we contacted a previous salvage company who quoted us $125 for our very old and not running grand marquis. after waiting a week, we contacted the same salvage company who now no longer wanted our junk car because it was older than 2002 (it was a 2000). feeling annoyed, we called this company here. not only did they take the car whilst being so friendly and timely... they quoted us a price higher than the first company we had initally contacted. i would definitely recommend this company to anyone who need to junk a car. quick. efficient. friendly. and $$$. thanks again guys!

I had 3 vehicles that I needed to get rid of. I lived in Blackstone MA. Looked around and called a few companies that deal with the cash for a junk car thing. I also called a few salvage yards. I got the best price from J&M. The issue is that I was moving and everything had been packed up...including the paperwork for the cars. So... everyone else was asking for paperwork. J&M didn't need it. I called him Friday and he was there Monday to get the vehicles. I got money on the spot once he showed up. Thank you for clearing up my issue

They quoted me 350 junking 2 cars.. said they'd be here to pick them up between 3-7pm.. waited around all day for them to call last minute and say they couldn't make it that day.. guy shows up the next day and says 200 for both.. f*** this place total rip offs!!!! This is my first time doing this but that's how horribble this company is I'll start by saying I'm in a rough spot right now car broke down week later lost my apt an 3 weeks later lost my job not that any of that matters !!! But he junked my car for me well I didnt know about turning in the plates so bout a new car went to register it an couldn't die to a block so the DMV wants $250 unless I got proof I junked it. So spent another 2 hours looking for the place well this company was the one I found who has the car.... So tell him I really need a letter saying you junked it an he wouldnt do it said it isnt his problem that he wasnt around today finally after multiple txts and calls he says his guy is going to look around 7 to 9 pm well that was the last txt from him so I'm paying money for something I dont have to when I could take that cash for food an a place to sleep for a night or 2 !!!! So basically you want a guy who doesn't know what customer service is and is all about himself call him but the company cash for junk cars llc was so helpful tryimg to find out if he had my car spent alot of time on the phone with me call them if you want too notch customer care hes your guy not this peice of trash company here!!!! What kind of respectable company doesnt have an address hmm one that is screwing the gov and his customers we are paying for your trip to florida your in right now

I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Not very honest. I called these guys a week ago and they quoted me $200 for a car my son had. They even mentioned that they weren't like others who quote one thing and when they get there they low ball you. well, what a difference a week makes. I gave the phone number to my son, he called, was quoted $200 and when they got there they low balled him and told him all they would give him was $120. Just beware that this is the tactic they take; I guess just like all the rest.

Was quoted $200 when I contacted this company, got blown off for three days to pick up the vehicle and when they got to the house they would only give $100. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Called them today to accept the deal and they were at my door within an hour and gave me more than the initial quote because the truck was a V8.
