straight your incompetence in sales and delivery drivers has missed delivery when you said you would be there. That is pathetic I am in this field as well and if our Powersports dealership had incompetent suppliers like you we cut ties with them. And do you care how it is effecting the customer at the facility who's vehicle it is no you don't. Your business practices are pathetic. No wonder you have people pick there own part cause your employees are probably not competent enough to.

Well organized by make. Gravel not a muddy hole. Pays to watch web site and join their garage. When cars hit the lot you'll get notifications. Prized parts dissapear fast. Prices fair, military discount.

The yard itself is fine. But good luck trying to get ahold of anyone if you can't get to the physical location. For 2 weeks I've called, I've emailed, I've done the online deal, trying to see if theyll buy my car. I've done business with them before and had trouble reaching them but I could just stop in and ask someone back then. Now it's impossible.

Very friendly, they offer a map to make finding the vehicle you need easy and fast. The prices they give you is great. Went for a door latch for my truck, new it is $115. Went to LKQ and got the latch and the catch plate for $13 and it was in new condition.

The people working here have no knowledge on products at all. I was told over the phone there was a part I needed there, when I got there no one knew anything about it nor could they give any direction on what part was what. Ill be reporting to the BBB as well!

Pretty good selection of "pull a part" type of parts. They do have inventory listing online so you can see if they have the car you are looking for before you go there. It was $3 to get in and walk thru the yard. Prices are within reason of what you would expect.

Dont waste you time or money with this company. Hours of Sun-Mon 9am-5pm but they actually close at 4:30pm. All I needed was a radiator but now they have wasted my time.

The car was on their website but when we arrived there we were told it wouldn't be there til Friday. The guy also said the part was around $39 but the lady there said it was $205. LKQ is a great place but the new manager is incompetent and a poor excuse for a employee, he doesn't know how to relate to customers and is not management material. I hope they will replace him soon. I have instructed my employees to go to other pick it yards and only go to LKQ as a last resort!

Should be 0 stars... Scheduled to sell a vehicle... No one called during their 2 hr window.. I had to call them 3 times before they just told me, " oh it looks like they're not going to make it today.. you weren't even scheduled you were just in the system.." whatever that means.. damn I guess I was stupid for taking time out of my day and counting on what I thought was a legit business to hold up they're end of the bargain.. their attitude on the phone was so terrible.. seriously feeling sick now, Merry Christmas to me, just got fu**ed LKQ style

Worst junkyard I have ever been to ever. And I have been to the them from Georgia to texas, to Maryland and all in between. Very unorganized! Chevys with Fords, Ford's with Nissan. Place sucks ass! Walked all over it, aile after aile, and no where did I find the vehicle they said they had. Place sucks ass!

The Savannah location has a tendency to scam their customers. I should've have taken the advice of other reviews. They will give you a quote for your vehicle, and drastically drop the offer when they get it to their lot. Total scam! Not to mention that the customer service reps and the managers don't communicate at all - either that or they are all incompetent.

I had a good experience for the most part. Tons of imports including toyota, wayyyy more than at cash n carry. But LKQ is totslly unwilling to nedotiate prices. Wated full price for a door that had beed stripped down to the metal! Made no sense at all.

Beware of the scam. If your selling your car to them, They will offer you one price to get you in, but once the vehicle is at their location they reduce their offer by $50 for whatever excuse they come up with and if you don't except the offer, they bill you the $50 anyways for the "towing fee". It's a planned scheme. Terrible business. Also the teller at the counter kept taking the drivers coming into the door with truckloads and dealing with their issies before finishing up with me. I spent atleast 45min there just trying to sign my title over. With noone else in line.

This used to be my favorite yard. Now, most of the staff are rude and unhelpful. Fee to get in went up. Plus, they charge an "environmental" fee that's non refundable if the part you purchased was no good. I drove an hour one way two days in a row to purchase and return a bad part. I've done nothing but waste time and money with this place the last few times I've been here.

Never have anything you are looking for. When you go in looking for a certain vehicle they basically tell you it's out in the yard if you can find it. Other yards can tell you the row the vehicles are on so you don't spend an hour looking for it only to find that it is pretty much gone anyway. Would not go here unless you have no other choice.
