I would be very wary of this business operator. I called to pick up my car, and they sent someone here. Months later I get a notification from a city that the vehicle is being towed away and that the car is still in my name. The operator/owner stated he sent someone else there of no affiliation and argued his involvement. I call your business, you send someone there, then deny it is your responsibility/involvement. Very sketchy indeed!

Disappointing experience, unprofessional. Driver didn't show up as agreed upon the day before. I waited 30 minutes after the scheduled time and texted him again. He apparently had "forgotten" about it and had to request the vehicle information and address again. He then arrived and did not pay me the amount that I had been quoted on the phone - stating that the car "did not have aluminum rims." I was upfront about the cars specs when I called for the quote. Furthermore, had the car not still been drivable he would not have been able to get the car out of the driveway because of the lack of equipment he showed up with - no tow truck, no flatbed, just an SUV with a car trailer. Before leaving he said to make sure I went online to give him a "good review" and indicate "that Big Rich from Exeter took care of ya." Needless to say, I was not impressed.
