I've never had a problem for the 5yrs I've been going to them. I mostly use the small scale. They have no problem with you standing on the scale and have multiple digital scales. Also the best rates I can find around.

Every time I go to Riverside Fortune I have a great experience and I've been going here since 2003! They pay you well for your precious metals regardless of what season it is. The friendly and courteous staff gets you in and out in a flash. The staff here is like family, always glad to see you and keeps you having a good time

I used a home depot bucket and the tare was 3lbs. I believe I got robbed.. I can't wait to weigh my bucket.. I think there scales are off.
