Called three days in a row and phone rings and no one answers. Would never send anyone there again or use them! Not a happy person! Last month scrapped my old car i was told they would be here monday to get it nothing called tuesday they had no power called wednesday they would call me back once they found another car around here to get same time. never got a call i called thursday they would call and once they got me setup! found a car near me came and got it wrote me a check and the bank it was drawn on needed to call them and see if it was legit they didn’t answer the phone, i said forget about it my bank held the money bc it was a company check.

Acres Auto Recycling consistently gives us the best prices for junk cars. We have the habit of running cars through years of abuse until they simply cannot function any longer and are not worth fixing. One call to Acres and the cars are typically picked up on the same day. No hassles. I would recommend this shop over any other 'Cash for Cars' shop in Central NJ. I've also heard that their parts department is very reliable.

Towed 2 cars 20 plus miles because they agreed on a flat price. Then lied stating I lied about vehicle makes. Cars were complete. Tried low balling and wasting my time. Had to turn my truck around loaded. Snakes.

Junk my car..... Forgot to take off the plates.... Returned to them they said they didn't have them anymore ..... No im getting speeding tickets cause someone using my plates with a different vehicle..

Charges outrageous prices for used parts. Wanted more than the cost of a new part for a used and damaged headlight. Were extremely rude in their service.

Horrible Service, bought a part it was no good and they did not want to make good for it. I tried over and over to get them to make it right but no way you can speak with them to make the issue right they are right and you are wrong in their eyes.

Could’ve asked for For better help while looking for a rim for my car. They were fast and knowledgeable and knew their inventory. The new Rim worked out great couldn’t be happier !

Refused to get my car because of the location. Even though a week before they said they can come to my location. Almost 2 years ago I junked my old car there and the location was further than where I am now. Staff needs to be trained better so they dont give out wrong information because this was just disappointing...

They might be good if you are buying larger stuff, engines etc, but they yard is all but depleted. It's not worth the trip if you want to walk the yard for small stuff. Only a handful of cars to pick from.
