Sales staff ok but service sucks we bought a 2019avenger 32 foot travel trailer and campers inn says it's out of warranty.how can a2019 unit be out of waranty.

Steven Psilopoulos

Toby was awesome. I’m new to owning a camper and he really took time to understand my needs and what I was looking for. I really look forward to doing business with him in the future. Thanks Toby

We have had the pleasure of working with Christ DeMeritt at Campers Inn RV of Merrimack. We are in the process of upgrading our camper and Chris has guided us with expertise. He is knowledgable and easy to speak with. He has made our experience comfortable and enjoyable. Don't hesitate to seek Chris out. He is great to work with!

Our family has done business with Campers Inn since 1991. We have purchased four campers from them and have obviously relied on their service department. Special shout out to Dale, Joe & (welcome back) Jim Lazott all from the sales department. Have been coming for so long they are all like friends and have watched our children grow.

Peter Rondeau

Update: after talking to the “We care” department, I’ve come to the conclusion that they absolutely do not care. I would give negative stars if I could!! Stay far away! Maybe give cold springs rv a try if you want a dealer. Worth the extra drive. Salesman was great. Have had multiple issues with the service department already. I wish I could return the camper and go elsewhere. It’s unusable as is and they’re scheduled to the end of August.

Joyce Haugen

Very friendly service staff along with sales department.

I just started looking at a Georgetown RV and Toby Wheeler could not have been more helpful. While we are still in the process of researching, his patience and commitment to making sure that all of our questions got answered was very refreshing.

Transport Girl Hustle

I deliver travel trailers to this dealership and everyone is always so nice!

Joe Piccirilli

Got me in during the busy times. Diane B. was awesome; very helpful and friendly. So far the service seems great!

Dana Greenwood

Our salesman was terrific, went well above and beyond for my wife and I. The selection of RVs is huge. The store runs specials and they offer a gift card for the store when you buy an RV.

John Maville

Extremely happy so far.

Renee Cass

Toby Wheeler is by far the most knowledgeable RV sales person we have ever met. His enthusiasm for the product lines at Campers Inn was inspiring for the new life style we are looking for.

Bill Rollins

We had a great experience. Bernie was our salesman and he was very helpful and did a nice job reviewing the details of the campers we looked at. He was not pushy and took the time to answer all our questions. Cliff did the walk through of the campercwhen we picked pitcked it up and he was awesome - he covered the operation of the camper in great detail and provided some great tips. Overall a very positive experience.

Jeffrey Snow

What a great experience! Dale is by far the most genuinely nice salesperson I have ever worked with! Everyone else we spoke to was very nice as well. I would send a friend or family member here in a heartbeat if they were in the market for an RV. Thank you Campers Inn for making a tough decision an easy one!

Diane Demingway

I'm giving a 3 star rating for the "overall" satisfaction with Campers Inn, because of our experience at their other location in Kingston in 2015 (which would be a 0) and we said we'd never buy at Campers Inn ever again, but saw the perfect trailer to trade up at their Merrimack location. The salesman in Merrimack, Mark, was extremely pleasant and easy to work with. However, when we got our trailer the awning, which we were told was electric, was not electric, but want to say Dave, the owner/manager did replace it with an electric one, so thank you for that. There were a few other issues with the camper, but have to say were also addressed and now satisfied. The issue I have now is our camper stabilizer jacks came with NO foot pads, which we noticed after our first camping trip when they were sinking into the soft ground...thank goodness the store had these blocks for the jacks to sit on. We again contacted the service department, but this time we were told that the camper didn't come with foot pads and that it would be $266.00 (yes you read that correctly, $266.00) to get them. I was insistent that they seriously couldn't sell a camper without these, what good are the jacks without the foot pads??? Someone tell me, is this standard to receive your camper without these? I'm being told NO by fellow campers (who's campers all came complete with foot pads). You would think something as minor as this for a camping retailer, but pretty important for the camper/owner of the camper, they'd just add them at no cost to retain customer satisfaction.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting with Toby Wheeler. I was just looking to downsize from my Class A to a smaller tag-a-long. Toby was very helpful and knowledgeable. He did a lot of research to see if my truck could tow the trailer. Most of all, Toby is not a pressure sales person, which I liked the most.

David Garceau

Love my new camper, Mark Person is the best salesman we have ever dealt with. The whole experience was great! The service department is excellent and went through the whole RV with us making sure it all worked. We're so happy

A F

Purchased 2 RV's here over the last 10 years and was satisfied. However, I went back to trade in for a different one and was completely blown off by the salesman. Apparently he didn't get the right answers to his questions. He actually gave lame excuses as to why he couldn't show us the type of RV we wanted to see. I'm not kidding, he refused to show any trailers and it was not busy with customers. I'm all set with this place. Such a shame

Bill Reichert

The experience dealing with Campers Inn, Ben McDonald, was excellent. We pretty much knew what we wanted when we got there, but Ben took to the time to answer all our questions. There was no pressure during the visit. We went back a few weeks later to finalize the deal. Lance and Ben are working with us to make sure we get the best rates from the banks. Definitely a positive experience and would recommend Campers Inn to anyone.

Steven

I traveled to Campers Inn today to purchase a Class A RV. When I got their I was told I needed to sign in and wait for a Sales Person to assist me. I signed in and after waiting for an hour still no Sales Person. I went to the front desk to be told I was number 3 in line. The Lady at the front desk told me I could make an appointment to speak with a Sales Person during the week, (really do you want my business or not), After I heard that I said no thank you and walked out. Bad customer service, they need to hire more sales people. Not sure how they stay in business when after waiting an hour you still are not able to speak with a sales person. I will not go here again, not worth the wait.

Mike Hogan

I’ve been working in a customer service base company for 25 years, and Toby is one of the most helpful/ informative representative I’ve ever work with. No pressure and he made sure we got the perfect trailer. A++ highly recommend..

Gary Fink

Our salesman, Doug Clifford, is amazing. He was very friendly from our very first meeting and his follow-up was great. He's genuine, which is hard to find in a salesman. I highly recommend him. The dealership, however, needs improvement. We had a safety issue with our new travel trailer. The deadbolt on the only entry door failed on our first family camping adventure. We were locked out of our camper with the slide out. We called Kingston Campers Inn which was the closest dealership from where we were camping. We thought we had 24/7 roadside assistance. After all, the camper was only a week old. We were told multiple times during the sale and walk through after purchase at Merrimack Campers Inn that we can contact any of their dealerships, anytime, and they would help. Kingston Campers Inn basically laughed and brushed us off as "that doesn't happen." Since it was Sunday, the service department was closed and they had no way of helping us. Long story short, my wife climbed through camper and when the lock wouldn't open from the inside either, we knew it was a much bigger issue than just a "new sticky lock." She closed the slide and somehow crawled back through the camper so that we could hook up and get home. Kids have school; parents have work. After much discussion the next day, we brought the camper to Merrimack Campers Inn to get the lock replaced under warranty. Neither dealership gave us a 1-800 number to call for assistance while we were stuck up in Maine or while we were locked out of our new camper at home. At no point did a manager contact us to make sure the issue was resolved and we were satisfied with the resolution. When we asked to speak with a manager at the Merrimack location, we were brushed off. Salesman = 5 Stars. Dealership = 1 star.

