I called these people Monday morning. I ordered an alternator for my car. I was told the part was still on their car. They told me it would be delivered Monday or Tuesday the latest. Both day passed and nobody showed up or called. I called Wednesday and got an apology saying they were busy and that the part would be there as soon as possible. I called them again and was really surprised when they told me that I never ordered anything and they never had a part like that. My customer is three days without a car now.
