To start this is a salvage yard, and from dealing with other yards in the past I would have to say I am very pleased with the way 301 Auto Parts conduct business. They have a friendly staff and almost any part for your vehicle. I bought 3 parts and one part they didn't have, but they tracked one down for me free of charge. I will be doing business with this yard again! A++

Good Price's. They told me pay for the parts ..first through online with a PayPal and we going to mail it next day I was waiting for one week and no part calling back they say the parts it's gone and is broken .... a refund transaction and they told me part is broken Horrible people. Told me they have a part. they tell me it's damaged and broken. Don't bother calling to order anything it wasting your time! WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE!!???

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WAITED 2 WEEKS FOR A PART THAT WAS NEVER SHIPPED. EVERY TIME I CALLED THE SAID IT WAS GONNA BE PULLED AND SENT OUT THE FOLLOWING DAY. FINALLY I HAD TO GET A MANGER ON THE PHONE ONLY FOR HIM TO TELL ME THAT THEY WERE''NT GOING TO SEND MY PART OUT. AFTER 2 WEEKS!!!!! I ORDER PARTS EVERYDAY FOR A LIVING AND I CAN TELL YOU I WOULD NOT WASTE MY TIME CALLING THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN. Horrible people. Told me they have a part. I drove 3 hours - when I arrive they tell me it's damaged and broken. All along they knew I was driving 3 hours away. Didn't bother calling back! WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE!!???

These guys are on their A game every day. They open at 8 and close at 5:30, out pacing the competition in EVERY aspect, including hours of operation and most definitely customer service. This place is always my #1 go-to place. Never any issues, and they stand behind their parts 100%. I know a few yards that need to take lessons from these guys!! 5 Stars, #1 in the business.

I could not believe how much a computer module cost for my car so I searched and found 301 auto parts. My goodness what a difference in price! I saved so much money compared to what I was quoted by some places selling new ones. I did not give a review for awhile because I wanted to see if everything would keep working for awhile and I have had no problems. Because my car is a older model i'm sure my computer module will last longer than my car and that is all I can ask for. The people there are so very nice and were very helpful. I'm so busy with my daily life but I was so impressed with my experience here I had to make a note to make time to give these folk a review. Thank you so much!

Ordered a complete bumper assembly and apparently the grille and foam pad aren’t part of that but the rebar is... so pretty much paid for a bumper assembly and got the bumper cover and rebar

David was awesome. they had a van of ours that was totaled and a GPS unit was not removed before it was picked up in our yard. I tracked it to their location and called David to see if there was any way they could take this out and send it to us. David said they deliver down here everyday and if they could find the GPS, they would remove it and send it. it showed up today. i am very impressed as a business owner with this level of customer service. Kudos to them.