Toby Wheeler has extensive knowledge and incredible customer service. My husband and I came in with our son not knowing what exactlywe were looking for. He sat down with us to learn more of what our goals and realistic expectations are and took us on a tour to explore all of our options. When we come back to purchase we will absolutely be going to see Toby. Great experience and can't wait to come back!!

andrew laliberte

Stopped by Campers Inn of Merrimack and was pleased to see that Chris DeMeritt was there as one of your sales associates we purchased a new camper from Chris back in 2013 and felt comfortable knowing we were in capable hands Chris done a wonderful job from start to finish helping us find the perfect camper for our needs and is a great asset to your company so would just like to say thanks to all that helped with the purchase and making it a great experience we will return for all our future RV needs

Danielle Morello

We had such a great experience at Campers In Rv of Merrimack. Bernie was amazing, knowledgable and worked hard to match us with the right camper and help us stay within our budget. The friendly atmosphere and no pressure approach went miles for us... especially after having some bad experiences elsewhere. Truly grateful that we decided to come here.

Norman Frechette

Toby Wheeler was very professional as well as the entire crew at camper's inn. The process was smooth with many choices. I highly recommend.

Adria Ramirez

My husband and I had a demo for our new trailer today with Mike from the Service Department. He was very thorough, helpful, and personable. Our previous camper was a pop-up, so this was a big change for us and he went through the camper at a good pace and explained everything very well. It seems like everyone we've dealt with at this location has the same great attitude and it makes us feel comfortable in dealing with them in the future for service :)

Anthony Biondo

We have been to this camper place twice now! And we have found the perfect camper. Huge shout out to Andre who was not only patient with us but made us feel so welcome. He was super helpful in picking out what's best for my family and was even patient when we had to step away to feed the baby. I would reccomend this place 100% they are awesome here!!

John Ward

We bought used camper from this dealership a couple years ago. Part of the reason we bought from this dealership was that they indicated that they had a great service dept. and we could bring it in whenever we needed work done. However, I was just told that they are not booking service appointments even if you bought the camper with them. Awful service. Will not buy from them again.

Steven Sojka

This is the worst place I've ever been the service is horrible the only thing they care about is making a sale I bought for campers from them what a fool I was stay away

Sara Jacques

Andre P gave me and my husband alot of great information about campers. When were ready to get a camper within a year. I would go back to Andre to get your camper. I would recommend him to anyone who looks for a camper. Thank you Andre P.

Susan Maki

We meet with Tobey yesterday to look at the Grand Design Imagine travel trailer and he was very knowledgeable about the brand and was able to answer any questions we had. We were thinking of trading our other travel trailer and there was no pressure to make that trade. We enjoyed talking and working with Tobey and he made our purchasing experience wonderful. We wish there were more sales people like him. Thank you Tobey!

Jennifer Lambert

Toby Wheeler was fantastic. Easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, knew how to turn our 'wish list' into a short list of campers to look at right on site. He really made our visit productive and fun.

A. M.

Very helpful with all our questions. Took us only to only what we were looking for. No pushy sales pitch!

DaDorn666

Best place to look for RV's, also friendly staff and they do cleaning and repairs on RV's

Mark Goldblatt

Spent a few hours with Toby Wheeler on Saturday. I explained up front that I was in the early stages of looking and wouldn't be buying that day. Before we even left the office he asked me a Bunch of questions in order to really understand what I wanted in a camper, plus what I wanted to spend. He spent an hour or so looking at a few models that were within my price range and what I was looking for. I'm used to being asked those questions and then having the salesperson add 5 or 10K to what I tell them. It was so nice to be listened to. He never rushed me, had a very nice demeanor and never tried to sell me on having to buy right then and there which was shocking. I'm still researching but was very impressed with him. He even took the time to answer questions that my 13 year old Daughter had.

K Casazza

1st time RV buyers. Looked around a bit last few months in southern NH. Not very impressed, until seeing Tiffin brand online. Campers Inn in Merrimack has these, so we went. Good reception and efficient, knowledgeable sales. Clean showroom. We found what we wanted! Just the wait now on production & delivery! Thanks Marc!

Barry Parquette

You don't have to look for a thing, one stop service, whatever you need or want in RV camping gear, parts and repairs! They have knowlage service team. You will also see a lot of what you don't know about....

Toby Wheeler is the best by far! I would not call him a sales person, because is he more than that. He is there to help, educate, guide, and he is there just as much after the sale. Toby? He is the absolute BEST!!

Scott Hahn

The service department did a great job of getting to the root of our problem, performed the required service and had us back up and running in two days. I received a phone call every step of the way, to keep me in the loop. When the unit was ready for pickup, I received a very timely call and was able to pick our unit up later in the day, just before the first snow of the year!

Jody Bates

Everyone has their own experiences and they are not all the same. To make a long story long...... Traded a new camper for a new camper. We went up early for a winterize seminar prior to our walkthrough. Finished the walkthrough signed the papers went out to take our picture when IT happened. A little misshap with the hitch swap which we thought would have us leaving there without a camper. BOOM. Our salesman Mark Hamill and the service guy Bob we have a brandie new weight distribution kit. The time that both of them spent to make it RIGHT for us was incredible. I would probably buy from them again. UPDATE!!!!!!!!!! 3/22/19 Brought in for some warranty issues. We told them we needed it back in 2 weeks for the start of our season. One week later we are in possession of our camper. Super impressed by the service with them and Grand Design. Thanks

Jack Therrien

Me and my girl, friend went to go look at some campers' Toby greeted us right away.Went over the spec. on what my truck can pull and showed us some campers and went over the paper work with us . I think Toby did a great job no pressure to buy thank you for that ill will be going back their and buy a camper i promise you that thank's again

Art Zubrowski

Toby was very professional and helpful. He answered all of our questions.

Mark Kendrick

I would like to recognize Diane Bosia in the service department. She was outstanding to work with, and helped solve an issue from prior that other employees could not. She had a can do attitude and very pleasant to work with.

Bruce Codagnone

We are just starting to look at campers to purchase. Toby was very knowledgeable and helpful. We had picked out a few to see and he also made suggestions. He never made us feel pressured into deciding. We have a lot of thinking to do as to which camper will work best for us and when we are completely sure we will definitely request Toby to help us with our purchase.

Carol Goodman

Purchased a few items. Check out person seemed quite cool and abrupt as if we had interrupted his day. Not a service oriented store. We wandered for quite a while before we asked for assistance. Perhaps there is a much bigger focused on selling the campers than minor items.

Spastic Mechanic

A nice dealership ruined by a continously understaffed service department! The service department hasn't answered the phone in weeks. Receptionist says they are too busy! They have had my RV for 5 weeks now and I just want to take it back but I can't even get in touch with anyone to demand that my camper be moved into position so I can take it off their premise. I've had to escalate to the general manager just to get permission to take my own camper back. I'll have it repaired somewhere else!

