This is the worst experience I have ever experienced with this place. I ordered 2013 Mercedes c300 radiator Friday. They told me that it will arrive Monday after that Monday came and they said tuasday. Came tuasday they said that their guy missed the delivery came wensday he said that he is 100% sure that it will come wensday . Later he called me and said that his guys didn't pickup the radiator and now he is saying Thursday at end of day. This place wasted a whole week of my time and I will never ever buy stuff from there anymore. Worst experiment ever. Do no buy from their!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a drive shaft from these guys and they sent me a part that was useless. It took them like an extra week after my first complain to figure out what they had sent me. They made me go to my mechanic and take pictures of what they sent me because they didn't know what they had sent. Once I escalated the issue with the management they find me a part with another dealer and I got the wrong part from them again. I lost like 3 weeks in the process. Horrible customer support as well.

I own & operate an engine-building machine shop, and have used Michaelson's for close to 30 years whenever I needed parts or engine cores. I have ALWAYS gotten top-notch service. And if "A Google Customer" is too Chicken-Shxx to put their name, don't bother believing a bogus review.

The owner lied to me said the vehicle I was buying was a decent work truck, told me all it needed was a sensor. 3500$ later in sensors and plugs and coils turns out the truck has a bad motor. Rotted under the bed, bad u joints bad transmission cracked leaf spring. What sucks worse is he sold me this vehicle knowing I’m a young parent with 2 kids. Had a long conversation about how it’s hard for young people to have kids financially. I’ve bought parts here before never had a problem until I bought a truck off of the guy. Anyone who can do something grimy like that doesn’t deserve a good review. I want him to know he screwed a young parent out of 6000$ and it was wrong. My business is stake now with a non running truck. thanks michealson

Purchased an alternator from their Ebay store which is supposed to have a return policy supplemented with a 6 month money back guarantee. No where in the ad did it mention that the alternator was damaged. I did not realize that the connector to the alternator was broken until I tried to install it in my car and the return policy had lapsed. I contacted Michaelson Parts through their ebay account and was told they had sold the part so cheap because it was damaged and there was nothing they could do for me. I disputed this, since im not a mind reader, if the damage is not stated in the ad and there is no pictures how am I supposed to know? Then they offered to replace it for me. I was told it would be mailed out tomorrow, I waited and waited no alternator came. I contacted them again through ebay and nobody responded, I waited another week and contacted them again on ebay and nobody responded again. I waited another week and called their store and was told it would be shipped out tomorrow, I waited and waited again and no alternator showed up, I called again and was put on hold, a week later I called again and an individual by the name of Joe told me if I wanted to be pushy they would just keep the money and not send me another alternator either. I was polite but this was the last straw, I contacted my credit card company which processed a charge back. Take your business elsewhere, these people are selling subpar damaged parts and are not true to their word. Its too bad I already left a good feedback on their ebay account, I will see if if I can revise it somehow.

Called for a part and asked for it. Joe said he did have it but he would have to order it. I asked him to double check the part cause I went before for it and they said o turns out it was listed as my car but it was for a different model. He gets pissed for no reason and says he can't get it and says sorry a bunch of times and ends the call. I was calm the entire time and he seemed just aggravated for no reason

I called for a part and was told they can get it but I have to pay in advance and gave me the impression that part will be available in 2/3 days.. I paid they money and then started calling them after 3 days when I didn,'t get the part. They kept telling me part is coming today for the next 10 days. Horrible service. Don't get the part if they do not have in stock otherwise you will be stuck. will never buy again

Michaelson auto is by far the best used auto place in Middlesex County. If you are looking for top class customer service and parts, this is your place. I bought knuckle spindle assembly for my 2011 civic for both front driver and pessenger side. The one for the pessenger side turned out to be perfect, but the driver side made loud grinding noise. I took the defective part back and after explaning the situation, Joe gave me a full refund. My only recommendation for them is to provide bit more detail into their 6 months warranty and return policy, specially for customers who are not professional mechanics. In this age when all the search databases are available on the internet and customers can find the best deals in seconds; business with best customer service, and best warranty wins! Hope to back soon!

I was trying to get the most economical fix for a car and this place was straight up the best prices, even for parts they needed to order. They were fast, efficient and always helpful when I called (and I called A LOT). Joe in sales was top notch in customer service and Ray in the back was incredibly helpful finding the parts and tying the stuff down in the truck. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to buy reasonable auto parts.
