Called to have them tow a vehicle, waited hours and they never showed up. Lazy, incompetent, and when you call for information (none of them know a single thing or what is going on). Stay away and do no business here whatsoever.

They sold me a mirror that was broken... good thing I stayed in front of the shop replacing the part. I went back inside for a refund and was told the parts can be interchanged. They sent me to the "glass guy" around the corner -NOT AFFILIATED with this shop. Where I was charged more money for my mix and match mirror. I essentially was charged 60 bucks for the actual mirror & 5mins of labor in the glass place. I still have the original broken part from the salvage yard.

We bought an engine for my dads work truck and the salesman James let us know that our mechanic was ripping us off, they towed the truck FOR FREE and brought it to their mechanic who installed it for $700 cheaper. Couldn’t be happier

i paid $3000 for a specific engine. Upon receiving the engine the Vin numbers did match what was on the receipt and the engine i received was from a complete different year and a different millage. Never purchasing a engine from this place again. BE CAREFUL.

Purchased an engine for my 2006 caddy CTS, sold me it for a good price but they warned me it wasn’t tested, it was no good. Thankfully james helped me out and replaced it in 2 days and it’s been good ever since. Good place wish I could of saved the labor cost for the first one tho

Worst place to buy parts ! Owner doesn't know you have to match ratios on differentials! Wasted time installing rear end , ratio didn't match , they didn't have the right one , will not refund money ! Stay away !!

We bought an engine for a 11 Santa Fe for a great price, turns out it had a small crack in the block from the accident which we both missed while inspecting it.. The guys there worked with me to replace it after a week they couldnt replace it and refunded me in full. Very easy to work with especially on a situation where other yards would try and blame the broken parts on you. very happy with how helpful they were and i never leave reviews.

I didn’t even visit the place and yet there service is horrible and misleading. I called in regards to a interior door panel that I needed for my car, I was told they had an entire door, which I wasn’t interested in purchasing but only the panel. I was informed to call a hour later to speak to the boss man and see what he can do for me, I then called and the same guy who told me to call back answered and tried to change his voice to not sound the same and then told me, “no sorry we don’t have the part”, then I replied I was told you had but it was attached to a door, No! We do not have it,” he insisted. I just don’t get businesses nowadays, I wouldn’t even call this a business. No wonder my younger generation don’t respect you older heads, you guys are stupid.

We were robbed of $5200 by these guys. STAY AWAY. We purchased an engine, received the wrong one due to us both not realizing that it was a year older. We clarified the exact vehicle and vin, sent the motor back and waited to receive the proper engine only to end up receiving an engine that was even more incorrect than the first one. We returned this engine expecting the correct one be sent ASAP, but instead he called and said he would just have to refund up, which never happened. They claimed the motor was damaged in transport and will not receive a refund. So they have both motors and my money, and now I have nothing.