Anita Sanville

Great service

Lori Weider

Toby Wheeler was our Camper's Inn product specialist. He did a great job with the demo of the unit and his communication and followup during the process of buying our truck camper unit was very thorough and helpful. We plan to pick up the unit tomorrow and hope all continues just as smoothly. Thanks Toby you made the stressful ordeal of shopping multiple units a little less stressful. Lori & Ray

Carl Beck

We are still in the process of purchasing our camper but I've been dealing with Toby Wheeler via email for the last three weeks. We finally had the chance to meet in person today, after spending more than two hours looking at various campers we still haven't made a decision but Toby was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He answered all of our questions, was professional, courteous & patient, emphasis on PATIENT. When we left the whole family agreed that he's the salesman we want to purchase from. Highly recommend that you ask for Toby if you're shopping for a new camper. When we FINALLY figure out what we want we're buying it from Toby!

Mark Murphy

All the RV's are locked up and there was a 30 min wait to see a sales person.. We left.

Michael Cokely

I will sum this up as short and sweet as I can. One star is infinitely too kind for this awful dealership. Avoid this place at all costs, because it will end up costing you. I bought a 40,000 dollar Grand Design 312BHTS lemon back in February of 2018. It's now almost August of 2018 and I still don't have my unit. When I went to pickup the unit, it wasn't the unit that I requested. It was an older 2018 model and their explanation was "this isn't the auto industry." About as condescending as it gets. After taking delivery in April, I noticed an MSRP sheet mismatch for the cooktop/oven combo. Thank you RV'ers of YouTube who recommend keeping a notebook with all of your serial numbers, model numbers, and issues logged. I brought it to Campers Inn attention and they basically told me to go pound sand and blamed the manufacturer. Grand Design said it was their mistake and after a few calls said they would replace it. Campers Inn refused, so I had to take it to another dealer that doesn't even sell Grand Design. I also noticed a leak coming from the underbelly. I took video of the leak and sent it to Campers Inn. They told me to bring the unit in. They said they hooked it up to water for a day and found no leak. Despite me sending them a video of the leak. The case manager blamed me and said "it's common for new RV'ers to not understand how the valves work." First off, I've been RV'ing for over 10 years and know what a leak is, I know how to follow a picture of valves, and when I pressed for an explanation of how a valve setting could cause a leak they didn't have one. Grand Design called their explanation "beyond ridiculous." When I asked if they tested the hot water system for a leak she said "you didn't tell us to check it." So let's recap... I'm a novice who doesn't understand how valves work, but I'm supposed to instruct YOU on what components to check for a leak? Embarrassing. There were also other minor issues... my toilet seat was cracked and broken, Campers Inn blamed a pin, said they reset the pin. The pin fell out on the ride home and the toilet seat is still cracked. The screen door wouldn't stay shut, they said they fixed it, but all they did was drill new holes, and the door still won't stay shut. Grand Design told the other repair facility to order me a new screen door and toilet seat. This dealership is awful. Their staff is rude and condescending. You are nothing but a sale to them. My advice is to research a family owned, non-chain dealership with excellent reviews. Be willing to travel a little to find the exact unit you want, and the moment things don't feel right, walk away. I really wish I did. I've posted images of the MSRP mismatch and the leak.

Toby Wheeler was very good, took time to answer all questions and to show us different models of what we were interested in. Steve Hill was excellent also with all the finance process. I would recommend to anyone who is looking to purchase a RV to start at Campers Inn in Merrimack.

Al Mayer

We made a special trip down from St Albans VT to do some initial investigation into what RV Motorhome would meet our needs. We arrived about 9:00 AM and didn't leave until around 1:30. Toby spent the entire time with us answering every question we had and making very helpful suggestions. We haven't bought yet, but are a lot closer to narrowing in to exactly what we want. Thanks Toby!!

James Hoynacki

Let me finalize by saying Campers Inn did a good job of replacing a warranty covered Coleman Mach A/C. Diane was on top of this warranty repair and provided excellent communication with detailed messages regarding the part status through completion. Some other service advisor (which I don't think works there any more - not surprised) initially received my motorhome for diagnostics. The motorhome was left in the front parking lot UNLOCKED. I returned 2 days later after dropping it off to check status and it was still where I left it - unlocked. I locked the motorhome myself. Diagnostics was completed the following week and a new A/C was received a week later. Installation and testing was thorough and again Diane was outstanding to deal with

We met with Toby Wheeler on Sunday, April 14 and were extremely happy with the level of customer service Toby provided to us, both during our appointment, as well as the communications before and after. His attention to detail and knowledge of RVs is superior! We will highly recommend Toby to all of our friends, families, and colleagues for their next RV purchase!

Ron Colby

Very little pressure, great people to work with.

I have camped most of my life, we just bought our first new camper. I was greeted by Marc Hamel he was great he listened to what I was looking for, took me to the Destination camp and yes that was what I wanted. Price was to high for what I wanted to pay. He was so patience with me, he worked very hard for at least a month and added things I wanted and still got me down to what I was comfortable with. When we went down to pay for the camper my grandson was with us, he so wanted to see the loft in the camper so Dale took him out back in the snow and rain to show it to us again, my husband had not even seen it yet. Then Linda helped us with the paperwork. We are very happy with Campers Inn at Merrimack NH. Now just waiting for spring to have it delivered to Sandy Beach Campground.

David Pancoast

Terrible service department. The first time our trailer needed service it was for warranty work. Our appointment was for a Thursday. They didn't even take the trailer into the shop until the following Tuesday. And that was because I called on Monday wondering why IIhadn' yet heard anything. Not sure what the point was of making an appointment. Today I'm here for a factory recall. My appointment was for 11:00. At 2:30 the trailer was still sitting out on the lot. When I complained, they finally brought it in and started working on it. The recall was for two issues: a problem with the air conditioner wiring and the power tongue jack. When I dropped the trailer off, I specifically told the service rep that I had already received a replacement jack from the factory which I had installed. I told them NOT TO REPLACE THE JACK. They replaced my perfectly good jack with one with a broken/cracked housing which they tried to glue with silicone goo. Unbelievable! I'm now sitting here waiting for them to put my original jack back on. I hope they don't break it. I have no idea whether or not they properly fixed the A/C wiring. I can only hope. If I could give their service department less than one star, I would.

Normand Raymond

Made an appointment online with Campers Inn, during which our questions were answered. The appointment was with Toby who followed up prior to the appointment to access our needs and any follow-up question we may have. We were well received and would recommend Campers Inn and Toby to anyone who is interested in an RV.

Ruth Sterling

What a great experience I have had getting my dream-come-true camper at Campers Inn of Merrimack with Toby Wheeler, Ginger, Linda, Steve, Aaron and all. Every interaction I had was fun and everything went beautifully. I could not be happier. Thank you!

nelkaya .

