Only bought here 1 time and my expierence was horrible they had a trans listed with 60,000 miles and came with a 3 month warranty the price was a little high but I needed to get this car done asap so I went ahead and bought it after taking my bad trans out I run a car fax check on the trans I bought from them I come to find out the trans came out of a salvaged car with 177k when I try to ask them to make things right by either dropping the price to a fair amount or atleast give me more warranty they refused and the best solution they came up with was to swap it for another one with 80 000 (20 more than the one listed) and had to wait 2 days to get it in I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 cuz I got my refund with no problems

not a place to go for regular person , may be for auto dealers , I went there tried to buy a part , they didn't care abt me , still I ordered and paid 825 $ for part , and it came after 4 days , ( they promised in 24 hrs ) . and it was wrong part and when I complained , the guy at customer service just flatly said he cant do anything , and said I should just take my money back an go .

Great place for used parts. Helpful staff. I’ve called and been there in person and both were good experiences. They have several other yards so if they don’t have the part you ant they can usually find it and bring it in for no extra charge. Recommend.

I had call to see if they had a engine in-stock, and the person who I had spoken to told me the engine is available and ready to go; that was a Wednesday. I decided to go pickup the engine on Friday morning because I had to be at work at 12:30pm. I rented a minivan and head there early Friday morning. When I told the guy who I had spoken to prior, that I am here to pickup the engine, he told me the engine isn't available and I had to wait until 12:30pm for the engine to get there. Obviously I was a little aggravated because I live far away and had to be to work at 12:30pm. I told him why didn't you tell me that you had to order the engine instead of telling me the engine is ready to go? He just stood there without any apology. Instead he told me why I can't wait until Monday.

Called them and asked about the part. They said they got the part. I told them I'm on my way. Took me 50 minutes to get there for pick up. They gave me wrong part not what I'm was asking for and then told me they can get me that part next week. Common ! I waist over 2hours driving to that place plus gas money and tolls. Big mess there. They don't even know what they are selling !

I had the worst experience with this dealer. If Anthony picks up the phone just hang up and call back for somebody else. I purchased a used engine from Anthony and was told it was guaranteed delivery next day. Well next day comes and no engine, mind you the engine was removed in the morning because I was told engine was coming by end of the day. Onto day 2. Called around 9 AM and was told by somebody else that the delivery truck broke down previous day and was out for delivery already and is guaranteed to be there by 12pm. Guess what, 12pm and no engine now getting frustrated. Call back to ask for original salesman Anthony and everytime I was transferred he put me on hold 5-10 min and hung up. Talked to second salesman and was told the truck was running late and will be there by 4pm. So 4pm comes and no engine. Call back once again and deal with Trevor who actually cared about what was going on and found out the truck didn't even leave till almost 12pm and I was the last delivery for the day and should arrive by 6:30. Engine didn't show up till right after 7pm. Truck driver told me he never broke down and didn't leave till 10:30am. So all of the salesman just lied to me and kept me going along. The whole day was wasted and my lift tied up with a car with no engine because of all of the idiots at this dealer besides Trevor who was the only one to find out what was happening. Do yourself a favor and don't bother calling these guys. Even the truck driver recommended me call another place because leesville is just horrible.

I don't know how a company like that higher a person who's name its jack to work for them , hi it's a layer , rude doesn't know how treat people hi sale you one product by fone and when you go there to pick up hi wants to sale another product with double the miles for the same price . I am veary disappointed people like that should not be attend in public , never do business with them again

I was disappointed by my only experience here. The people were nice hence the two stars instead of one. But I asked for an OEM genuine part and held while they confirmed it was genuine. Drove all the way there and sure enough it was an aftermarket doorman product. Not right for my vehicle. I've heard it changes the handling

I actually came to this place by accident because there's so many salvage yards in the area that it's easy to get them confused but he actually had what I needed on hand when the other place wanted a deposit in cash didn't have it on hand and I would have had to go back on Monday to pick it up so not only did he have it he gave the item to me for the same price that the other yard was going to give it to me for which was $20 difference so they are awesome to me right now

I had a wonderful experience with Kevin and the entire business. I called on a Friday afternoon: I had originally called another salvage yard but they did not have the part I was looking for, so they did a parts search and referred me to Leesville. Kevin verified they had the correct part in stock and that it was in good condition before I drove all the way out there. I couldn't make it by closing time Friday, but he assured me they could hold it for me with a credit card. I went from being distraught over what I thought would be a $400 mirror replacement (per the dealership) to thrilled: I got a brand new power heated factory mirror exactly like the one that was smashed for like $80, and my uncle put it on for me for free. Works perfectly. Really nice professional guys. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again as needed. And I feel the need to note that as a female my mother and fiancé were apprehensive about me going there alone but their fears were unfounded. Thanks again Kevin and Leesville!

call them and i requested a computer for my vehicle ( jeep wrangler) and ask if they have the part in stock so I drove 2 hours and tolls and they told me that they just sold the part went home and call again from a different number and i was told they have the same part JUST BE AWARE IF YOU ARE THINKING ON TRAVEL FROM LONG DISTANCE
