I was given an appointment time between 10:00 & 2:00. I waited the 4 hours and no one came or called. When I called the office I was told they didn't have anything else in the area so they would like to reschedule. Horrible customers service!!!! I guess if I didn't call them I would wait for days. I took the day off from work for this appountment. Not a reputable company to work with. I will also report them to the better business bureau. There are plenty of other companies that will junk your car, use someone else!!!!!!

This place is the best junk car removal company around. From the moment I called to the moment they picked up my car their staff was courteous, prompt, and made me feel so comfortable with the process. Will definitely be referring them to everyone I know
