Thank you Shannon at Roxbury auto wreckers! My 2010 chevy Silverado's temperature climate control head was not working properly. I searched all over the web and come to find out, that GM no longer produces the part making it even more difficult to find. I even went to several dealers. I then went to Roxbury Auto wreckers and met Shannon. She searched and found one for me! It not only functions properly, but she also found one in factory condition. When you spend as much time in your vehicle driving as I do, and take pride in it. it made the truck feel new again. Thank you Shannon for taking the time to find the perfect part, and for being kind and courteous. You made a customer for life.

Bought a 6 x 10 sure-trac Dump Trailer and could not be any happier with the service. The price was the best I found on the internet and Dan was a total professional and processed the transaction in a matter of minutes. Can not remember the employees name that helped with the prep and delivery but he was outstanding as well and very thorough.

Worker told me to junk a vehicle and leave it in a certain area. It was a jetski,4 stroke engine with plenty of metal on inside. But before I pulled on to scale I went into office to ask about what I had and the employee told me to pull it right up. Then four separate employees watched me pull across scale from windows. I then waited on side 10 min before I was instructed by a fork lift operator where to dump it. Instead of yelling at employees below you, retrain your employees and take some responsibility for your poor management skills before running onto google and making up lies to not turn customers away. The manger (an over sized kid) came out yelling in my face and made a complete ass out of himself. Makes me take it back and manually load it back onto trailer after watching me push it off. All could have been avoided if when I walked into office before pulling on to the scale to ask if it was possible.( Also older jetskis on display in entrance of junkyard mind you). If I could sum up this business in one word it would be "unprofessional". Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere like Dover.

Ripoff... went there with two ford cats . They offered me 5 more dollars then an aftermarket cat. Wich was 10 dollars each. Went down the road and got 50 each. We are supposed to help our fellow people not take from them.

These guys are AWESOME!!! All i did was call them with what i was looking for, BEFORE looking over their website. They hooked me up with the part i needed, at an AMAZING price and was ready to go in the 15min it took for me to get there, on a weekend AND had to be pulled off the vehicle it was in. It wasn't until i got back and looked at their website i saw they ask for some time between the request and the pick up because some parts might still be on vehicles. They hooked it up when i was in a pinch. I will be going there A LOT more now.

Place is the worst I called them beforehand to make sure they would match prices and everything would go smoothly, but when I got there they tried shorting me money on scrap metal and once I proved them wrong they didn’t give me the price that we previously discussed... I will never waste my time there again, that is a promise. And they didn’t even apologize. How rude.

HORRIBLE experience. Never going back again!! Very unprofessional, very rude. Sold them 4 GOOD rims. Went to weigh the car before unloading the rims, weight was 4840. Unloaded the rims, weight was 4700. They tried telling us the weights were 4820 and 4720. Only gave us $6 for 4 rims and an old ac compressor. Shannon had a very nasty attitude which we did not appreciate. Horrible place, horrible people. Don’t waste your time, sell your stuff to a different yard.

Definitely would not recommend when you call and get price for scrap it changes when you get the staff is unfriendly and rude not helpful compared to other yards in the area!!!

I've been doing scrap for a long time. They always beat the competitor. Even if you shop around they always come back with the best prices. I don't even call around anymore because I know they will have the best price and treat me right. The staff is more than a pleasure to work with. Don't forget about the salvage parts you need for your vehicle. They have that too. Great salvage parts at a good price 5+ stars.

Im here 2 or 3 times per week droping off my scrap. Great bunch of guys jose is always helpful even when the poor guy is on lunch break he will stop and help you wich i feel bad but he a great guy i recomend roxbury.

Spoke with a female worker Monday for 2 parts. She insisted on upfront payment. I gave My card info and was told my parts would be ready Tuesday. Tuesday came and no call. I called and was told my parts were next to be picked and they would call. NO CALL. I called Wednesday and they couldn’t find my order and became quickly rude and loud. I asked how they took the money out of my card Monday but are now telling me they have other things to pick like engines and transmissions and they will call when they’re ready. The female I spoke to originally got back on the phone and nasty blamed me. She offered my money back. I gave my card info. Guess what! According to my bank a day later no attempts of reversal was being processed from Them. Fraud department is now involved. Shady company. Do NOT recommend. Also calling BBB to lodge complaint. Google should give the option of zero stars!!!!

Intenté comprar, unos rines para mí honda civic 2003, me pidieron 40 Usd por cada uno, no acepte por qué los que me mostraron en la página web se veían en buenas condiciones, me indicaron que el lunes llegaban, no llamaron, llamó el martes y me indican que ya están pero que sorpresa tan desagradable los rines, si bien funcionales estaban en unas condiciones horribles y al buscarlos en Amazon me llevo la sorpresa de que nuevos valen 50USD, si vas a pedir casi el precio del producto como nuevo al menos que esté en buenas condiciones... Que decepción....
