The person I texted with and the people who came out to pick up the TV were very professional, polite, accommodating and pleasant to work with. All the workers that came the day of our service were very professional and hard-working. My family's situation was unique in that we were cleaning out my father's house; he had just passed away and my mother was still having a hard time deciding what to let go of for good. We decided to "assign" the female mover that came to my mother so she would not be overwhelmed with all that was happening and could work with just one person to finish up making her decisions. All went smoothly and if they had any questions they did not hesitate to ask. The price was extremely fair and affordable. I would definitely recommend this company to any and all who might need this type of service, it was a God-send for my family!

From the first call to Junk Kings I was impressed. They came out the very next day to give us a quote and were prepared to remove our item on the spot. Our moms basement had not been used in 20 years and was full of old items in damp conditions. They removed everything timely and were so respectful of the space even though it wasn’t the nicest space. They even brought back a box of pictures that we had originally asked them to throw out, which was something we wanted and mistakenly threw away! We are so grateful to have those keepsakes back. The space was left clean and the folks who worked at our house were so kind and respectful. I would highly recommend using them for any of your “junk” needs.

The original estimate before they put it on the truck was around 200 and ended up being more than 300. The one employee didn't know how to read the chart to show how much was a truck full. It's based on pickup trucks full of items not the truck they load the items on. It was quit confusing and I almost felt like once they had the items in the truck I was stuck to pay their amount. Update: Owner Don contacted me and apologized for the inconvenience and made sure I was treated right.
