I will never use them again. They had my bike for 3 months. They tried giving me it back with scratches that it never had. Rust that it never had. And no brakes. I figured since they are a dealership that I would be treated good. They screwed up my bike. And charged my insurance company for things that they didn't put on. I also know a mechanic who quit because of the shady practices that they pull.

OUTSTANDING customer service and technical knowledge. I went to the parts counter just to pick up a couple of spare keys for the used Dyna Glide FXDX I had just purchased. I said that I liked the bike, but I merely mentioned that I'd like to tone down the exhaust a bit. Next thing I knew, Brian was outside, looking at the Vance & Hines pipes, getting part numbers and measuring the baffle diameter. Within a few minutes, I had the new baffles in hand, and they were priced considerably cheaper than any on-line sources I searched later. Thumbs up to Brian and Bill for solving this problem for me, quickly, and perfectly. Well done!

Went into the store with intention of buying a 2014 Street Glide. Walked around the store for about a half an hour waiting for a sales rep. Never have I felt so Ignored. I could have understood if they were busy helping other people, but the staff were circled around a desk telling jokes to each other. A couple of salesman walked by me several times and deliberately looked away. They must have already made their quota for the month, and didn't need my money. later on that week I went over to Seacoast Harley with a friend, and we both bought new bikes. Much Better buying experience!!

The lady in the middle that Rings up merchandise was very rude inconsiderate wouldn't help me. Came in a few days later to buy some stuff wasn't helpful at all brush me away so she can do whatever she was doing. Very disappointed. The guys at the parts department well I bought several hundred dollars and miscellaneous parts , look down at you if you don't know exactly what you need. I know parts department guys have a unique personality but they're a little full of themselves. I've owned my own company for 35 years, and without customers there is no business. Thank you, Glenn

I decided to have my 2014 FLS Slim to these good flolks in Manchester on a recommendation from an INDY who was swamped with work. He mentioned Jamie from service, who I met and can honestly say that he made both me and my wife very happy with our dicision to have my magic carpert ride serviced at Manchester Harley Davidson My contact there is Bryan Sweeny, who has been very forth coming with updates as they happen. And knowing how busy with work, it’s nice to know they got you covered This is the kind of assistance you want when you put your trust in someone to help get your American iron back on the road. The bike is still there, but I’m confident they’re doing their best to move it out. We hope to be able to continue with MHD for as long as we’re able to twist throttels and pull on break levers. We’e a multy HD motorcycle famely. And being associated with someone who genuinely cres about keeping you happy is the assurance you want if you enjoy long lasting relation ships! We’ve been taking our cages to Abe’s Getty in Methuen for over 20 years for this particular reason. They are family oriented professionals. When you find one, you stick with them!

This place is absolutely horrible. My father and a lot of friends always bought new bikes from there in the past. Within the last 2 weeks they have sold me incorrect parts and ordered me incorrect parts. I ordered in person cables for a 1994 Harley and they gave me cables for a 1996 and up and I was very adamant about what the bike was. I then go in there on 6/1/19 specifically tell the guy I’m working on a shovelhead and needs a primary gasket and oil filter. He gives me gasket for evo motor and argues with me about it being correct for the bike. And then tells me it takes an evo oil filter. 2 different guys and 2 different idiots that don’t deserve to be working here. Then when parts get retuned they argue when THEY ARE THE ONES WHO SCREWED UP. They have permanently lost my business and a lot of other peoples business

Back in 06 I bought a new 06 Ultra loaded with everything, installed Stage1&2, had them Dino turn her to 98 HP, new rev module, with a million mile transferable warranty, also pick up a duel axle Pace enclosed trailer, my idea I was going to travel around the world with this sled, while in the USA I could take extra stuff, tools & make a personal RV out of this trailer. I was at that time a O/O OTR Roadie & was only home to put 6,000 miles on her, in 2010 sold her for $13,000 what a shame lost it all due to bed judgement in employment causing me to sell 2 Harley dressers, but Manchester Harley, the owners, manager & staff are all top north, 100% plus goes out to these people everyone knows me as I knew them, it takes one to know one & keep a frame of mind to be able to deal with these people on the same level as I ran my company for 43 years, best of luck to everyone in Manchester Harley! WOW! the professionalism with excellent service harley Davidson at Manchester has. Bought my first road glide with minimal hassle or issues. Bike came with an aftermarket corbin seat and a tourpack, tourpack didnt fit on the bike due to the corbin seat. They threw in a stock seat no charge to me. Bike only came with 1 key so I brought it to chris (turtle) attention and he ordered me a new set free! A week after purchasing the bike I received a hand written letter in mail from their manager to thank me for my purchase, this dealership is unreal! Thinking about buying a Harley, come to Manchester. They'll treat you right

Do not bring your bike here!! Had to take these guys to small claims court because they “Replaced my clutch” then it burns out within 100 miles. They then said I purposefully destroyed my clutch and would have to pay another 1,000$. They are con men and don’t care about customers. Also they will take months to fix your bike. Avoid frustration and wasted time and bring it somewhere else.

I must have done something wrong or someone opened the package and removed it. Been a customer for Manchester Harley Davidson and recently had disturbing developments. I brought in my 09 Harley Fatboy for inspection and they told me my swing arm or frame was bent and couldn't pass it. The bikes never been dropped or got into an accident. They quoted me $1400 to fix the bike. Upset I took my bike elsewhere and had another shop inspect it to discover there was no bent anything. It passed with a rear brake pad replacement. As a customer of over 10 years I was shocked and upset. Beware of getting service here.

Rude staff and Prices ranging from a low of (way over market value) to a high of (completely ridiculous) I noticed a pre-owned bike that had an asking price of more than the same brand new version 20 feet away. When questioned about it, they replied with ooops our bad. Seriously? Buyer BEWARE, they are looking to rob whoever will let them. There are honest dealers out there, no need to be subjected to the abuse of this poorly run establishment.

From when I first walked in till I drove away on my new HD, Harold was AWESOME... Been riding for over 20 years and bought several bikes but this was a first time the salesman took the bike outside so you could see the colors from the sun as well as letting me take the bike for a spin around the parking lot... Everything that day, Harley of Manchester was easy, customer first attitude and expectations set correctly. It's a Very Good Dealership made Excellent because Harold works there...
