This company has extremely poor customer service. Called for part and they said they had it and they had to pull it when I arrive. When I arrived they then said they would call me when it was pulled they could not do it today. Then when I wanted to pay with a credit card they refused the sale and only wanted cash. I would never you this company again. No parking In the area also.

Worst customer service! Drove 35 miles to be told to get out of the establishment because I wanted to look at the part to see if it was the same color match as my car is an off white! I was told I had to pay for it even before I could see it, and if I didn't they wouldn't help me. He proceeded to tell me he wouldn't refund me if it didn't match my car. I asked to speak with the manager and was told to get off the premises or they would call the cops!! OMG for what!? These people are making a mockery of this place. Looks like they like the idea of losing customers. I was nothing but kind and Flor was nothin but rude, over the top crazy. Owner needs to get involved if he wants to make money. I'm assuming they were discriminating because I am woman and they didn't feel the need to assist.

My daughter was in a car accident and totaled her car. We didn't have any say in who towed it but they were being the worst people I've ever dealt with. Because her car was an hour away from home - my local auto wrecker recommended Bloomfield - they couldn't have been any nicer! Rocky was honest, fair and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend!

It's okay the counter rap is some like difficult I bought items for $95 and he said he wouldn't take credit card for orders under $100 so I told him go a had and charge me for the item $5 more he wouldn't do it so I had to buy another item for $20 more it some how looked he was trying to get away from taking credit card and that's not nice

Worst customer service possible. Every time I call I’m on hold for 10-30mins before I’m helped. I got pricing for a few parts that I needed, tried to pay by card but they need me to come in physically to swipe, then wait a couple days till parts are off the car then come back to pick up. Even though this is ridiculous I agreed to it and went in to swipe the card, only to find out they raised the prices we agreed to yesterday!! It was a full knee and now all a sudden they have to price separate items. They said they need to speak to the owner to get approval, so I wanted an estimate since I need to leave, but they wanted me to wait an hour or two. Absolute garbage, would never deal with again. Waste of time, and worst customer service I have dealt with in the 15 years I been doing this

If I can give 0 stars I would. Called to see if they had a part, provided the the normal info (year make model). Then this jerk proceeds to ask me for my vin#, thought that was odd but still provided it reading directly from my registration. He tells me it’s not coming up in the database.

Beware! Very unprofessional! They made me an offer on junking a car, never showed up to look at or pick up the car. I called the next day and they said they changed they mind and took back their offer. I wasted half a day, Will NEVER do business with them again. Reply to owner response: I had title in hand, the car was complete, and parked in a place easy to be towed from, no reason to "not accept for certain conditions." All of this was settled during our first phone conversation. A price was settled on, and a time window for them to pick up the car was set. No one came, no one called. I was able to sell the car to another junker a week later at the same price. Still a half days wages lost and a lot of unnecessary aggravation

These guys sold me an alternator for a 2013 Honda Civic I put the alternator it did not work right away I had to keep boosting the car for 15 minutes, 40 days after alternator stops working I call the guys they said 30 days of warranty expired there s nothing that they can do they did not even offer a discount on another one, nothing personal agianst the guy who talked to me on phone but he did not do the right thing and that reflects how customer focused they are. I did not want to buy an alternator for a month i wanted a decent inexpensive part but at the end of the day I ll sum it up as a gambling junkyard where you pay cash and carry. Don't expect sympathy or any kind of genuine willingness to help from these guys.

I was refereed by my cousin who is a truck driver. Only down side is you have to pay cash up front. Other than that, I got a gas fuel tank last year and a wiper & window motor recently for my Crown Vic. Everything I received from here worked well! Rocky was greatly helpful, professional and takes responsibility for any mistakes/mix ups; even if it wasn't his fault. I will definitely use this place again and again. You should too!

This place is horrible. I ordered a part from them. They sent me broken part after broken part for almost a month. When they finally ran out of the part, they refused to refund me my money back until I threaten to sue them. Stay away from Rocky and Bloomfield Auto Wreckers.

Be careful sold me broken transmision. I spent all the money i had to put that transmision on the car now i had to get a loan to take the trans out and put the new one wish they told me had already arrived but it wasnt there by the time i got there. They wont refund so if this trans is broken too im planing on calling the police.

If I could go below 1 star I would. They are unprofessional and sell you parts that don't last more then a month. The first engine we bought did not last. The SECOND one had a crake inside the engine which caused the head gasket to burn. They refused to do anything since this is the second engine they gave that was faulty. If your mechanic is using the yard as a place for supplies find a different mechanic and yard altogether . DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I will be recommending a different place from now on.

The owner is terrible. I will rather go to the junk yards in Newark. I only came because my family has a store in Bloomfield. I will never go here again. Everytime I adked a question he got sarcastic with me. He is lucky that Im saved because I would hv made a scene with him. Someone needs to teach him how to respect customers. From the reviews, I see he pick and chose whom he wants to be nice, and respectful to. I learned a valuable lesson. Go to the dealership or CAP they treat u much better and if u have no receipt they will definately look it up. This fool said they throw the copies away, which is a lie. Who does that? Like I said he pick and choose who he wants to be nice to because if u read the reviews and look at d pictures just check it out. Im so mad at myself for ever dealing with him. He is a smuck

Called up after looking at their website (they advertise used parts and specifically say hubcaps) to be told they don't sell hubcaps. False advertising is a problem. Location is bad and the main street (Grove) is constantly being blocked by the workers and flatbeds coming in and out of yard.

I get to check in a car that someone didn't need anymore or lost in an accident also those who broke something and are tired of putting $$$ into it.
