Got a motor from them which turned out to be no good and they wouldn't honor the warranty so I bought another one which they assured me was good and once again no good they take no care in the manner in which they remove parts just terrible and Billy the guy at the desk knows nothing about cars and is no help

Ricky’s auto keeps getting better and better. I went there the other day to buy a mirror for my 2004 Nissan Armada. When I got there I was greeted by two young men, Bill and Rob. I ended up purchasing the whole door! I couldn’t find a better deal. The prices are definitely the best around. If you ever need anything ask for one of them.

Confirmed pickup for 3:30, showed up after 4:30 On top of that, left multiple holes in our driveway with no concern or offers to fix, I was just ignored. I will be taking the matter further however needed to leave this review for others to see how unprofessional this was.

Horrible experience. Told me the guy would pick up the vehicle in the morning. As of 5:05pm, no one has showed up. Multiple times I called to get an estimate when the guy was coming. Never gave a straight answer, always said the guy was coming right away, after he fixed some problem with a car. One lady said give him a few minutes because of traffic (this was at 1:30pm, mind you it's after 5pm now) when I called right before the office would have closed, the tow driver didn't answer the phone, indicating they may have been lying the whole time. I'm honestly disgusted. Save your time, don't mess with them.
