Broke down in the middle of Second Loop Road during the morning work rush...pretty much a nightmare scenario. Jones was called and was there within 10 minutes. Now, that kind of response time can't possibly happen in all situations, but you just can't do any better than that, and FAST was exactly what the situation called for. The driver was friendly, empathetic, and professional. He handled an awful situation just about as well as you could ever ask. I will recommend Jones to anyone who will listen!

Had an unfortunate collision with a deer while traveling on I-20; but FORTUNATELY had the opportunity to deal with the courteous, diligent staff of Jones Auto Wrecking afterwards. My car was only 5,000 miles old and the damages totaled over $14,000. Stewart Jones and his staff went out of their way to ensure my car looked and drove just the way it did when I purchased it - and in a timely manner too! I have nothing but high regards and positive comments for their work and their attention to detail. Stewart made certain I understood all that needed to be repaired as well as the timeline for doing these repairs. Previously, I had gone to Jones Auto for other routine services and had always been more than pleased. Very deserving of the five stars... you will find nothing but honest, friendly and hardworking people there!

State Farm recommended Jones after my Ford Escape was rear ended. Each staff member I dealt with was friendly and helpful. They were thorough with the inspection and found small damages that would have been big problems for me down the road. When I got my vehicle back, it looked like it was rolling out of the factory. If I have a need for collision repairs in the future, Jones will be the company I use.

Had trouble coming of the I-95 with my car and was sure I was going to get to get swindled by some questionable tow truck owner. I called blacks tires.and they recommended this business. My tow could not have went smoother. The process was easy and they have me vehicle to blacks tires in the promised time which was super quick. Best of all their price was very affordable. I highly recommend there business.

These guys are not only the fairest price I found in the area, but they went above and beyond! My Driver needed to get to the Bus Terminal 15 miles from the truck drop location and the Wrecker Driver took him without hesitation and made sure he was on time. The owner found a lot for me to drop my trailer at to make the process even easier! If I could give more stars I would!

I was recently in a front end collision and had my car fixed at Jones Auto Wrecking. If you have ever been in an automobile accident you can understand that it can be a very stressful time. With that being said I have to say that Jones Auto Wrecking made it a very stress free process from handling the claim, helping with the rental car, keeping me updated on the process, and the most important part the body work that they did was outstanding!! I have to say I think my car looks better now that it did before i was in the wreck!! I closing what made me write this review is that the owner of Jones Auto even road tested my car with me to make sure that everything was to my satisfaction. Now thats professional service with a smile!!

I wrecked my car last year and I had it repaired at Jones. Service was on point from beginning to end! The staff was friendly and the gentleman handing my claim was very knowledgeable. I am not sure if it is routine, but my car was even cleaned inside and out! I would highly recommend this business.

Our car broke down at a gas station right outside of I-95. Mark from Jones Towing not only took our car to the local Toyota Dealership, but he also took our camper to his lot where it would be safe in case my car couldn’t be fixed in a day. My wife and I were on our way from Jacksonville, FL to Raleigh, NC to flee from Hurricane Irma. On I95, in Florence, we were rear-ended and it caused $14,000 in damages. Our car was taken to Jones, and to be honest, we had no idea what to expect. The folks at Jones contacted us, walked us through the estimate, and gave us an expected completion date. The car was done 2 days before the estimated completion date, and it looks and drives fantastic. The repairs were done on a Mercedes E400, and I couldn't have been happier even if the repairs were done at a dealer. Fantastic customer service all around. I wish these guys had a shop in Jacksonville...