I was just at Campers Inn RV of Merrimack, I am looking for a camper that sleeps 4 adults with 1.5 bathrooms. They are hard to find but they are out there. I am not new to the camping scene as I have a 36’ park model I have been summering in for about 4 years now. The park model is my 2nd camper and fits my needs for summer. I am looking for either a tow behind or 5th wheel that fits my needs. This is my 15th RV dealership I have looked at. Now that my background is out of the way, we stopped in and wanted to see the inventory to compare with what we have seen thus far. The salesman (main entrance, 2nd office down) wanted to know financials, our budget, etc. That part I fully understand as some may have a cap to spend. I refused to give my financials as I am looking and getting ideas, with my budget I know what I can and cannot get. Then we go with the salesman to look at a pair of campers, to start talking to me like I have no idea about GVWR, sir; I drove semi’s for a living for 13 years, I went across many weigh scales, I been through very inclement weather, I have a 1/4 ton pickup, I too know it’s limitations. I apologize I am looking currently, however; if I was to buy I would find out who you don’t get along with and buy from them. I went to shake your hand in appreciation of you spending time away from a customer that “might” buy from you today. Sir, I will buy a camper but with your attitude, screw off, you are a poor reflection of your company. I too have bad days buy my customers are treated with highest regards even on my worst days! That’s why you and your company get 2 stars. Treat customers even the ones that don’t benefit your immediate goals like it’s the last customer on earth, the customer that will give you the million dollar prize. For that- you failed and failed miserably.

Dan S

Being new to the RV world and having no idea what to look for, Toby took the time to go over our needs and educate my wife and me on different trailers and options. He was very informative and very patient, especially with my kids running around!! We did not feel rush and Toby was very personable and friendly making the experience very fun and enjoyable. We look forward to going back!

Elizabeth Monti

When we started our camper buying adventure, we were unsure what type of unit we would like (fifth wheel, tow trailer, toy hauler, Class A, etc). That's when we met Ben, who has the patience of a saint. Thru several trips to see him, seeing different campers, answering all our questions, and most importantly, asking us how we see ourselves camping....we made a decision. Ben was OUTSTANDING helping us thru the process, up to and including teaching us both how to drive a 40ft Class A Motor Coach. Everything about of selection and buying experience was excellent, and never any pressure. Thanks Ben. Joe & Donna Monti

After going to multiple dealers campers inn stood out to us the most. We ended up buying our first camper from here and they couldn't have made the process any easier. There prices are right in line with all the other places we went to if not even cheaper. All the staff has been helpful but TJ in the sales dept really stood out to us. He guided us throughout the whole process and helped us with all of our needs. Out of all the dealerships we have been to, car dealerships, boat dealerships, rv dealerships, TJ was by the far the best salesman we have run into. He is outstanding.

Melissa Hoffmann

We visited Campers Inn in Merrimack this past weekend. Although we are just in the beginning stages of determining which travel trailer fits our needs and budget, Toby spent time getting to know us and showing us new and used possibilities while not pushing us to buy on the spot. Toby's advice was great and we will definitely check back with him for an inventory update once we have made our decision.

Tony Rocha

Bernie Culliton is the best! No pressure, a font of knowledge and a gentleman!

Michael Oliveira

I’m looking to buy our first camper. I walked around the whole entire lot for an hour and not a single person even came out to ask if I need any help. Or even say hi.

Gorgeous RV's definitely worth the price

Spent quite a few hours with Toby Wheeler yesterday (9/20) and he was absolutely, by far, the best salesperson I've spoken to at Campers Inn. He took time to show me a couple of trailers and go through all the options and upgrades. Answered any questions I had and we sealed the deal! If anyone is looking to buy a camper I'll send them his way! Thanks again Toby! You're the BEST!!

Purchased a 2018 Forest River Cherokee. First trip out I had a grey water leak. Called service department to schedule a warranty repair for water leak and several other minor issues and was given a appointment over two weeks out. Dropped it off and didn’t hear anything after several days. Called and left a message for the service manager and he couldn’t be bothered to call me back. Called service advisor Natasha and she had no answers as to what the problem was. I have a week long vacation scheduled for the 4th and needed to know if I would have my trailer or not. They couldn’t give me any answer whatsoever. Aggravated! Natasha finally calls me back two days later and says my trailer is done and it will be ready to pick up the next day. She still didn’t know what had caused the water leak. She said she would be out the next day (on Friday) but someone would call to verify that I could pick up. No one called. I called Saturday and was told it’s ready to pick up. I’ve had this trailer since the beginning of April and have only been able to use it once. They don’t care though. Then I look under the trailer only to see a sloppy mess of a repair. Tape peeling off and insulation exposed. Completely disgusted with the quality of the work that was done. As all other reviews say the sales staff is great but beware of the service. Unprofessional and arrogant are the words that come to mind for the service department. Especially the mangers. Had I know this I would have purchased somewhere else. BEWARE of SERVICE.

Jason-Jenny Kardon

We had the pleasure of working with Toby Wheeler. My husband, son and I went in to look at campers after having been to several other places. Toby was very patient and even though we were pretty sure of the camper we wanted he showed us other campers at our request. Toby is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. There was no pressure at all and when it came down to it, he worked with his management team to get us the best possible deal on the camper that we wanted. We are excited to pick up our new camper in a little over a week and can’t wait to join our family with all the camping fun. I highly recommend that if you are in the market for a camper to go see Toby, he will take great care of you and have you camping in no time!!

I know nothing about camper's but as I sat down with salesman Dave I was quite surprised with his expertise on the camper's and his knowledge. He actually took the time to explain the camper's to be an how my car would work with it towing capacity. I had a very pleasant experience here an plan on buying a rv here soon

Brynn Rowe

Although we've had less than stellar service in the past, on our most recent visit, Mark P in sales and Linda T in the business office were exceptional! We had multiple issues with our previous camper and headache after headache trying to get the warranty work completed, so we were hesitant to return to campers inn. The technician who performs the work, Jim, has been great everytime, but scheduling services and the parts provided for him have not been. During this visit, Mark and Linda both explained everything clearly, were efficient without rushing us, and treated even the youngest member of our family with respect and kindness. We enjoyed our time and experience with them and hope that our post purchase experience is better this time than last.

Anita Trecartin

Three times over the past four years we have stopped in to look at class c rvs. Everytime we have been told all salesmen are busy and the campers are locked so we can wait. I dont know how they stay in business. Wont be stopping again.

Christine Tocci

We have worked with Toby Wheeler on both purchases of our RV and wouldn't ask for anyone else! Toby is down to earth, friendly and goes above an beyond for his Customers! He listens to what you want and need and finds the right RV! We Love Toby!

Joe Croteau

We picked up our new trailer today and its our 4th unit from Campers Inn. I wanted to call a couple people out by name that went above and beyond to help us. First of all Mark Person in sales did a great job at the Boston RV show. Then Alex did a great job with the walk through even taught us a couple things and we are never to old to learn. Lastly was Dana in service he did an awesome job adjusting our hitch to make it a perfect fit and easier to put on and off. Oh and thank you to Linda at the service desk for all her help as well. So if things stay this way will be back for #5 thank you from my wife Joyce Haugen and I

Lisa Klein Pearo

I am so glad we found Campers Inn RV. Toby was outstanding. He took the time to understand our needs when purchasing a Motorhome for the first time. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the RV models and makes, as well as about the features that many new owners were looking for. He made the whole process enjoyable as well. I wish all of our vehicle purchases could be more like this.

