Never will I trust these people again!!! Kevin Promised a rebuilt transmission for a whole week and still dont have it. Now vehicle in shop for a week tieing up a Bay and I owe storage to the shop just for my van sitting there. And still no transmission!!!

I looked on website an it said they r open on sundays from 9 to 5. I knew them had the part an drove 48 miles to get the part an found out they are not open on sundays so i didnt get my part an loss gas making a worth trip because they lied on their web site. Im very disappointed in them.

Do not walk away form this place, RUN. Stole my $900 for a motor they were 100% responsible for. Guaranteed to fit and run properly. 1) Motor didnt fit 2) It took three months to find the harness and parts to make the motor fit 3) Once installed, motor overheated immediately, bad water pump, bad power steering pump, blown head gasket 4) Called Gaston for the 100th time and again, "its over 30 days there's nothing we can do about it" Well if you sold me the correct stuff to begin with it would have been within it's 30 days, but I'm sure they would have found a reason to void the warranty even then. Thanks Gaston Auto Parts for standing by the parts you sell and supporting your customers to the fullest! Not even a "sorry" or a partial refund was offered. Absolutely nothing.

One star only to be able to leave a comment!! I paid for a motor to go in my truck, Dropped it off said it would take couple days, which turned into weeks! Got it back and had to take it right back!' Skipping!! Run horrible! I paid 700$ for motor and 500$ for labor. The man had the nerve to say " what did you expect when you brought it down here not working!". Now just got it back after over a week again and it still is not running right! I will never take something there again! But I will not stop until his truck is fixed!!

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would!! I paid 1400$ to have my transmission rebuilt and here it is not even a year later the trans went out and the fly wheel missed up.. And to add they kept my car for damn near a month while I was in a rental car that had to kick out for... NEVER GO TO THEM TO REBULD A TRANSMISSION WORK!!
