Called to see what metal they accept n where to go to take it exactly in the yard since I was never there before and the guy that answered the was a complete douchebag. Got an attitude and was very very rude. I left. Never going back. Very unprofessional.

Pleasant experience doing business with buckman iron and metal scrap yard. Good prices and very "neat/organized" for a recycling center. Hard working crew and very informative. Ive been going to the same scrapyard for over 15 years (uss aucheys) but im looking forward to doing business w these guys in the future from now on. Stay warm and humble!

The clerk usually comes off as rude. But I give him a pass because he probably deals with idiots all day. It's a scrap yard not Target. What do you people want? I have always been happy with the cash received from recycling.

Complete rude ignorant people. Scam you for your scrap. Pays everything as light iron even 1/4 to 1/2 in thick structural steel... Garbage place to go... Douchebags

Terrible front office, called to ask a question- no answer provided and I was hung up on. If you don’t believe try calling the facility - from my experience I suspect this is how that individual functions on a daily basis.

Requested information about services after discrepancies on their website, but the man answering the phone wasn’t contrary to every question asked. He was not familiar with the services they offered. He was rude, quick to cut me off and we will never do business with them .
