I gotta tell ya, it was an amazing feeling to know that my car is out of my driveway!!! lol The driver was very pleasant and helpful. I even got paid cash! When i was calling around, a lot of other companies didnt guarantee me the price they gave me on the phone but Frane's Auto did!! And thats what i LOVED about them, very honest!! Hey Tim, I always stick to my promises. You pick upmy smashed up Lexus es330 the white one if you remeber 3 days ago. When I called, you gave me more then a fair offer and sent out a flatbed to pick it up. Btw your driver was down to earth.. we even got similar music taste lol. When he showed up he paid me on my Lexus (I'm going to miss her) and took her away. I told my family about you all. If we ever need to use your services again in the future, I wont hesitate and recommend you all. Thanks!!!

I had contacted Frane's and I was very pleased talking to the representative on the phone. I had a 2008 Lexus that was involved in an accident. The representative on the phone, told me to send a couple pics of damage to get a better price for the car. Within 3 mins later, I was contacted back with a cash offer. I then scheduled a pick up for the following day, was given a 30 min call ahead. I got paid in cash on the spot. The tow truck looked brand new and the driver was very nice and professional. Thank you Frane's!

Would give zero stars! Rude ,unreliable and extremely unprofessional!! Never showed up and didn't even have the common courtesy to call and let me know. Lost a days work waiting around. yes , contacted them and driver several times throughout day. Driver stated he was still coming and would be there between 6-8 pm.... I had already been waiting on him since 9:30 AM!!!! Again didn't show up and didn't contact me! Would never use or recommend! Next day called another company who was professional , friendly and was here within an hour .

Great service! They drove an hour to come get our car for us. They came when and where we needed them too. The place that our car was originally towed to after the accident wanted to charge us to junk the car, but we called here and we got paid money to take the car! Helped us pay the costs we had to tow the car in he first place! Super friendly and helpful. Will recommend to anyone that needs this service.

Very very nasty and disrespectful person, so I am calling these people to set up a pick up for my car, I did not finish explaining myself and the guy who answered the phone just cut me off. There are many other places I can go to so I am not losing any sleep, but if you are in business, and you have to deal with customers, have manners and respect. You don't get to disrespect anyone anytime you feel like. Find somewhere else to go, these people need a lesson in customer service. .

Very poor customer service. I emailed them and received an offer for my car providing all info of where i lived. I called them and they said some one would call to schedule a pick up and no one did. I called back just to be told they dont serviceservicey area amd rudely hung up on. Woildmt recommend them

This was hands down the best experience I've had in quite a while. The customer service was amazing and the whole transaction was very smooth. The gentleman I spoke with to arrange the pick-up of my car was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. I arranged a pick up date and time for a Saturday morning and the truck was right on time. I got a call to let me know the driver was on his way, he arrived a bit early and was very polite and efficient. I was paid and on my way in 10 minutes. This is the best service around!! I would recommend it to anyone who wants 5 star service!!
