1st off they close at 330 PM not 430 PM. 2nd, You MUST arrive in a vehicle in order for them to even take what you have. 3rd, ANY amount of metals that are not tin or steel requires them to hold payment for 3 business days before they issue any check. WHICH THEY TOLD ME AFTER THEY TOOK MY SCRAP AND ADDED TO THEIR PILE OF OF SCRAP. At that point it was a done deal and forced to wait until I receive a check in the mail. My small amount of scrap metal totaled $19.80 but now I have to wait a week at least before I see any of it and I'll probably have to pay five dollars to even cash the check. However customer service was not bad I guess more or less it's the long list of restrictions they have on making sales to the scrap yard and I understand it to a certain degree but I think they're a little bit overboard here in Oregon with the whole scrap metal thing.
