Had a 2006 Honda accord with brand new tires. Agreed to have my car towed for 175 (instead of the base 225 price) in exchange they agreed after the car showed up to take off my tires and allow me to pick them up. 2 days later after making me wait multiple times they inform me they "disposed of my tires due to a miscommunication." They now refuse to pay for or return said tires. This place will scam you and they will take what they can even if it requires them to use under handed tactics. The owner Rick Santinello showed 0 compassion or care for the satisfaction of a customer and is willing to quite literally steal from a 22 year old scrapping their first car. There has been an official claim made via Business Consumer Alliance.

Scheduled an appointment to get my car picked up from 8-10. When it still wasnt picked up at 10:30, I called and they said the driver would be there within the hour. At 11:30 I called back because the driver still wasnt here and I had to go to work. Instead of apologizing, the guy defended the driver and gave me lip. Not using this company ever again

First time ever yesterday. Intimidating to pull up in your Volvo wagon with one old file cabinet amongs all the trucks and heavy equipment. No worries! In and out in five minutes with my surprise five bucks in hand. The young Latino guy who helped me was as good as he could be, and the cashier took one minute to finish the transaction. A great solution for the metal clutter you have accumulating.

Sold a junk car to them for cash. Their tow truck came and had $50 less than the agreed upon price. After arguing on the phone, they agreed to mail a check for the remaining money. The check came for $45 instead of the full $50. They'll stick you for every nickel and dime, I guess.

Helpful people. If you've got any good metal like copper, you go into the first building on the left. All other junk and scrap metal you get your car weighed in and out and they'll let you know where to drop it. Get your money for either at the office on the right near the entrance.

This a great place to get rid of scrap metal and make a few bucks at the same time. You have to be very careful when unloading in the yard though. There's a lot of heavy machinery and big trucks rolling around everywhere.

Not the type to typically leave bad reviews, but the service here is terrible. 10-2 pickup was scheduled, and I called to check on a narrower time frame so I could spend some of the day out with my wife before I left for the military. Called at 1.45 to find out when they would be here, and was told they were running behind. Fast-forward to about 3.30, and I call again. Put on gold for far too long, only to find out that they never even scheduled me. When you call about a pickup, they don't ask for any more information than your town, so they just check their routes and see when your town falls on their route sheet. Pickup rescheduled to next day, with pickup call an hour ahead of actual pickup. Get phone call, and he's already in front of my house. Rush to get dressed and outside so I don't waste any more of my or the driver's time. Driver was nice, though. Nasty people in their office.
