I went searching for 1 screw...The guy at the front desk wasn't shy in brushing me off. He told me I would have to use my own tools. He than told me if he got his mechanics in the yard to take out the screw, he would charge me $20, because he pays them $12 an hour to work. But when I walked outside the men were very nice directed me to the cars I needed and showed me where a tool box was, where I could use the tools.

I've had to grab more then a few parts here over the years and never had a bad experience, prices are more then fair and the staff knows more then people give them credit for. Have been going there for years and will more then happily continue to.

I've been going to this Salvage Yard for a while now. It's old fashioned in the sense where you go to the office, you tell the owner what cars you are looking to pull parts from, you bring your own tools and go from there. I ended up pulling a wire harness, gauge cluster, and distributor for my project car for under $80. If I were to purchase these items new, it could have easily cost me triple what I paid.

I wish they had negative stars to rate this place. Most rude "manager" I have ever dealt with. Didn't know he was a manager until i called to ask for manager. I asked questions about two very cheap m,iniscule parts he had such an attitude about it. after one of the employees checked for what i needed, and they didn't have it I went back in to ask about my other vehicle which I need at least $2000 worth of parts for, and I saw they had my vehicle there, and I haven't been able to find it anywhere. When i went in I overheard him talking **** about me. So i walked out. How could any manager be that incompetent. I've worked in sales and management. One of the main things you should know is no matter what a customer is in for you always treat them with respect because it will lead to future sales. Known fact one bad experience, and a customer will tell way more people than a good experience. I will say the girl that answered phone was extremely nice, and the employee that took apart the parts was as well.

We needed to replace a wheel and tire on one of our cars. They had the wheel and a tire in stock and gave us both for a great price. They were friendly and very helpful. I plan on going back to them first any time I need parts.

Being a girl walking into a junk yard can be very intimidating. I was looking for a passenger door for my car. Not only did one of the guys in the yard stop what he was doing to help me, they made sure I was also buying exactly what I needed. They even threw in a side view mirror for dirt cheap so that it matched the paint fade. Thanks so much!!!

This business should be kissing Google's feet for not allowing a negative rating option. To put it bluntly the people operating this place are c*nts. The rudest individuals I've ever dealt with. I called explaining that I needed a small part and I was hung up on almost immediately. I went there anyway thinking it may have been a mistake. I parked near the office and walked in only to be brushed off by someone the guys in the back referred to later simply as "The Boss". I spent 5 minutes getting the part and as I come up to the office to pay I was told by some other a**hole that "I'm screwing everything up over here." I'm guessing because I showed up 20 minutes before closing time and they wanted to leave. This place is undeserving of anyone's $$. Like a fellow reviewer mentioned earlier it is clear that the 5 star ratings are employees or friends desperately trying to keep this place from looking like the worst business in NJ. I will say that the guys in the back were fine. The owner/managers are the problem. Unfortunately those tw*ts are who you must deal with. Unbelievable experience. Do yourselves the favor, save your time and money and go somewhere that will acknowledge that you are a customer and will show you some respect. *Note - This business had three reviews for the year until I posted this. They magically received two 5 star ratings in the days after. This place is a joke.

Wish there was a rating lower than 1. I called on a Tuesday to find the price of a window, over the phone the guy said one price when I got there he charged me more then what I was originally told, then he said I can pick the window up the next day (Wednesday), when I called to confirm if the window was there I was told it was not in and they'll give me a call when it comes. A week later I still do not have my window. I called every day since the day of purchase and no one can give me a straight answer, they'd just say "It's on the way and we'll call when it arrives." After 9 days of calling they said they have received it but they were shipped the wrong window so I'd have to wait until the correct one came in; after 12 days of waiting I finally received a call saying I can get the window. When I go to get it installed the mechanic tells me it's not the correct window!! I called to speak to the guy that originally handled my transaction to inform him of the mistake he rudely said that they'll order another window and call me when it comes and hung up before I got to respond. I would NEVER do business with them again nor would I recommend this location. The people that put 5 star ratings clearly work for this establishment and are only trying to boost its rating. Great prices, horrible customer service and work ethic.

Prices were extremely high for a junk yard. Bring your own tools because if u let them use their tools. Your gonna pay double the amount for the part