Sian Blackwell

We want to thank Toby for his time educating us on Tiffin RV's. His presentation was excellent affording us the time needed to feel comfortable. We had many questions and Toby had the answers. We look forward to working with Toby to find the right RV for us! Sian and Richard

Steven Mountz

The ONLY reason I bought from this place was because of the brand Grand Designs. They are pushy, will call three times a day, high pressure sales is their motto, and even when you tell them to leave you alone, they don't. I could not get the camper I wanted from anyone else otherwise I would have. Will never buy from them again.

Kevin Faulkner

Tody was great and we enjoyed working with him

Rock Roberge

We’ve been longtime fans of Campers Inn and continue to feel good about our purchases. We recently worked with Bernie to trade in our camper toward a new one, and as always he provided us with a fair deal. He took the time to listen and provide suggestions that helped us make an informed decision. Our good experience extended to Dan, who prepped our camper and gave a thorough walkthrough on all features. Thanks so much to the entire team!

Sherry W

Sales person has to accompany all buyers. All RVS are locked and you have to be escorted. You can only see what they think you want. If you have an opened ended budget you can see everything.

Ken Barnes

Great place to see Campers !!

steve grant

Purchased a 2013 Coachman class A motorhome in2014 salesman Bernie was attentive and showed us only units based on our desire. Did not try to up sell us to something we didn't want or couldn't afford. Service after the sale has been good and definitely better than other dealer we have dealt with. Parts Dept. Has always been able to accommodate our needs wether in stock or had to order.

Lynne Keefe

Jim L was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make our camper purchase a pleasurable experience.

Matthew's Road Service

Love this place! Great customer service friendly people.

Kathleen Belville

We were able to get a new camper delivery to Massachusetts the following week. The service department has been able to fix some minor problems and are planning on coming to us next spring to continue. Things (small) keep showing up that needs repairs due to manufacture error.

Donna Beliveau

We bought a destination camper in Merrimack, NH 11/2014. We tried for over a year for them to fix a flooring problem which they never did. I responded about a month ago and was told to call the “we care” line which I did. Well let me tell you, THEY DON’T CARE. My complaint went from corporate all the way back to Merrimack. Again having to deal with the service department with Merrimack proved to be horrible as usual. 1st he offered us to trade it and proceeded to tell us that because of the condition the floor was in (their fault) they could not give us a good trade. So instead of helping us they wanted to screw us once again. My husband also called and asked if we could get the flooring which comes in one piece the response was you would have to pay for it. Just heard from campers inn and they said we would have to find another way to get the floor. I am so fired up by the poor and unethical ways that Merrimack campers inn does business that I will tell everyone not to go there. Also, when looking at the reviews please don’t go by their website because they delete the bad reviews. Please look at yelp and other independent sites.

Darlene Cadorette-Levesque

My husband, Robert, and I met with Toby on Saturday to review a number of units on the lot. We are ready to upgrade our motorhome and Toby fully answered every question and concern we had. He spent as much time as needed to ensure we were comfortable and understand the differences in manufacturers.

Phil Howard

I've attempted to contact this place multiple times to give them business after visiting countless times looking at an RV. Unfortunately, they never had anything in stock that I was interested in. The sales team was great and attentive and took their time but that's where it ends. Apparently they want you to buy one, but that's where the business falls apart. Fast forward to post private sale purchase and I need service/parts. The one time I called for service, I was booked out over 1.5 months with a three day turn around period. The next time I called for parts and cannot get through to anyone or even get a phone call back. This is horrible business practice and upon speaking to countless other RV owners in my neighborhood, this is apparently normal for this place. I plan on never shopping at this place if I can help it and am overjoyed that I did not purchase my RV here as it seems I can't even get a phonecall back about a measly part. I plan on continuing to share my horrible experience as much as possible to deter any friends from using your business.

Tom Cook

Toby was very helpful and not once did I feel rushed into purchasing my RV. He wanted to make sure what I found was the right fit for me and not just a sale. I highly recommend asking for Toby when planning to purchase your RV.

Earl Burlstein

Never had a good experience at campers Inn.im talking since I went with my dad when it was on Amherst St at round pond. The parts department tried to basically tell me my RV was outdated the parts weren't available and we can sell you a new RV for a part I eventually bought on Amazon for 100 bucks. I've been in the restoration business for 30+ years and forgotten more about RVs than the guy behind the counter. go anywhere else

I believe that every employee is a reflection of the company they work for and that a First Impression says a lot. I met Toby Wheeler today. I hope you are aware of what an asset he is to your company! He greeted me the moment I walked thru the front door. He asked what I was looking for. My answer was a pop up and I didn't single one in lot. He very nicely explained that although they didn't have any there in Merrimack, they did have some in the Epping location. He offered me directions but noticed my apprehension to just turn and leave. So he asked me questions about our needs. He was not pushy at all, just curious and interested about my situation and what product would best suit the needs of my family. He offered, I accepted and he showed me a beautiful hybrid. He spent time answering my questions, about how it worked and showing how the bed folded up. Sadly after thinking about my personal financial situation, I had to accept that it is way out of our price range. But he was SO pleasant and personable that I WISH I could buy something from him. and If, by some odd chance, our situation changed, Toby will be my first call! So if you're in the market, Please CALL TOBY WHEELER! You won't regret it!

annie mackenzie

I'm really disappointed by the service at Campers Inn of Merrimack. I read reviews suggesting that they were awful but for some stupid reason we bought from them anyway. The sales person was quite nice but ever since we paid our cash for the camper they have been less than helpful. First of all, we were told that someone would spend two hours with us going through the camper. It was 45 mins. Then, we took our first trip in March and the hot water heater never worked. When we returned, we dropped it off for 6 weeks. We were told the hot water heater worked, but now we are on a cross country trip and it's never worked. It's impossible to find any place that has service openings and we are resigned to only having cold water. Fortunately we are still under warranty, but knowing this place, they'll put us off until the warranty runs out. If you're considering buying from them don't! The sales people are good but you'll be let down from there.

Heidi Bates

First off I want to thank Marc Hamel for his superior customer service. While having to sell our 6 month old brand new travel trailer we decided to stop into Campers Inn of Merrimack where we met Marc Hamel. We were having a horrible experience with the current trailer and rv place we purchased it from and were contemplating trading it in for another trailer. The thought of this was frightening as a consumer. Marc was understanding and informative. We did some walk throughs on some trailers and decided we liked the Grand Design Imagine, sadly they did not have any with the options we wanted in stock. Marc took the time to see if he could find one, but there were none. We decided we would put a deposit down and wait for one to be built. Marc kept us up to date and even gave us his cell number to answer any questions, which we had a lot. He was prompt in responding each time. We went to get our trailer about a month later. We had a great walk through with Cliff. We spent almost 2 hours going through the trailer as we wanted to make sure everything looked good. Cliff was patient and helpful. When we were ready to leave there was a hiccup with our hitch, Bob from the service department and Marc were quick to respond and fix the issue. I feel like they went above and beyond with this. The next day we had a lock issue, I reached out to Marc who called us and was happy to correct the issue immediately. So far our dealings with Campers Inn in Merrimack have been outstanding. Having dealt with the opposite end of that with the last dealer this year, this change was refreshing. I am extremely happy with the service wehave received from them and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new rv.

