The job they did was very good....fast and friendly. They pulled into our driveway, loaded up and left in less than 45 minutes. Marcel and the team are a class act and very professional. I would recommend organizing junk that you want removed to help make the experience go smoothly and quickly. We're getting our home ready to put on the market and time is at a premium. I would def call them again when the dust settles in our new home.

This was my second experience using 1-800-GOT-JUNK and once again it was seamless and professional. I received a telephone call the night before and then a call from the driver in the morning with arrival time. All of the men were professional and courteous, they removed all of the requested items. Payment was as expected, I would highly recommend them and use them again.

Today i had a King size mattress removed from my second story bedroom. Maurice and Brandon from 1800gotjunk arrived at the appointed time and were very friendly and professional. They were able to retrieve the mattress, navigate the staircase and many furnishings without mishap. I am very pleased and will certainly use this service again. Great company!

I don't like giving bad reviews. But I used Got Junk for my work. They came promptly, worked out a decent price and the crew was very nice. But they left a mess and spilled oil on the ground, damaged the floor, left nails, razor blades and glass outside the space and inside. I am still awaiting a call back. Not a good first experience. I will not call or recommend them to anyone.

I've hired these folks several times over the years and the same guys have come to my house each time, so they have become familiar to me. Polite, helpful, and enthusiastic staff. Today, they amazed me with their willingness to do far more than just haul away junk piles. These young men took apart the wooden foundation of an old shed for me. In the process, they encountered a bees nest. We took care of the bee problem and the whole experience was convenient and even pleasant.

Set up a appt for july 30th got a call the 29th saying the computer system screwed up and they couldn't fit me in and could they do wed the 31st instead same time. I said yes no problem, get a call today the 31st at 1:30 saying they are in their way. They screwed up again and want me to accommodate them on another day, I dont think so. No answer from the manager even though cusomer service said they talked to him he will not answer or return my call. Bad buisness my advice stay away. Spoke with the franchise owner and he apologized for all the hassle and we would work something out. Fri one of the managers called and left a voice mail offering to do my run sat, well unfortunately as I told the other manager the day before I'm not available sat. So I'm not going to frustrate myself any further and use a different company. The owner definitely cares about his customers but in my opinion the 2 managers don't pay attention, take notes etc.

The guys were super nice but the prices are steep. I know the guys that were here weren’t trying to gouge me so I’m giving it 5 stars for the actual service alone. The box spring I needed to get rid of would’ve cost a total of $125 onto my $219 total( partly due to a $70 environmental fee) which is ridiculous. So the box spring is still sitting on my driveway bc I dont have enough money until next week :/ but they were friendly timely and did work with me. Maybe I’ll borrow my neighbors chainsaw and chop it up and drop it off in the dumpster at Stop and Shop

Really just an awful experience with this company. They were supposed to pick up a mattress on Saturday as was scheduled through their online scheduling. Two different people called to ask if it could be rescheduled. The first asked if it could be done on Monday. I stated that I work during the week. He said I could leave the mattress in the driveway. I was not comfortable with this option as this is a return of a mattress purchased online and I need a receipt to get a refund. Though I was hesitant, I agreed. They then wanted to reschedule it for Tuesday, again having me leave it in the driveway. I agreed to this as well. They then call me early on Saturday morning to see if they could pick it up that day. I was asleep and didn't get the message until much later. I assumed that they weren't coming on Tuesday and intended to call to reschedule. Instead, they showed up when no one was home. They now want to charge me a $75 dry run fee. They were also very rude when we did call to try and rectify the problem. I generally found them to be unprofessional on the phone and very disorganized. I would not recommend using them.

Jeremy and Mike took away our old basement fridge, an old couch and a large bedroom set along with a few other things. They couldn’t have been more professional or polite. They were extremely careful not to scratch our wood floors. I couldn’t have been more pleased. The price was also reasonable. Highly recommended!
