Very Disrespectful!!!!! I called based on the reviews I saw and the person that answered the phone literal yelled at me. I was not even able to get a word in they asked me about the car and the year and who owns it. As soon as I started to explain that my cousin owns who live upstate and I told him it is a sticky situation. He yelled at me and said that they do not deal with sticky situations and that they are not interested and hung up the phone in my ear. He did not even ask me if I could get the title and registration which is a definite yes it would just need to reach out to him. My cousin did get the car because his father died and he finds it hard to come back to the house. So rude and disrespectful, I am actually appalled.
