The house was like a night and day difference once they were done and it was a huge weight lifted off our shoulders. They were polite, professional, and efficient. Contacted Junk King of Rhode Island on Friday, arranged a quote for Saturday morning. Not only did Larry and Chan show up early, they were very friendly and knew their business. Larry wants to build his business, and with his attitude and professionalism, he will quickly. Professional, personable, hard workers. They did the clean out quickly, and cleaned up immediately. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. The woman who booked my appointment over the phone was polite and very nice. We had rocks from the old landscaping of our pool that needed to be removed. We booked for the junk removal team to come the very next day. They called me 15 minutes prior to arrival, showed up on time & were extremely polite and professional. They gave us a great price and went above and beyond. They even took away the leaves that were in the area they removed the rocks from & cleaned up our patio and other leaves in the yard. We didn’t even ask them to do that. They swept up the dirt in our driveway after hauling out the rocks. They worked quickly and provided excellent customer service. So much so, we happily tipped them on top of the cost for the job. We will be recommending them to everyone we know & will absolutely be calling them the next time we have items that need to be removed. Very rarely do you ever find customer service like this anymore. They were a breath of fresh air.

I have hired several companies for junk removal over the years but his was by far the best one. They gave me a very reasonable quote and took all the things I asked to remove. Afterwards the two guys swept the garage floor where some of the stuff was located. Then they used a leaf blower to blow away debris left behind from the stuff I left on the driveway. I’ve never had any other company do this! Very professional, courteous and quick!
