I needed fast, time sensitive, junk removal and this was the first company Google brought up. The website's appointment setup is a quick process that maybe takes a minute. The company operates on the franchise system, and it took about 5-10 minutes for the local franchise to contact me after that. They operate on 2 hour windows which is probably utilized on busy days, but they were able to show up early for me on the front end of my window. This is only about 20 minutes after scheduling the initial appointment. They give you an at-a-glance estimate which serves as the maximum you'll pay and may even be less as they get to work. Cost is based on volume and how much the truck is filled, so it's beneficial to you to take a sledgehammer or saw to bulk items like dressers to lower your cost. The employees themselves were very polite and professional. They communicated costs and procedures effectively where there were no surprise fees. Additionally, they are proactive in searching through junk that can be donated. A 10 foot by 10 foot space with a horrible mess was cleaned and swept up in about 15-30 minutes. Removal can be costly, but if you need a quick clean up job, I'd definitely recommend this franchise in particular even though the website was easy to deal with as well.

Great experience! In and out in 1 hour. Disassembled treadmill and hauled it off along with a small fire pit. Moved and repositioned a couple pieces of furniture to get treadmill out of bedroom. I discovered 1-800-got-junk after a very unpleasant business exchange with a local competitor. I was in a bind because I needed the job done ASAP. I called very late in the business day, and I was able to schedule a next day service! All the employees of this company are very pleasant. They manager I spoke on the phone to the men who arrived at my house were so nice. They arrived in the time window given to me ready to work. They gave me an estimate and we went from there. I like the fact that they have 13 different price points for their estimates. They also donate things that can be redeemed as savagable which I thought was awesome. The job took no more than 30 mins and that included small conversations between me and the guys! Once they were done, they even swept up my garage! They were so helpful and willing to do anything else I needed! I highly recommend this company.

About 1hr later I went back to my house and find out there still have some junk right there . They said I need the third truck . But I don’t have enough money to pay another truck at that moment. 1-800 Junk was FANTASTIC! We were replacing our entire house with hardwood and had no idea what to do with all the tile and carpet. The online booking was easy to use and they immediately called me to let me know when they would arrive. Once they got here, they began loading everything up on the truck and the tile was so heavy they called a third person to come help. All in all, I would HIGHLY recommend this company and the pricing was pretty fair. My husband and I really like that they try to recycle the material instead of shipping it straight to the junk yard.

The three men who came and picked up all of my junk today were amazing. I pointed to what I wanted gone and they took care of it. They keep what they can out if landfills by sorting through things and donating items that can be salvaged. It was at a really good price too. 10/10 would recommend.
