I purchased a motor from Mike at All american and the motor is not good....now whenever i try to get in touch with him he never picks up the phone....i wouldnt be as mad as i am if they would of just picked up the phone and replace my motor.....i already contacted the state of New Jersey and they said give it a few more days...if he still wont answer then we will take action......i recorded all my calls to All American......

Extremely rude customer service and sales. If you don't buy (even if part is faulty), it's somehow your fault. The worst experience I've had in a JUNK yard. If there were negative star ratings, I would have given them five.

This place is the best! I’m always able to get the pieces/parts I need. Every transaction is smooth and you cannot beat the prices. I can usually call in the morning and pick the piece up the same day. I have recommended them to so many people and the feedback is ALWAYS good. I would totally recommend if you are in the market for used parts.

I ordered a part said it would come the next day than I called they said something happened it would definitely be here tomorrow than another story about the part got lost than when am getting upset the guy was like mad that I was upset really am the customer am always right I would never go there ever again I believe they knew it would not come in on time just not to lose the sale. They did not handle the situation professionaly the way they should have.i would not recommend this place at all. What bothers me the mostvis that he should have dine everything they could to get the part thats good customer service there busy now but one day they won't be because there nasty. And while I was waiting there this ine guy was so nasty on the phone to customers like they were stupid unbelievable

Fast services Will update tomorrow only thing is that i have to return the next day to make sure they have my item....UPDATE 7/31/18 they took about two weeks to have my item everyday I went the guy kept telling me for sure tomorrow it’ll be here come I asked for them to call if it wasn’t so I don’t have to waste my time going there for nothing & he never did!!! I was going everyday like he kept saying for sure tomorrow mind you I paid in full the very first day and they kept giving me the run around ugh

Extremely poor customer service skills I was helped by the spanish speaking guy they have in the counter he is rude and not very helpful I ordered a rim for my car paid and was told by him that I should get it on Monday I called tuesday and he tells me that it was no loger available. Okay atleast a call of courtesy to let me know it was no longer available. The guy has no knowledge of what customer service skills are and didnt even help me to find another rim. I will not recommend this place to anyone and will no longer come here.

upset with their way of handling the issues. Originally requested the transmission with the harness, was promised it will be delivered as requested. Once it was delivered- there were no harness, so I called the office, and was advised there was no harness and nothing they can do about it. This in not how the business should be handled, I asked for price adjustment, but this was not even in consideration. Not going to recommend!

He calls his employees the "N" word! How does he get away with that?! And pays all his emplayees under the table, so he doesnt pay insurance, specially his drivers! company should b shut down!!! Bought a 2010 Elantra motor here (3 yr old) $800 - fair price vs. others listed at car-part dot com - paid an extra $50 for an airbox which they forgot - but when I returned the core for my $150 deposit they gave credited my card no hassle at all - they said they were holding an airbox for me just in case. They delivered the engine one business day late - no biggie. The engine came with a 90 day warranty and they said they run all their engines to make sure they work. They always picked up my calls - lots of ppl work in the office (maybe 4?) and when I was there they seemed very responsive. Overall a good experience.
