We contacted a dozen junk yards and speed shops, as well as our dealership looking for a 7 way harness for a trailer. We were not at all pleased with the attitude or helpfulness until we contacted Newark Motor & Export Exchange on 241 Avenue P, Newark. Caesar was AMAZING! He went way above and beyond the call of duty by inviting me to take pictures of the part before beginning his search. Bought an engine that failed upon installation. Machine shop said because someone had used cheap and inappropriate valves. Not sure if these guys or not, but no big deal. Ship back to them for warranty. They refused shipment because they said it wasn't the same engine. You have to be kidding me. They would do nothing and took no responsibility. I had to dispute the charge and luckily American Express saw through their lies and I got my money back. Stay away from this group of criminals.

The worst. You call they say they have the part. Send you to the location to pick up and parts not there. I had called earlier in the week to verify they had the part and they said yeah. Wasted 2.5 hours of my life going and coming wasting money on gas and tolls for nothing. While I was there two other people with same issue.

Every time I call they put me on hold for hours. Then I tried calling their other location and still I get put on hold.by far the worst company I have delt with. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with newark motors
