My husband and I found ourselves BOTH needing new cars ASAP. We were terrified to walk into a dealership after not having to do so for 10 years! Cassandra, our Sales Rep. approached us with a giant smile, full of spunk and ready to help us find something in our price range. She is amazing to work with. We were treated like celebrities from start to finish (and still are when we walk in). I would buy from Toyota of Nashua again...and will continue to service my cars there, for sure! The staff is amazing. Toyota of Nashua offers free shuttle service if they have to keep your car, cafe with free coffee and awesome food for purchase, free soda/coffee when your purchasing your cars, playroom for little kids....the ammenities list goes on! Cassandra is so pleasant, knowledgeable and a little ball of friendly energy! She is extremely responsive and has catered to our EVERY need! Thank you, Cassandra!

MAKE SURE TO READ ALL PAPERWORK CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING! These guys are quite the con artists here. Please, learn from my mistakes. I agreed to a 36 month, 18k miles/ year lease verbally with my salesperson. This was simply just an extension of the lease I had prior, on a newer model vehicle, and I had a whole conversation with my salesperson regarding why I needed the 18k miles/year due to the requirements of my job. Today, two years later, I am informed that I have exceeded my 30,000 mile lease limit. 30,000 miles? No, that must be a mistake, I agreed to continue with the same 18k/year lease, meaning I should have 54,000 miles available. NOPE! Take out my leasing paperwork, and what does it say? 30,000 miles and $0.15 for every single mile over. Way to pull a fast one on a young, inexperienced car buyer, guys. Hope you're proud.

Today was my first visit to Toyota Nashua, having recently moved up to this area. I had been a loyal Toyota, Danvers customer for over 25 years. My experience today blew me away! I was greeted as soon as I entered the bay by two friendly, kindly gentlemen, then swiftly escorted in to see Lee to get my info and ask questions about my concerns. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. I felt so at home, like I had been coming here for years. Lee escorted me into the waiting area, after a quick tour. Within 10 mins. I was buzzed in and informed of two nails I’m my tires. That could have presented a serious road hazard, and I was grateful for the heads up. All in all, I was back in my car less than an hour after entering the facility with a gracious good bye, and hope to see you again for your next service. Never have I received such unbelievable service in all my 70 years, anywhere! Many thanks to Lee, and Toyota Nashua. You are truly tops in my book!

I purchased a used car from Toyota of Nashua about eight weeks ago. The car was, “inspected and detailed.” The car had not been detailed, wrappers in the side of door and back seat and the dash had smears on it. This is a small detail and we just let it slide. That being said it was indicative of our experience. They replaced a strut arm before we bought it, due to a rattle when driving. They said it was all set and drove it home. Every time I hit a bump there was a rattle under the car. I took it back in and they fixed the rattle. They then found something else wrong with the oil system and did the repairs before calling. This put us out of a car for about five days. (Rental provided free) We picked up the car and it had a check engine light on. We called and scheduled an appointment to have it looked at and was told the car needed a new O2 sensor, they were ordering the part and would call when it came in. Four weeks later I called and the part had never been ordered. After a few more apologies and the dealership asking to keep the car for another weekend, after telling us it would be done while we waited, the O2 sensor was fixed. I expect to go to a typical used car lot and have to deal with poor service. I was in hopes we would have had a better experience with Nashua Toyota. In my opinion we were taken care of due to a number of issues that should have been handled before it was purchased.

I discovered Toyota of Nashua 3 cars ago and I’ve faithfully purchased my cars there and have had all my servicing done there since then. I have a Toyota dealership closer to home, but it’s so worth the trip to Nashua. My husband takes his truck there as well. I have never had a bad experience there. The Service professionals do their best to get you in and out in a timely manner. If the wait is longer than anticipated, they offer you a loaner to help you get through your day, shuttle to another destination or a nice lunch in their cafe while you wait. I can’t say enough good things about them. They’re just amazing and everyone there is just ridiculously nice and considerate.

