I called another another auto wrecking company and they completely ghosted me. They scheduled to pick up my car at 11am the next day, and then I never heard from them and they stopped answering my calls and messages. Cash for junk cars picked up my car within a couple hours of me calling them, messaged me with updates on their location, AND towed me for free! All I had to do was show up and they gave me cash on the spot for the car. Great experience!

Set up an appointment for last Saturday at noon. After no one showed up, I called to ask if everything was OK. The guy told me he would call the driver and see what's going on. Never got a callback. Called yesterday to set up another appointment, he said he would call me back in 45 minutes (right about the time they were closing), never got a callback. I was worried they were just incompetent, until I read another review where they did the same thing to someone else. I wouldn't call this company, unless you like being blown off.

I don't know where all these good reviews are coming from. Fake maybe? Told my boyfriend they were coming 5 times in 3 days and never showed or even called to say they weren't coming. We had to call them every time and ask where the hell they were. One excuse after the other later we were told yesterday they would be here today by 2 and surprise surprise they never showed or called to say they weren't coming.. AGAIN. so we called a different tow company and he came same day, ON TIME might I ad. I wouldn't recommend this company at all.

I tired to get my car towed for over a week and they lead me on lying to me that they were coming to get my car. They never once called me back when they said and its extremely clear that it is not purely negligence but poor business practices. the 5 star reviews are faked if you read more into the negative reviews you will see that this company is notorious for never showing up and having terrible customer service.

Super awesome company! I've been trying to get my dead car towed for awhile. The other company set windows for pick up and never showed. I texted this place this morning and they not only offered way more but said they'd be there at 2. They called 30 minutes before to confirm and Raul was there right at 2 and boom handed title and he gave me cash. Quick easy and done. I wish I called them first and just got done with the first time.

They were suppose to come pick up my car(for a cheap price) but they led me on for 2 days.I had to keep calling them to find out where the driver was and they said they would give me a call back and I waited all night for the call with no phone call coming my way even though the person that answered assured me he would call me back(This happend 3 times).Overall horrible experience with these guys , they clearly are not a stable company or need better management.I DO NOT recommend this company at all.Wish I could give negative star rating but I can't

Hey they were great. The driver was on time even a few minutes early. Raul he rocked he was fast even took out my new battery I took it with me took the plates off man the guy was flying as fast as it possibly could be done. First thing in the morning before I even had my coffee!!!
