Extremely helpful and knowledgeable, didn't have the part that I needed but directed me elsewhere and this was the only junkyard that actually kept an inventory!

I was given a time of arrival to pick my car up. After a half hour of waiting I called and was told they lost my number and address and it would be an additional 45 minutes. 1 1/2 hours later I call again and was told they are running behind it will be another 20-30 minutes. Needless to say very inconsiderate and didn’t have the decency to let me know i would be waiting 3 hours. Call someone else they would get there before Christmas unlike this guy.