Best car buying experience ever. Starting with the call and quote from Kay. She was great and set up an appointment for us to come in and see the car. We were coming from 3 hours away so they called to confirm our arrival time. We were greeted by Phillipe and he proceeded to work with us on our selection and purchase. He made the process enjoyable and fun. While we were there Nidal checked in several times to make sure everything was going well and was there to help finalize the deal. No pressure and actually fun. Finally the 'finance guy' David. He was pleasant, efficient, and thorough. I have never enjoyed working with a 'finance guy' before so this really was a great experience. He even had us laughing while we were spending a bunch of money. Toyota of Nashua is easily the best dealership I have had the pleasure of working with.

DO NOT GO TO THEM. These people are absolutely awful I bought a car from them a year ago it is spent about two months in total in service I even had to get a new transmission which they did four months ago and now this transmission that they gave me is failing as welL. What are the odds that my second transmission is failing the same month my one year warranty is up when they just replaced it four months ago!!!! They’re so rude, unprofessional I would give them zero stars if I could DO NOT GO TO THEM!!!

Alexis Andujar was the first person I spoke with when I walked in and when we say the original truck I came in to look at was sold he showed me a variety of other trucks to look at he’s was on-top of things and made sure I was getting the help I needed.

I bought a used vehicle from Toyota of Nashua couple of weeks ago. Jason Chingros is the salesman, and I would highly recommend to go see Jason. I have couple of issues relating to squeaky noise coming from the rear hatch door and vibration above 60 mph on highway. Jason was nice enough to follow up with me to see if I was happy with the vehicle. I told him about these two issues, and Jason told me to bring it in to Service to address these issue. I brought it in, and the process went smooth. Unfortunately, the squeaky noise wasn't fixed. Upon talking to Jason, he said he will document it so that Service will know when I bring it in again. So far, even though the issue hasn't been resolved, I am happy with Jason's sales skills, professionalism and his customer satisfaction as top priority. I am giving 4 stars only because Toyota of Nashua Service did not fix my squeaky noise issue at once. I have another service appointment with them today, 4/26,2019. If they fix the issue, I will update this review and probably give 5 stars.

The facility is nice with TVs, food, power outlets , etc. But when I left after a simple service ( rotate the tires and top off the fluids) my car had malfunction warnings for the pre-collision and hybrid systems. Saturday afternoon, so service closed right behind me. This translates to me driving home with no pre-collision at all and making another 35 minute drive to the dealer on Monday to get it fixed. This is the third time we have had a problem with this service department. Not impressed. So...updating this review with more stars. They did get my car back in to fix the issue, which they did under warranty. They also gave us a loaner to drive while they did the work. So in the end they made it right.

Service Manager (Lee) went beyond the call of duty to solve a complex customer service issue. This involved a left rear LED light assembly on a 2018 Rav 4. Lee worked hard to diagnose the problem, was thorough, professional, and customer oriented. Even though Toyota of Nashua did not replace the dysfunctional LED assembly, I felt the final diagnosis and remedy was fair. I feel confident that customers get solid value from Toyota of Nashua’s service department. Thanks again, Lee.

I purchased my fifth vehicle from Toyota Of Nashua on Fri Aug. 30th. The sales man Mark Hickey was one of the best sales man I've dealt with in a long time. Not that I've had bad experiences at This dealership. Mark was very pleasant when we first arrived. He introduced himself and took in what we were looking for and what we were looking to spend. He made sure the vehicle had plenty of fuel for our test ride, made sure we were aware of all the options and how they operate. He told us to take our time while on our test drive and to get know how the vehicle handled and operated. When we got back from our test drive Mark again was very pleasant and not pushy on making the sale. He was able to work with the sales manager Mark which is another reason why I've bought five vehicle from them. Mark the sales manager has worked with me in the past sales that I have purchased from Toyota Of Nashua and has been the main reason why I've gone back there. I have been in the used automotive business myself for quite some time and Mark (sales manager) makes it work where its affordable and in the budget. Mark and Mark made this the best experience I've had at this or any dealership for that matter. I drove away in my new vehicle that day. Mark made sure the vehicle had gotten washed and detailed before we I drove it away with a full tank of gas. I would and will recommend everyone and anyone to visit the truck center anytime. On June 1, 2019, I drove 3 1/2 hours from NYC to Toyota of Nashua in New Hampshire to pick up my 2019 Toyota Sienna. I was floored when Thomas Gray not only greeted me but handed me my car keys and told me to take the van for a test drive by myself. He patiently explained all of its safety features.
