This place rip you off. Never consistent with the price for metal they give you. I hauled in 441 lbs of hospital metal bed frames, and got $21 check. That works out to be about 4 cents per pound. Not even worth my gas it takes to bring it there. Call other local recycler for better prices. I even called to complain, but got the "we don't care attitude"

Dropped off my metals.. 1 week later.. Still do Not have a check.. Unreal.. Go somewhere else..there prices are low and obviously can not figure out how to pay their customers in a timely fashion.....

Great place. I'm a homeowner and have used them when we have more metal than we can put in our curbside recycling. They have been consistently friendly and helpful. This last time (today) we recycled our old gutters along with some old cyclone fencing, and a guy proactively brought a dropbox to us and helped us sort out the ferrous metals. Thanks all, great group.

Was gonna bring them 80 tons of racking until they docked 1200 pounds off my first load for 150 pounds of peg board the load was 5,000 pounds won’t ever take my stuff there there lost snitzer pays better and doesn’t dock you way nicer too

Pretty good place to sell scrap metal. Scale house employees are always friendly. Other employees are pretty good as well some need to brush up on language skills to make communication easier.

I used to buy metal here for my sculptures. I called today, and they state they dont sell to the public. Well what am I then? This is my business though as an artist it is under my name. One star for service so bad you can't even purchase.

Great scrap shop, especially for non-ferrous. Very fair pricing, and not too picky. It can be a little intimidating for first timers, and the staff at the gate don't always have the time to be 100% helpful, but you'll get the hang of it!

Consistently the least considerate, most dangerous, and most self-serving drivers passing through downtown Vancouver. I urge Port of Vancouver to rid itself of these scary clowns at their first opportunity.

Dishonesty false advertising or (maybe employee theift ) Took my oem catylitic converter in with two differant quotes ( $200 mail in ) knowing i was gonna get low balled i needed emergency cash however i did not know how bad they rip off people .. Without looking at the cat says not interested. I stated i did my research and phone call i had made prior to visiting the establishment.. He stated "$15 all they do is sit on shelf " i stated. At the top of my lungs..... "Sombody help im being robbed " chuckled turned around and walked away..... I turned my cat over the next day for $127 . :)so my review two thumbs down. Two middle fingers up .

I have been taking aluminum and steel here for years, they are the mafia, tell you one price over the phone and give you a lesser one once you have unloaded. I hate going there but not a lot of choices out there. Still the same, just dropped off aluminum boring's was told over the phone that it was 40 cents per pound. Get all done and go into the office and when I look at the print out it says 30 cents. A bunch of crooks and they no what they are doing. "Just tell me the correct price over the phone so I can decide whether I want to go somewhere else"! My stars just went to one and it would be zero if I could.

For semi-trucks Appointment isn't problem here . They can take load bit earlier or late . Just on entrance is scale . The are quick . After u have to wait for them to ascot you to dock . The waiting part depending on how many trucks are front of you . They have only one dock , taks about half an hour to unload . After u have to get out & re-enter to scale empty .

No Stars for their complete inability to treat their customers as human beings. ridiculed from start to finish, not to mention the fact that they quote me one price on the phone and when I go there they tell me that none of their buyers would ever quote that. Not trying to plug in any other yard but the guys by the speedway with the blue trucks seam to be more on the up and up. There I got my quoted price and was greeted with smiling faces. Heed the warning, stay away from these crooks!!!!

Truck #72 is horrible. He almost caused an accident on I5 for absolutely no reason except he thought he need to try to squeeze in between myself and another vehicle to exit the hey. Why would you speed up to cross 3 lanes without signaling when there was absolutely no traffic where you were in the first place.

They insisted I let the crane unload my 2008 Ford Super Duty. I wanted to hand unload, but I was told it would be much quicker and better for me. Operator hit my fender well and left an 8 inch dent. Thanks
