Such nice and friendly people! David(aka Red) and his son Dylan, are the best. David came out to chat with my sister and I for a bit, while we waited for my rim to get here. The driver was stuck in a little bit of traffic. I thought that was so nice of him. They definitely gained a new customer!

Operations

GENE and his office staff are VERY PROFESSIONAL. They are very informative and are very understanding with clients and their needs. Today he Gene was able to grab somebody near closing time and stood after hours to help assist me. It was amazing experience. The professonalism and the knowledge they provided only persuades me to come back and given them referrals.

It was my first time ever going to a junk yard and buying spare parts. These guys were awesome and very friendly. They gave me a great deal and great tires that aren't easy to find anywhere. Even the other mechanics that weren't helping us, were friendly. I don't know about other spare parts but the tires I got were great for the price I had to pay. I will be more than happy to give them my business again should I ever need spare parts.

Seeking a wheel, I was not explaining my need well enough so they asked for a picture to help match my set. When they found out I was wanting to use this wheel as a spare, it was explained that the 18" wheel would not fit in the trunks wheel hold. Their honesty lost them a sale but gained my gratitude.

I bought a control arm for my mercedes. Next day I wanted to get a spring coil so I went back to them, charged me $40 for it. Before I leave the yard I figured out I took the wrong part. I asked them to take the money back, the owner started screaming and gave me only $20 and kicked me out. So rude . He even told me yes life is unfair, what are you going to do?.

I wanted to part for my car. I searched online and read positive reviews and decided to call whether they had part or not. They said yes and gave me price over the phone and when i got there i paid for the part and i was out within 10 minutes. I didn't have to wait to long. The part was as described. I even recommended this shop to my friends. I would definitely come back.

Saw on car-part that they had two seats for a Legacy GT for sale. Price seemed reasonable given they advertised them as stained/damaged (I needed them for the seat rails and sensors, so I could do without A+ upholstery). I emailed them but got no response after several days, so I went there and figured I would just buy them as is. When I got there, I inquired about the seats. Gentleman pulls them up on the computer, says they have them, and rambles off the price I saw advertised. He then said that the price listed is wrong and after commiserating with another person there, the actual price is nearly 5x their online listed price. When I let them know I had driven over an hour to get there, the guy said the price was what he said it was, not what was advertised, and that was that. I left, and won't go back. They are dishonest, and I would strongly encourage you to avoid them.

Theyre good people persons but terrible business practices. Cash only business with hear say accounting, no regard for price agreements or upholding promised timelines. After getting a refund on one deposit, were going into week 4 of them holding a deposit for a different part, gave up on it at this point assuming they completely forgot

Guy who picked up my car made me drive to the store next door to my place because apparently telling him to just make a right out of the store and that's my building was too much for him. So I had to drive over there so he could follow me to pick up my car. Then when they told me my car was worth $150 in scrap (as did other places) the guy once he gets there gets on his phone and starts loudly talking on it so I could hear him trying to act like my car was worth less ( pretty sure he didn't even call anyone and was just trying to screw me over) then told me he'd only give me $125 but acted like it was some big a deal for me. Totally horrible customer service. Don't go here unless you want incompetence and to be screwed over

I needed batteries for a ford van and a Dodge Challenger, went to Advance auto and got priced at $199 and $169. Didn’t really make sense to spend close to $400 bucks for batteries for cars I barely drive, so a friend told me about this place and I picked up 2 batteries almost new for $90 ! Can’t beat that price !!! Going back again to have them check my bmw to see what part I need for a noise coming from the front end. Will post the review soon.