Joseph Love

Fantastic experience, great staff, great choice of RVs

Jennifer Rivera-Cintron

We had the pleasure of dealing with Chris DeMeritt. He was professional and courteous and was very attentive. We purchased our 1st Camper and we could not be any happier with the experience! The Happy Campers Jennifer and Dilbert Cintron

Phillip Darrin

Mark Person hooked us up with a great deal on a used camper. Total professional. I bought the camper without seeing it in person! I found it online and Mark and I worked a great deal. He was true to his word. Worked out all the kinks and they stored it for me for over a month. Arrived and they had everything ready. Installed my sway bars and electric breaks in no time. Took care of me and my family. Mark is a photographer and he Ben gave us a nice framed photo of his taken at e Charles River in Boston. Great guy. Great business. Great deal. I have already recommended Mark to two friends in the market. I’d happily recommend him to the google world as well.

jojo DaCosta

Had work done there also.

Tim Woods

You know a little disappointed...bought our RV there but when I return get some new work done they were not accommodating.... so had work done at competition ...less expensive

Mary-Ann Sullivan

Service is terrible! They had our camper the entire summer. They never called when it was ready and when we called they tried to tell us it needed more work not caused by us but them and wanted to charge us for it! Sales rep Tim is amazing. There is nothing else good about this place. Buy your RV at another deal.

Donna

Service slow. Sent an email to their wecare email address and now we are getting horrasment call and being threatened. The calls are coming from all over the country. Vulgar to burn your ears. Told us our camper is unsafe and they have more attorneys than we have lives left. You can't even get to the owner to report any of this. As you can see the responses to these post are an automated. They don't want to help. Time to contact the police.

marianne Uzcategui

So me and my fiance Patrick Bucklin came to this place to look at RVs and they told us the if wanna live south Like Florida or Texas We needed to go to one of those States and buy a RV the RV in mass was going to have problems and ect The sales Person Shut us down and Didn't even bother helping us poor Costumer Service I don't recommend this place to anybody is Bs

Richard Duff

Linda the finance officer, said she would wait to pull our credit so that all the bills that we paid off would clear and give us an opportunity to obtain a higher credit score so we could get a great interest rate. She calls us back to ask us when do we want to pull the credit. We ask her advise since she works with banks all the time. We received a call back from her to tell us that she’s been told by the service manager that they would not hold the rv that we placed a 10,000.00 check on and signed an agreement to purchase any longer unless they ran our credit before the bills were noted paid on our credit. Despite Campers Inn knew that we needed to wait a little longer to pull credit, they were making us pull the credit and cause us to get a higher interest rate which meant thousands of dollars more to pay than if they waited 5 more days. Campers inn has a supply of sales persons who will lie at any expense to get the sales. They will intentionally place you in a position to pay more than you should. All the heart felt stories they have to justify their actions, thier actions are for campers inn’s pockets not yours. Go to Flagg RV or Camping World. Go anywhere but Campers Inn in Merrimack NH. They will sell you RV’s that will have problems and have to go back to have them fixed all the time. When we purchased our RV from them the Sales person said that when we come back in 3 yrs to up grade we would get our money back. What a lie. It depreciated big time and for us to purchase another one with the trade we would be upside down 15,000.00 If we were not lied too by Campers Inn when we would not be writing this but they could not help themselves. They will say anything to sell you. BEAWARE !!! DON’T PURCHASE FROM CAMPERS INN.

Larry Calzini

Thanks to Linda Thomas and Mark Person. They were very helpful. I appreciate all their hard work and help.

Dave Moreno

My wife and I spent time with Toby Wheeler on Saturday. We explained up front that we were in the early stages of looking and wouldn't be buying that day. Tobey asked us a number of questions to fully understand what we wanted in a Motor Home, plus what our budget was. We looked at a few models within our price range and he explained the differences and feature differences between models which was extremely helpful. Toby was patient and very knowledge. There was no pressure to buy which is very unusual and greatly appreciated. He has responded quickly to a number of emails with follow-up questions we have had. We're still researching our options and deciding what model is best suited to our intended use. We will continue to work with Toby and hopefully get to a purchase.

Ryan S.

Spent time with Toby yesterday looking over multiple Toy Hauler RVs along with the many options provided with each. Toby was extremely helpful with us and answered out many questions along with showing us each option along with those that were outside out range, but might be something we would be interested in in the future when we are ready to move beyond an entry level.

Jim Thomas

We visited Campers Inn Merrimack this past Friday. We were helped by Toby Wheeler, looking at Grand Design 5th wheels. He was friendly, professional, and a product knowledge expert. The fact that we were not prepared to buy that day did not seem to dampen his enthusiasm, including staying past closing time. Pricing was excellent, and we're purchased from Campers Inn before and had great service as well. I highly recommend Campers Inn and Toby Wheeler in particular.

Bob Medina

I stopped in for the first time to campers inn . I'm looking to start the Hugh Proces$$ of buying a motor coach was pleasantly surprised at the operation and obviously have a no pressure approach to sales great laid back informative approach. Met with Toby wheeler sales matchmaker very professional and again no heavy pressure they are working with me as I continue the search for the perfect coach for me So if your just starting to look like me ,give them a shot . Great place to start and great people to work with . Special thanks Toby and his manager Bob see you soon Bob M

I'd like to share a review of a recent experience at Campers Inn in Merrimack. We went in on a research mission to gather information about RVs, with specific needs in mind. Our RV matchmaker, Toby, spent several hours with us, demonstrating the Grand Design product line. Not only did he answer all of our questions, but he gave us feedback and information on details that we had not considered. Toby and his staff were not interested in connecting us with just "any" RV, they wanted to make sure we were considering the "right" RV. We greatly appreciated the time spent with us.

Renee Lewis

We started our search for our RV by looking at different models online looking for ones that fit our criteria. This lead us to the Camper Inn dealership in Kingston. We left that dealership feeling that the salesman only wanted to talk to us if we were buying right then. The next weekend we went to Merrimack and the experience was totally different. We sat down with Tim Rowell. He started by asking us what we had looked at, what we wanted and what options there were. After talking for about 25 minutes he showed us a model that meet everything we were looking for. He spent another 30 minutes explaining how everything worked and all the options. We purchased that model that day. On the day that we picked up the RV Warren showed us how everything worked from turning on the power, to extending the slider, to emptying the water tanks. We found an issue with the bedroom door and he worked for a while to fix it. Mike took us for a spin as it was the first time for us to drive a 32 footer. He spent 30 minutes with us as we took right and left turns and backed up into different spots. After our first outing we discovered a few issues. Tim had us bring the RV back immediately and addressed the issues that he could without the unit being there for extended time. We still have a few open items but are confident that these will be addressed in time. We love our motorhome and our experience with Campers Inn in Merrimack had been exceptional. We will recommend the dealership.

Janet Consalvo

Tobey was fantastic... No pressure, just really tried to help.

Judy Day

There were a few problems but everyone has worked hard to make everything right.

Denise Cyr

Polite, professional interview for RV loan application. Bring in your 25% and drive away to your next vacation or retiree site.

