Drove 3 hours for 2 parts they have rated as no damage and even called on a fender twice to verify condition. Upon arrival the fender is bent and rusted and hood has a deep scratch. Parts are still rated as no damage even after bringing it to their attention. They blamed it on the website as if the site rates the condition of their parts.

Auto salvage yards have been around almost as long as the automobile. Especially now that cars are designed to wear out. When that old clunker of yours gives up the ghost, and you want to get at least something out of it, you can take it to the salvage yard and they will pay you a few hundred bucks and then they will start selling it for parts and make about 10 times more.

This was my go to place tthen they stole my $10 cash and my core told me they can put my core back on my credit card but i paid a cash core and told me to kick rocks these people suck!!!!! and think they are slick on the money end its only $10 cash so lose a customer over $10 no problem Ill go anywhere else this all started with a bad part i paid cash for and returned to buy a new one and made difference with credit card for the new part so they told me my cash part was nul and void? how cash is cash YALL OWE ME $10 CASH they are going to make it not there fault and say I'm full of spit but it's only $10 i have no need to lie about $10 that isn't anything some how i have to give a star but i wouldn't if i could see the response sure buddy shows they are wrong i did not say one cus word to your i mother was nice no demands were made i asked for my cash core deposit back that was not paid buy credit card it was cash you still have my core and my cash deposit so sence you say im giving demands just give me my $10 cash that you owe because yall kept my part also tell me and the world of Google how you dont owe cash if the part bad part was paid cash i got no cash back and you can't just say to put on my credit card only $60 came from that to cover the rest of that for a good part

I went to get a fuel pump Assembly for my car took to a Mechanic and they said the spring was messed up so I try to take it back to get my money back they said we can’t give your money but we can find a another fuel pump. I asked what happened that one messed up they said they keep trying to find same part until they get it rite. Even after I told them I don’t want another used part that dose not make any sense at all.

These guys are awesome! i was stuck in a bit of a bind. My car started having a lot of trouble so I decided to just scrap it instead of trade it in since it would be about the same price anyway. The dealerships would have scrapped it as well. They treated me very fairly and with respect. I needed to scrap it on a Saturday afternoon but they were already closed. Luckily Ali was still there to answer and was kind enough to stay open for me WAY past close. i would definitely recommend them and I'll probably use them again if i ever have to.

They had a part we needed. However it takes at least half a day waiting for the parts. Also know that they strip the parts down as much as possible so you get bare stuff. Every piece you might need doesn't come with each part. Such as a door it gets stripped down too much. If you buy a door you should get the whole foor. We all know that auto parts today our way overcharged for every piece just like cars considering how fast they depreciate and how easily they crumble it's just not worth the money.

I just called to get an invoice and W-9 to pay for an engine for our business, and the accounting lady was rude and short with me and told me that she needed cash in hand before she could invoice for a part and that they refused to provide a W-9 (even though that's against the law). We will not be doing business with such individuals, and apparently, they don't want our money, anyway. How can I pay for a part that I don't have an invoice for? Very unprofessional. Looking elsewhere and recommend that you do the same, as well.

I do all my own car work and have spent hours at salvages over the last 40 years. This was the best experience I have ever had at an auto salvage. Period. The customer service was more like a fine restaurant than an auto salvage. Workers that know their stuff and do it because it is their job are fine with me... but these guys go way beyond that and appear to genuinely care for their customers, cheerful and friendly. Don't be put off by the "hole-in-the-wall" storefront, the key is the personnel, their knowledge and their stock...which are all top notch here! You don't expect serious customer service at an auto salvage, but you get it at Best Price. Ali helped me, I made note of that name because of how impressed I was. Somehow, while juggling calls in english and spanish, he nonetheless asked me what I needed and looked it up, never keeping anyone waiting for long and always being incredibly courteous. Ali then went out and picked up the item, a wheel, and brought it to my car to compare it to my existing one. Even though it matched, he happened to notice that the tag on the wheel was one year off, which of course a single year seldom matters... but he double -checked anyway, leaving nothing to chance and even loaded it in the car for me. As far as the stock and the knowledge, I had already been to a highly recommended salvage specializing in what I was looking for. They didn't have it and they sent me to Best Price, who did have it. So at least for this item their stock was as good as a place that specialized! As to knowledge they seemed to know what they were doing and everything was computerized to the point they knew exactly whether they had my item and could lay their hands on it within minutes. Wow.

