These guys were absolutely fantastic! I spent all day researching the parts I needed to replace the bumper on my 2014 Hyundai Sonata and when I found this yard online that had my part, and it was these guys! When I called with all of my information, first he was soo nice and helpful on the phone. Just his tone was helpful and caring. Then, he searched for my part and said he had the part but didn’t have the color I needed. But he immediately called me back and left a message saying that they just got a few cars in and had the color I wanted! He got the part for me and gave me a great price and additional help as I repaired my bumper troubles. These guy were truly awesome! And AMAZING customer service. They guys were soooo nice and not creepy ( you know it can be weird at auto yards). Simply amazing! (And the AC was a super plus lol). Will ALWAYS come back!!

I have been going to this yard for all my auto parts needs for the past 20 years. Mike and his crew are very professional and they all go out of their way to help you in your needs, if for any reason they do not have the required part the will get it, I can understand used parts do not carry life time warranty but Mike stands behind his 30 day policy, I have recommended this yard to all friends

Do not buy parts with them. This people are cheaters. Once you place an order with them, they call your customer and quote them lesser price than yours and take the order or they will call us back saying that the part is no good and they ship the part directly to the customer. This people are just fake. Am closing business with these peoples and even my colleagues are closing business with this people. ***DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PEOPLE***. I will approach all my venders and other colleagues also not to do business with this people. And this people are real rude too, you can check other reviews too. Worst place to do business. I have lost more than 22-28 customers till date and today i found this that this people are scammers, cheaters, one of my very old customer itself told me that he had got a call from this place and this people told to cancel the order with us and they will send a part for cheaper price. and whatever the good reviews here are from the same people who are working in there company. I speak to them everyday regarding parts. All the good reviews are just fake. Dont believe them...**** ***

Called today about an air box for jetta to confirm that they have it before I make a trip. Service rep told me”if it’s online we deff have it” I said I “just making sure before I come out” and reply was “yeah man it’s here”! So I took a drive there which is about 40min for me. Came to the office looked up the part again and had to wait about 30min before they told me they don’t have the part. “It’s not there” No public bathroom either I mean it’s only 2018 we live in! Horrible place to do business with! Save your save time and money by going elsewhere!

First part they gave me had the same issue as the old. But they made good through quickly responding to my email and no hassle part exchange. New (to me) part works fine and saved me a couple hundred $s on fixing an '08 car.

I ordered a engine from these guys and they assured me they pulled it out and that there was no damage or rust to the engine. When it arrived it looked all good. I didn’t get to it right away and started after the warranty ends so when I went to lift the engine the oil pan was all dented up. I called and they just blamed it on shipping and said “just swap it from the old engine” so I didn’t even bother tryna fight with them. Also the engine had noticeable rust. I was told they stored it inside but honestly looked like it was outside for a good amount of time. Also (I missed this while inspecting) the fuel pump was broken!! $531 part . Honestly just gave me a bigger head ache and ended up wasting way more money than I should have . Would not recommend these guys.

They described convertible top part as lightly worn around glass, yet a whole latch was missing from the front driver side. The roof is useless if I can't latch it to the windshield properly. The folding soft top part was wrapped up so we couldn't examine the accurate condition, we would not have purchased it if we knew there was a vital piece missing. Very upset about the situation.

To begin, I was amazed how Tilghman's employee drive you up to the desire mentioned veichle, and show the part that is already taken off night before. They allow you to examine such needed parts and give you breakdown of their warranty. Also, part prices is really reasonable which I could not believe my eyes. However, its definitely 100% worth the ride if you are trying to avoid those crazy dealership and after market prices... Lastly, I appreciate Zack honesty, and helping me stay on the road
