I was very pleased with the top service I received. Mr. Lamont, Clayton and Nigel., arrived at the agreed time. They came prepared with tools to disassemble my waterbed waterbed. These gentlemen were very conscientious and being careful not to damage are scar any thing in my house. Very professional and polite. I contacted Junk King to clear debris left from demolition of a run down barn. A quote was scheduled over the phone. Nigel was there when he said he would be and called me on the way. My removal was scheduled about a week out. TJ confirmed the day before, and meet me at the site day of to make sure we were on the same page. Nigel sent me a picture of every full truck during the day, and the cost was actually lower than I was quoted. I am pleased with their professionalism, and feel like the price was reasonable for the work I needed done.

Called when they were 40 mins out early but that worked great. The guys were super nice quick and easy. It is a little pricey. However where a mattress is concerned it was worth it. Will use again in the future :)

In very short order, we had to place my father in a Memory Care Unit (Aug 2018), and prepare his home for sale (Sept 2018). The process was very overwhelming, as there are more "rules" to cleaning out a home than I realized (what can and cannot be thrown away, picked-up/hauled off, etc). Junk King was amazing. The price was more than competitive. The process was very easy. I called, they came x2 days later and gave me a free estimate; a few days later they were at the house and all the stuff we could not keep was gone. They were very professional, finishing before schedule and the final cost was cheaper than the quoted price (they quoted x2 trucks and only used x1). I cannot recommend them more highly.

Someone somewhere dropped the ball.... My girl and I called ahead to ensure we knew exactly what we where getting. Even with our $20 dollar off coupon. I was quoted for a single truck it would be 380$ with the discount. And in the end payed ab additional $70 on top of that. However the redeeming factor to it all is how great the actual workers were. Clayton and Larmont (I'm unsure how to spell his name, sorry if its wrong) did awesome! They where polite, efficient, hard working guys and would love to have them working with me at my company (if I had one). I'm unsure as to what happened but the handlers really made this a good experience. If I had them back I would definitely be sure to pin down the exact price (or amount of trucks) first.

I called a spoke with a girl to set my appointment and told her my items and that there would be some miscellaneous other items. She said no problem it will be charged by the cubic foot, depending on how much space our stuff took up in the truck. No call that they were on the way, our time was 1-3. So we were rushed to get there. When the truck arrived it was full and they couldn’t take all of the stuff we had. We started taking the shelves apart to take less space but they didn’t take them. We will have to call another company to finish. The guy was nice enough, it would have been nice to get it all done with one trip, one company. **After my review posted they did call and ask if they could come back the next day to get the rest of the stuff. We declined. It was nice of them to offer to do something about our pain. So I moved my rating to 4 stars.

They called when they were 15 minutes away to give us notice of their arrival. The 3 gentlemen that arrived to remove our extra refrigerator were very polite and moved it out of the backyard and around the side of the house quickly. I felt like the price was fair and I was grateful they accepted refrigerators with freon because most places I called would not. I also liked that they recycle the appliance and freon, so I know it is not simply sitting in a dump creating an environmental problem.
