Be aware from this location. I won a car and when I tried to pay for it I’ve been told that I don’t win anything and when I show them a video I recorded when I the auction was in process to the girl work there she went to the back and came back with the manager and he told me that there was a glitch on the system and the car not supposed to be in the auction and it will be next week after they put more pictures and list the mileage . So I called my lawyer and a friend and the Copart customer service and all of them told me that the Copart location shouldn’t do that and the manager should solve my problem and when I visit the location again the manager told me the same and he told me you don’t pay for it so it’s not yours and I ask him if I won a car and I refuse to pay for it because there was a glitch can I just walk away and he said no you should pay a relist fee . I lost a towing fee and time and relist fee for some parts I already bought.

Dayton has a good location and are pretty good to deal with. The only problem I have with them is they won't fill out a form Kentucky requires to transfer the title into Kentucky. It's just one paper that's easy to fill out, but because Ohio doesn't require it, they refuse. I have to take my paperwork to a Kentucky Copart to get the form signed. Other than that, I'm satisfied.

Terrible customer service Bidding online is a 50/50 your bid won't register or the system will say your limit is exceeded even tho it's not. Very rude manager she needs to find a new job Over all don't waste your time with copart Whole bidding system is rigged seen it first hand. They have bots bidding against you. Fees are higher than a real dealer auction with clean titles. Won't be back to bid and help this trash company make money.

Very poor customer service. I'm an exporter and call Copart locations all the time on behalf of my customers to check to see if they are ready to be picked up. People must hate working for Copart as they are often rude and short with customers. I am writing this review because I saw that the only good review came from a lady named Hannah. And the person wo was rude with me over the phone answered "Copart, this is Hannah".

I've bought a few vehicles from this location. Both times have been positive experiences, with quick loading, fairly quick paperwork processing, and accurate pictures. Of course, the buyer has the responsibility to verify the condition. The parking and pickup areas are not well marked.

I bought a vehicle listed as run and drive, and listed as being sold with the key to the vehicle. The key provided does not work the vehicle. When I called the GM Charlie hung up after telling me that he refused to do anything about it! You did not provide what was included in the sale of the vehicle, which is working keys. The dealship told me this key was not for this vehicle. A second mechanic told me the vehicle looks mechanically sound but can not test it without the correct key. Copart has illegally sold me a vehicle at this point. Your policy doesn’t mean that you can lie about the status of a vehicle. It is impossible this car came into Copart with this key and started up at all. Then the gm hangs up on me!!! Crooks.

Literally the people outside wouldn't help us, till we complained guy got rude and said he don't care about his job and tried to fight us. Never again will i be here. By the way its a scam they don't let you do certain stuff with the car because they know they selling bs. i would suggest that anyone that want to do business with them go to a different location because this by far was the rudest customer service I ever got.

Horrible customer service today. I spoke to the manager and she was very very very rude to me. I wanted an issue I was having with my account looked at. Instead without even telling me to hold I get transferred. The person I spoke to was also rude. Copart sucks I will never be back again I suggest going else where.

Drove up today to look at one item and was notified at the desk I could not since it was not the right day unless I was a dealer, Had to be Monday or Tuesday should have called.....When I asked if I could look since I had driven a bit and there was no notice on the website they just said No....Not good customer service as far as I was concerned.