Samantha Medina

From our initial interest walk through to the demo and pickup, Campers Inn made the entire process comfortable, organized, and pleasant. It made buying our first trailer an exciting experience. We were treated like family.

Samantha Libby

Chris DeMerritt is hands down the BEST RV matchmaker at Campers Inn, Merrimack, NH. He showed me all the RVs I wanted to see and helped me narrow down my options to the one best suited for me and my truck. Campers Inn got me the best deal and their service department was friendly and helpful.

MARC LEBRUN

This is the 4th camper I bought at Camper's Inn in Merrimack NH. Every experience with Marc Hamel has been outstanding!!! He treated us as though we were family. He has always given me the best price, I've never had to push back or negotiate that.... ever! He knows every aspect of the product and always listens to his customers, he does not forget what you ask for or want. I would highly recommend Camper's Inn in Merrimack AND Marc Hamel !!!!

Norman Long

Good knowledge of campers

Kristen Lessard

If I could this place no stars I absolutely would. I do not recommend anyone to buy a camper from them. From the start our sales person Dale bragged about his being a salesperson their for 41 years (I honestly don’t know how he is still employed their) he showed us a couple campers and pushed us out the door immediately at closing time while other sales people were still with their customers. We then proceed via the phone to put a deposit down on a camper to hold it while we dealt with financing. Days went by we never heard from anyone then we had to call Dale to have finance calls us. We continued to get the run around a week went by and I finally called Dale again for him to talk down to me and be totally disrespectful. Needless to say after multiple phone calls and errors with finance and my husband ready to walk we stuck it out cause we loved the camper and had a seasonal site already. We never talked to Dale again, he never called to say thank you or congratulate us nothing. The service Dept is absolutely amazing, they are so knowledgeable and when they did our camper orientation it was great. The sales Dept and management should do their job!! But how elsewhere for your camper it will be a better experience!!

John Chambers

Great sales team and service department!!!! Bought our first RV Toy Hauler from them at a great price. On walk around we missed a missing zipper on a pretty important feature. Our salesman (Joe Patrissi) totally took care of us. We brought the unit back, and they removed the component from another new trailer, and swapped it out that day, while we waited!! Couldn't ask for better customer service. So glad I bought from them!! Thanks again JOE!!!

LorrieJane Steward

great campers ..

David Thompson

Absolutely the WORST service department ever.

Cathy Caswell

We encountered a service that was not done when we picked up our RV. We spoke with the VP and he said he would look into it and get back to us. It has been 4 weeks and we have not heard from any one. We have heard from other customers that the customer service at Camper's Inn lacks trust. The sales staff at Camper's Inn is phenomenal. Camping World is our new go to place.

Maureen Vail Gannon

My husband Bob and I had the pleasure of meeting with Product Specialist Toby Wheeler. Toby guided us through the camper that we intend to purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable with every aspect of the unit and he patiently answered all of our questions with a smile. We found Toby to be friendly, accommodating and courteous. Our overall experience with Toby was positive. We would certainly recommend him and Camper’s Inn Merrimack, NH to others.

Sue W

Excellent! We have been looking to upgrade our RV for over a year. We came to Campers Inn and worked with Toby Wheeler- RV matchmaker. He is extremely easy to work with and very knowledgeable re the RV products they sell. A+ We found the perfect RV- and moved on to meet with Matthew Forgue, business manager. He was also very knowledgeable and easy to work with! Last steps in the process were setting up the pickup - Deb Vaughn( so helpful and responsive) and the PDI. Dave from service was excellent- he spent two hours with us going over all aspects of our new Leprechaun RV. A great experience here and highly recommend!

Brian Williams

Very pleased with our sales person, Joe Patrissi. Joe was sincere, honest and very helpful. I had been reading up on weights and in particular tongue weight. There didn't seem to be much information about this important item but Joe mentioned it within a few minutes when getting to know what we looking for. Joe is very knowledgeable and not pushy in the least. Even when we said we were going to be looking at other campers at another dealer he didn't try to persuaded us to buy brand X over brand Y. It turns out after seeing the trailer we thought we wanted we in fact did buy it. Both my wife and I said "we really like this guy". I’m seeing some not too good reviews about service and support but at this point I can only rate our buying experience and give it 5 stars. I hope our positive rating continues with service and support. Thanks Joe!

Karen Green

My Husband Gary and I stopped in at Campers Inn to look at toy haulers. We are looking to trade the one we have in soon. Toby Wheeler took his time to get to know us and our needs. We are will be traveling across the US soon. Thank you for letting us see the best units that would be a fit for us. Gary & Karen Green.

Cal Prussman

Had a small repair done on my camper did a great job

Ronald Egalka

Toby Wheeler was fantastic! Our first visit several weeks ago was very instructive and, despite having a tow vehicle insufficient for what we wanted, Toby spent considerable time helping us determine what we might be able to tow. We returned for our second visit with a new, heavy duty vehicle and Toby helped to educate us on the new, broader expanse of toy haulers available to us. Thanks for all your help, Toby.

Al Aubin

I stopped by yesterday to look at toy haulers and was helped by Ben McDonald. Although I didn't buy a trailer yesterday and still mulling it over, I'd like to take a moment to thank Ben for the outstanding service that he gave. Ben was very helpful and knowledgeable and took a huge amount of time to teach this newbie about travel trailers and to match me with a unit that seems to be a perfect fit for me. He was very respectful, totally patient with my questions and needs and was not in the least bit pushy. If or when I buy my toy hauler it will be from Ben at Campers Inn. Without a doubt this is the right place for me. Thanks again, Ben.

Tony Smith

My wife daughter and I dropped by to just check out the different floor plans and get an ideas for what kinda of camper we were looking for. We met Toby and he was extremely willing to help us out even though we weren’t interested in buying at the moment. He showed us around the different styles and asked questions that allowed him to guide us to something we ended up really liking. Toby’s energy and excitement were great and he made all three of us very comfortable with no sales pressure whatsoever. We were fortunate enough to sell somethings and afford a new camper and when we came back Toby walked us right through the process easily. He quickly responded to all our questions even if he had to go get the answer somewhere else. We are now the proud owners of a new camper and we had a great experience at Campers Inn. The business office was helpful and pleasant, the service and parts employees were also happy to help us and explain things. Thank you very much.

Leslie DiCroce

The sales department, specifically Matt, is extremely rude and unhelpful. When I asked if I could get my warranty part replaced he wanted me to bring the entire camper. Each time I have done this in the past, a SIMPLE replacement, takes several weeks to replace. After discussion I told him I would let everyone know that this warranty has been nothing but a headache and he replied by stating that I would not be welcome back and that “payback is a b****.” That is certainly not the way you should speak to a customer who purchased a $35,000 camper from you, along with many more customers. I will no longer recommend Campers Inn nor give them my business in the future.

Barbara Elliott

Couldnt walk around to look everything locked..we left

Chase Bowker

Worked with Toby Wheeler regarding a trade of our Class A Motorhome to downsize to a Class C Mercedes Sprinter model. He was very helpful in answering questions and speeding as much time with us as was necessary to get all the answers in detail. Will be visiting again to test drive one as as we unfortunately were there on a Sunday when test drives can’t be done as the service department is not working. Will definitely continue to work with Toby.

