We had a huge project and Cascade came out the site with their equipment and made the experience easy and profitable. Taking metal into their place simple and they gave us great customer service and best price for our scrap metal. Don’t waste your time going into White City or anywhere else.

Lord., reading reviews I must say I’m hesitant now, I own and operate small businesses., watertower, ground storage, pressure vessels, towers, etc., reside in GP, but hardly ever here, and every couple years I have too replace weld leads, not just few either., talking thousands and thousands of feet, so I strip, and money get goes too the replacement of old. So really need to get a fair price, is-thus only place to do businesses?

Web said they are open. Sign said closed at 4. Was there at 4:03 with a truck load and was refused. Maybe update your web hours of buisiness. 3 minutes vs. a truck load of scrap!!!!

My experience with this establishment was an absolute atrocity from my fist contact with an employee (excluding the unloader) until the time I left. I pulled up to an empty scale at 9:20am to get a weight on a simple hot water heater for recycle, and the older lady in the booth sat at her desk oblivious I was even there. I waited for 3 or 4 minutes in my truck before I thought, hmmm... maybe I need to knock on the window? So I get out of my truck and do so. Well the lady didn't appear to take that too kindly and came outside with her clipboard, and an attitude. She didn't give me a so called 'hard time', but something about her was off. Well she went through the rundown on where to take the item and what to do so following. So I go through those steps and back out to the scale. I pulled up, older lady came outside, got my weight, and asked me to pull forward and come to the side-window. I pulled up off the scale and parked along side the curb with plenty of room for other customers to go by (there was nobody else in line for the scale at that time), and went to the window. I waited for one person to get payment and then it was my turn. The older lady asked for my ID which I gave her. She asked if my mailing address was current and I said yes, but dont want any mailers from them. She didnt like that statement and got huffy about State Law requirements for items less than $10.00 and i said that's fine, ok. Then a customer pulls onto the scale and she helps them instanty, and gets their weight. The gentleman just sits there in his truck for 60secs and she says to him you can go on through. The driver says he doesnt have enough room to go by me. He had 9ft of space with nobody behind him and 30ft of area on the right to use. The lady vents her frustration at me for where I parked. I said you specifically told me to pull forward and park, and come to the side window which I did. Secondly that gentleman has more than enough room to go around from where he's parked. She SNAPPED at me replying he shouldnt have to go around! Wow!! I said I've gotten nothing but ATTITUDE ever since I got here. Then the old man comes storming in from the other room and LAYS INTO ME! You know what the problem is here he tells me. He says you're an ASS!! I could'nt believe what he just called me. Nothing like, can I help here, or anything to de-escalate the situation. Old man only made it worse! I replied how am I the 'ASS' here. What did I do for that INSULTING statement. You're and ASS he just kept replying. I said fact, she had an attitude off the get go. She told me to pull forward and park, so I did. The older lady knowing I was right told old man to let it go and ADMITED she said that! He told me to get off his property before I was even paid for my hot water heater and was aggressive. The older lady hurried and gave me my $3.00, yes, $3.00. Even as I was walking awayaway he was still not letting it go. I FINALLY had enough and said get off my f***ing back! I won't EVVVVER go there again!!!

Don't go here they are way low prices and they quoted me a price on the phone and at the scales but when you get to the office the price is way lower than they tell you twice. Worth the drive to White City for recycling
