I paid in full for this shop to put a motor into a car. I asked the mechanic Tim if he was certified and would he stand behind his work and guarantee it and he said, "yes". He also said that he will have the car fixed in one week and that he'd inform me of the progress. Almost 4 weeks later I have not heard anything from him. With my money in his pocket he says he can't fix the car and he will not refund me my money. This is very bad business and I suggest that you pay a little extra for a real professional mechanic to do anything for your car. I'm so disappointed that I chose this place and then they turned out to be a ripped off. Some "mechanics" make their living by lying to paying customers and Mr. Tim Dockery is on of them. Keep your money.

Paid for a part on Saturday Oct 7th. Was told we were next in line to have the part pulled and they would call when it was ready. When they found out that the part wasn't even on the car, there was NO communication from them. They ordered the part from another junk yard without even a call to us. On Monday, we were told that they had to order the part. Tuesday we were told that the part still wasn't there and we could not get a refund. It was Friday when I finally got mad that they had our money and didn't supply the needed part that they offered a refund. Now we have to wait for it to be released back into our bank account. Extremely bad business practices and absolutely no customer communication. Not even an apology.

Great salvage yard. Much nicer than LKQ since they actually take the parts off and bring them out to your car. Prices are cheap and the employees were very helpful.

Called this parts store to inquire about the hours and we were told they close at 2:00 pm. We arrive at the store at 1:45 pm tao find that the employees had just locked up and were leaving the location. When we asked about getting a radiator for my friends car. The employees said they would not reopen, got extremely rude and drove away. We attempted to call the owners at numbers posted on the door and neither of them answered. I will never purchase anything from this establishment, I also strongly encourage anyone to shop elsewhere. ..

Needed motor for my car. I called several places then called Adams. The lady there told me they had one with 125000 miles and guaranteed me that it was checked out good and that it was a good motor. She said she had never gotten a bad one from the company she got this one from. I told her I didn't have money to put in another one. She even told me she would go with this motor. Very convincing! So after paying to have it installed I found out the heads were bad. I talked to the lady at Adams and she told me to get an estimate to repair and they would help me get it fixed. I did. Now they are refusing to help me. I can return it but I would have to pay someone to take it out. So I will be out even more money. I will never do business with Adams again and I suggest no one buy a motor from them.

The out right lied about having a part and after driving over an hour to get it they said the part that the had posted a photo on the net was damage beyond repair. Didn't even apologize for my long ride. Not surprised seeing how shady these guys look. I would take my business elsewhere.

Do not go to this place . The staff is very unprofessional, they told me my part would be there at a certain time (10am) and the part was not even there. The lady had the audacity to give me a excuse that the part was four hours away, but when I paid for the part days ahead of time she did not tell me that at the time of me paying for it. So Ieave the store , my mechanic calls me asks me if I can call them and ask if I can get my money back. So I call ,they put me hold and then the lady picks up, she is rude as ever, basically yelling at me ,telling me that I can not get my money back for the part since it is in "route". I ask her why is she being so rude, she tells me that I ,the paying customer,is being rude. Then she tells me she will call me once it is there then hangs up in my face. Worst Customer Service Ever !! I would not reccomend no one to this establishment.

Went down to pick up a transmission for a customer. They had what I needed and guaranteed that is worked. Got it at a great price and it worked like brand new. They have lots of parts for good prices. I am very satisfied. Only part I don't like is they won't let you go in the parts yard like LQK and search for what you want.