Danielle

Huge selection and Ben was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Raymond Richard

I bought my trailer in 2014 . Paid $32500 dollars in the 4 yrs I had the ac unit break just about every yr . And this year the fridge stopped working. I bought the extended warranty plan for 5 ya of coverage. I was asurred at time of purchase that I would be worry free. Every time I have called to have my trailer serviced it has been a fight with them to get someone to come out and fix my issues. They have come and fixed my issues after many calls and arguing. This year however I am told that I have to call my own service technician and go through the warranty company directly but the problem is that no company wants to deal with the warranty company and will not return your calls . So now I’m left stuck with a broken fridge and a broken furnace and my trailer is only4 yrs old. Can’t find anybody to fix it unless I want to pay out of pocket. Buyer beware campers inn does not stand by there products.

Paula Murphy

Friendly staff nothing is to much trouble. Thank Mark for you knowledge and time. Highly recommend!

Phil Robinson

Called in on spec and was very professionally shown around by Toby Wheeler. Toby showed genuine interest in our requirements and took the time to explain about important considerations for travel trailers - we are new to this! Even though we are not currently in the market for a trailer Toby took his time and shared his knowledge which was invaluable at this stage of our discover. Thank you.

Vikki Garceau

We bought the RV of our dreams!! Mark Person is the best salesman ever, meeting all our wants for our new RV. He is not pushy and is willing to put in the time it takes to make the whole family happy. We're not first time buyers and know alot about camping ,so we were kinda picky! But he never gave up. If you are looking for the perfect RV, go see Mark . Your whole team at campers inn derserves 5 stars plus .!!!! Thank you all David &Vikki Garceau

Jenn Green

Awful. Drove a long way to check out campers. Cant even view them without a salesman. Every single unit was locked. And it appears there are actually some people living in their rvs in the parking lot of the business ? We went to camping world to buy our new travel trailer and are so glad we did.

Michelle Glidden

Mark was great matching us with our camper! He was patient and even helped us get within our budget. Eric Wise was an amazing teacher in regards to everything having to do with our first camper! He made us comfortable and gave us the confidence needed to camp with ease!! A few details in the delivery of our camper were missed locks not locking/sticking and screen door not latching...overall good experience we will definitely consider buying a empty nester camper someday!

Nasser Azadi

We were greeted By Toby Wheeler. He is a great person to work with for purchasing your camper. He is very considered and patient salesman to make sure you get the right camper for your outdoors travels. I will definitely buy my next motorhome from him. I have used Campers Inn service in the past and they can support and service your camper.

Ed Peck

Very friendly and service is quick and I'll recommend it to you

Lauryn Ihle

Toby Wheeler was awesome at helping us pick our first camper. He showed us exactly what we need to meet our family needs and helped us ensure that our vehicle was correct for towing. Toby was wonderful with our 3 very young children and made our camper search fun for them too. He walked us through the purchasing process and always met us with a smile. We had a great experience and highly recommend Campers Inn.

Tricia R

Went in on a weekend to see a few different models and styles to make a decision on which one to buy, Tim, a salesman, just wanted to show us a few RVs that didn’t match our needs, he basically said to us that being a weekend, he didn’t have time to show us around and that he wasn’t making money if we didn’t know what we want. This was a big purchase and we obviously wanted to make sure we loved what we got. I went in, with all the intentions of walking out of campers Inn with a brand new RV, but when I felt all the pressure and lack of interest in showing us around from this salesman, I decided to leave. I’m happy to say that I found my dream RV somewhere else, and that because of that single salesman, I don’t regret not getting it from Campers Inn.

Bob Dufresne

We had a great experience at Campers Inn of Merrimack. Our sales person, Toby, was very professional. He sat with us and figured out what we needed and showed us the units that match what we were looking for and were within our budget. That saved us a lot of time and stress. He also stayed late with us and went over the units to make sure we were making the right choice. Toby really knows his job well! He walked us through the entire process and explained the process thoroughly. When it came time to discuss those dreaded numbers, he came back with an offer that we just couldn't refuse. We got more camper than we thought we could for less money than we thought it would cost. I am glad that we went to Campers Inn of Merrimack. This was an overall great buying experience. We had a great experience from the time that we went in the front door until we left. I definitely recommend Campers Inn of Merrimack if you're looking to buy an RV. It's definitely worth the trip!

Toby is such a pleasure. Al and I headed to Campers Inn just to browse around at the great assortment of campers. We had chatted with Toby previously to see what was available for our Chevy Colorado to tow and he has kept watch for us. Toby took time to listen to what we had in mind and showed us some that we could tow. Little did we know we would be buying a camper a few years newer than our trade. How he laughed when we ended up choosing the SAME model as what we currently have. We're happy, he is happy. We would definitely do business with Toby again and will be sure to recommend him to any of our friends in search of a camper. Thank you Toby! Al and Donna

In our experience, the workmanship was excellent but Service Department communication was terrible. We had an 11:00 am appointment. Garmin delivered us to a Church parking lot next to a cemetery. We then used Google Maps to get us there 8 minutes late. We checked in and were assigned an agent teaching a newbie. Check-in was completed at 12:00!! 1 painful hour later. We were told when making the appointment and again then it would take1 hr. At 2:15 I asked for the status. I was told the mirror replacement was more work than expected but was almost done. At 3:15 I went back again for a status report as the agent came out from the back. It was done. We were there 4-1/4 hours for a 1-hour task!!! Our complaint- CLIENT COMMUNICATION. We sat in their waiting room for 3-1/4 hours (after a 1-hr. delay) and were never given an update for our repair. We ended up being 3 hrs. late getting to our next stop/reservation.

My family stopped in to Camper inn yesterday and worked with Toby Wheeler. Toby was extremely helpful and took the time to listen to what we were looking for in a camper. he pointed us in the direction we wanted without any high pressure sales. It was a pleasure to work with him and i look forward to working with him in the future.

Worked with Chris DeMeritt on the prospective sale of a small camper. Though the sale did not turn out at this time, I felt the patience and professionalism, care and concern, offered by Chris will have me coming back to Campers Inn for a definite future purchase!

Friendly helpful people. Love to walk thru RVs they have inside while hubby is in service & supplies side. Wish we could walk the enormous lot & thousands of RVs outside. Every type you can imagine

My wife, my self and our kids came up to Campers inn to make a purchase on a trailer we had seen a few weeks earlier, while there we had the opportunity to look at 2 brand new units of the same model and make. We were sold on one of the newer units. Toby Wheeler was the salesman we worked with and made the whole process great and I felt as though he was on my side when dealing with the sales manager. I was happy with the price we paid and every time I came back to Campers Inn Toby came by to say hi. Great salesman and happy with the sales dept.

Incompetent service department. We were told our RV would be gone through bumper to bumper, cleaned and inspected. They had our rv for two weeks and I think it pretty much sat in their parking lot the whole time. They couldn’t even bother to clean the unit. Had several issues that we brought to their attention and they failed to remedy anything. Would’ve brought my business elsewhere if I knew this was how they operated
