I can see that the other reviews are inadequate. Why? They lack the details of their experiences. One is being critical about price per ton, but fails to mention the parties involved or any details with any substance. If you insist on writing in vague terms, then don't bother because it generates a false impression. I have visited a couple of times with household items. My latest trip, today, was to recycle some copper. Honestly, it was a very limited amount. First, I was greeted cordially at the office and told precisely where to go. Next, the young man dealing with me was efficient and friendly. Furthermore, the weight measurement was 6 pounds. He directed me back to the office for payment. Again, I was greeted with kindness and paid immediately. For a scrap yard, the place is very clean and organized. This is not my first rodeo here, so I can compare my dealings today with my other experiences. All my dealings have been positive reflecting the same behavior by the employees. Consequently, I will ALWAYS return!

Was told one price on the phone and drop everything off and when to get and got paid $20 less a ton never go there again

Staff was pleasant. Man even helped me unload the scrap/heavy iron I brought in. Metal value goes up and down, no fault of the people in the payment office. I will use these guys again, I was happy.