I called Best Price Auto Salvage to find out a ballpark salvage price on my 2008 Honda Civic that was being totaled and the staff was very friendly and helped me figure out my cars worth and figure out if it was worth it to buy back from the insurance. In the end I decided it was not worth it to buy the car back but the info Best Price Auto Salvage helped me to come to that conclusion. They helped me out greatly and I did not even buy anything from them. I would absolutely consider going back in the future to find parts for my cars because of there great customer service and knowledgeable staff.

"it is what it is" I bought a part and I didn't end up needing it so I called and talked to the lady that always answers the phone and she said they don't take back items if you have receipt and part in same condition as when purchased. Best Price Auto Salvage is a great place. As a college student, I have to save every bit of my money. This place is run by professionals who can help you and educate about the parts that you need. I needed a couple of hubcaps for my Honda Civic. I called them and the operator put the information of my vehicle in his computer and Bingo!!. They had this part and they gave me a quote. The whole experience was friendly. I tried to call other junkyard body shops and every time my calls were routed to a person who was supposed to know if those parts are there or not. Each time, I was told by the other shops that you have to come in and search the yard for those parts. This was not the case with Best Price Auto Salvage. So the same day, I went to the shop and I was greeted very friendly. I told them about the quote and part, they went in the shop and picked the genuine honda hubcaps. They also provided me useful tips of how to install the hubcaps. I would recommend this place to anyone. I live in Norman and this was totally worth of driving 30 miles.

Worst customer service I have had in many years!! They ordered a part from another part of the country, not sure where. I was told I would be called back after order and given a delivery date as I am from out of town, this was on Monday. On Wednesday I called since they did not call me back with a delivery date but when I ordered the part I was told they get most parts in a couple days. They couldn't give me an answer when I called and askwd if they could call me back on 10 minutes, I said sure. So 46 minutes later someone from this company finally called back to tell me that they had NOT ordered the part despite the fact they had charged me for it. The person offered to refund me back $5.00 of a $200.00 part for my inconvenience. Thursday I call again to get a time for the parts arrival since I have to drive 90 miles to get it. This time the person tells me that I was told yesterday that it would be here Friday but still no time given. I tried to explain why I needed to know a time of day to come get it. The person interrupts my explanation to tell me it is supposed to be here tomorrow. I let him know I do not appreciate being interrupted and wanted to finish explaining when he again interupts me to tell me he was going to cancel the order. They are the ones who made tge mistake yet refused to take responsibility in the matter, horrible service! So now I start over looking for the part for a hotshot truck that averages $500 per day because of this ineptly run business!

I called and they sent me a picture of the part I needed to make sure it was what I was looking for. Once I arrived, they took me to look at the part to ensure that I liked it. It took all of maybe 20 minutes for my part to be delivered to my car! And the mechanic was even able to retain all the clips and screws for putting it on my car! Wonderful service and very nice people! Will recommend to anyone!

The service was quick and simple and even aided in getting me some more cash for my car. You can even submit photos via text for a quick and simple appraisal process. They also offered tow services for my area at a reasonable cos which made it less of a hassle for me to get the car to the location. Great customer service! Jose took my call and verified there were 2 starters for a 2004 Honda Civic Lx a Mitsuba or a Denso? I had no idea .. Jose came out and we tried to look on the car but it was tough to see. Jose ran my VIN to find out and I walked out with the Mitsuba and it works great... Awesome group of folks.. and the pricing as well. I couldn’t find a competitive price anywhere or in stock. Thanks for all the help.
