I had a cargo trailer stolen from me. I was told the trailer was taken to Don's Car Crushing with a load of scrap and they scrapped the entire trailer. We called on a Friday and they said they had the trailer or remember seeing a trailer matching the description come in. I returned Monday morning 9 o'clock when they open with a police report to try to retrieve my trailer. Blake the guy in the office told me what's my proof that the trailer was there and there's no trailer here and I could go look. So I went to look obviously did not find my trailer. With that being said I am left to believe they crushed the trailer before I could get back with the police report or police and now there's nothing I can do about it. I don't know how you sleep at night Blake knowing your receiving stolen goods and crushing them before the rightful owner can get there to retrieve it. you should feel ashamed of yourself and bad for the victims such as myself. Don's Car Crushing is horrible and may as well be Thieves themselves.

My son and I had been looking for a replacement door lock and actuator for an older model Hyundai without success. I went into Don's Car Crushing and although they didn't have a compatible vehicle in stock, Kevin quickly found a replacement part in their network of dealers. I paid, and he had it in 24 hours later. The cost was about 1/2 the cost of a new part, but that included overnight shipping to get hold of it, and they gave me a 6 months warranty. When it arrived, I couldn't find a part number on it, and there are several similar parts around which are not all compatible. But Kevin assured me that if it didn't fit, he would find me the correct one. No problem, because it did fit, and it works great. Excellent service all around. Highly recommended. And I've just gone back for another part, which speaks volumes... :-)

Great spot for secondhand auto parts. Excellent selection of vehicles, fair prices for parts. Run by good people that won't nickle and dime you to death like some other self-service junkyards that I won't mention here. Its a dump. Not organized or sorted at all. Staff aside from the front desk girls are pretty much there just to be there. No clear pathes to even get from the front to the back of the yard without sqeezing between cut up fenders and broken windshields. Speaking of broken glass, the ground at dons is 100% made up of a combo of mud/broken glass/scraps of metal/and plastic. I used to go monthly about 4 years ago and aside from the mud it was an awesome place to go get what you needed. Clint was in charge back then and the grounds and staff were run in a way that made sense and proved useful. Its not even worth the $2 to get in unless you can see what you need from the front gate.

You get to choose the car from which your parts will be removed, you can walk around freely, friendly staff unlike other similar places, and very happy prices. I am always happy to go there and happy when I leave.
