Way over priced for USED parts. Thay make their money in salvage, but rip the poor man (public) off on junk. I'll never go there again. $2.50 for a 23 y/o spark plug wire! (Ford puts the year on them)Geez... I bought a new set of beldon's at NAPA for $10 more. 200,000+ miles on an IAC valve for about $ 15. Forget g.s pick your pocket self serve.

They're starting to get greedy on pricing. Tires went up too much, and they actually charged 30$ more than what they told me it would cost for a bumper cover just because the grill was extra. And the grill was molded into the bumper!!!

Staff is very friendly and very fair, never try to gouge you over little parts. Get in, get what you need for a few bucks and go. Pretty huge lot, big selection. Definitely requires some rummaging, walking around and getting your feet muddy, however, if you've never been to one pick n pull.

Every piece of metal has a core charge. I bought a wiper arm and a rim . I bought 35 dollars in parts and the core charges was more than what I bought . Lost my business and every person I know will be told about this new bull. Extra charges doubled the price .

What a ripoff. Was told they had used part I needed. When arrived they had me sign a release form and charged a $2.00 dollar few to enter. After searching for the part they claimed they had 6, found in fact they had none. Refused a refund. What a way to make a living ripping off people by lying to them. Live and learn, hope some of you don't get burned. How can you rate a thief? But if I don't it will not take the comment. Funny right!!!

Huge place if you're looking for a part you just go in and get a ticket and they tell you where to walk to for you to get the part yourself. The part I needed there was supposed to be available on two vehicles, but only one was found... but I was able to get the part I needed! And it was very reasonably priced as well!

Hey...The Gal & fellas there were polite, courteous & helpful. My first time at a "pick n pull" to help a neighbor with a 2000 Camry and they were absolutely great with a fair price. I was in the used/recovery biz for 17 years in the electronics field and many times people want items for next to nothing NOT realizing there is a cost to do business. BTW...the had a great outdoor wash area so customers can wash up before leaving. HIGHLY recommended, appreciate the professional,kind, helpful employees & won't mind going back at all if I have too. Thanks for a great experience.

It used to be a decent place to go to get parts cheep now they nickle and dime every little thing called and ask about a fender for my truck man on the phone told me its was 29.99 go there the next day get the part and the lady tells me its 59.99 and a 10.00 core for a fender(so 50.00 for a fender and the old fender thats of same value) the next day not going back there anytime soon to get riped off and do the work for nothin

If you're able get the parts off yourself, this is so worth the money! You pay a $2 fee to get in, then you find the car that has your part. Then use your own tools to remove it, take it to the counter and pay a minimal fee for it. They will give you a wheel barrow to carry your parts.

Cheapest used parts prices you'll find if you don't mind getting your hands dirty. Can be muddy, if it's been raining wear your boots. Cars are elevated and easy to get to. Us car guys consider it a pretty cool automotive adventure.

Can't buy a single used tire as listed. Charged me to tell me that I could only purchase sets @ $250 and up. Must purchase a set of 4 tires with rims. Will avoid in the future.

Really bad customer service, they first had me leave work early with promises of picking it up that afternoon. When I called at 4:00 I got no answer on 5 different calls. Finally 15 minutes later I got through to their parts line. They informed me that it was now too late because I called too late....... well it wouldn't of been late if they would have picked up! They were only offering me $100 at the time, when I told them I would be looking elsewhere over the weekend they promised me $40 more to come at 8:30 in the morning, of course they missed that window as well and said they were on their way and that my roommate could sign for me. An hour and a half later my roommate had to go to work and said too bad. They will try to make you feel like they are doing you a favor, but to be honest buying any car for $140 is a deal. Going to be looking for other options, it's not about the money anymore it's just very poor customer service. Look Elsewhere!

The only downside to this place is their parking lot. When I went to get a timing cover for my Dodge they were busy and parking was not the easiest task. I also think the parking lot could be swept up so you don't get things in your tires. Regardless, I will definitely come back here for parts in the future. They have a huge selection of makes and models and the staff are friendly.
