Have been able to get anything I've needed

Bought our camper from Bob at Campers Inn Kingston and he was a pleasure to work with! Took all our needs into consideration when showing us different models. When we needed some warranty work completed, Chris , in the service department was extremely helpful with getting some difficulty issues resolved. He would always stay in contact on the progress of my camper and is always there to answer a question when we have one. Thank you Campers Inn Kingston!

What a great place! We spent days searching for the right RV for our family.. we must have looked at hundreds of RVs and spoke to at least 20+ salesmen! I'll tell you... most of them were not the nice!! It was the end of the day, like 45min til closing when we stumbled across Campers Inn RV Kingston, New Hampshire. We were exhausted but stopped in anyway :) They have a HUGE selection in their inventory! That caught our attention right away! We didn't have time to sit! Jesse Kamien (our salesman) came right out! Right away we knew we were in good hands! He was very informative and asked lots of questions. He actually listened to our answers! Not for one second did I feel like he was selling us something, if you know what I mean! After our conversation he picked out 3 travel trailers that he thought we would like! It was like he knew us.. Old pals! We bought the second one! Didn't even have to see the 3rd! Jesse Kamien made this so easy! This is one of the biggest purchases we'll make in our lives and Jesse made us feel comfortable and confident in our choice! I felt no pressure, I wasn't rushed, Jesse was working with only us and it was like we had all the time in the world! (Even so late in the day)! One more thing... the price! We paid over 7000 less at Campers Inn RV than the other quotes we got!! Seriously.... if you're looking for a family owned company that actually cares about their customers and not just money then Campers Inn RV is the place to go for your RV needs!! If you're looking for a salesman who is knowledgeable, takes as much time as you need and loves what he does and what he sells then JESSE KAMIEN is the guy you're looking for! Oh! They also installed 2 wall mounts and a 43" TV at no charge!! Hey Jesse! If you're reading this I just wanted to thank you so much for taking your time with us and making sure we had the answers we needed to make the right decision!! We are so thankful and very excited to start our journey! Thanks again! Jen & Steve Dobrosielski "2018 Acadia"

When we bought our first camper They we're good, good repair and the mechanic was knowledgeable. But upgrading they didn't have what I needed & wanted But before I bought where they do Checkovers for campers I first asked if the did they claimed yes. I asked also the pricing. Was given price. So I found the camper I wanted, called them they said yes as I wanted them to go over it and make sure everything worked so I wouldn't get slammed before buying. Yup then they kept giving me different prices. When I asked why and told them what I was told again another price it ranged from $85. to over $500. To look it over? No repairs, no cleaning, just to let me know if the heating system was working right, as well as the hot water and refrigerator They're price jump lost them my business.

Great salesman and financing!

Brought my RV in to be checked out for a water leak which they supposedly did last august. When I called for an update, I was told my battery was no good. They have to jump it every time to start it. On at least 6 occasions, Mike or Chris told me I needed a new battery. Three days later, I called and was told my RV was ready but Chris will call me and let me know what time to pick it up. I Again I was told i needed a battery. I never got a call from Chris. On Monday, I called and was told to pick up the rv. Again I was told I needed a battery. I picked up my RV and drove it home. After 15 mins. I went out and turned the Key?? Not surprised, It started right up. Next morning, same result. A week later. same result. No problems with the battery. I called the district manager Ted Z. 3 times and never got a call back. The only thing I'm sure of is, someone was on the roof and inside the RV because there was muddy sneaker prints all over the roof and floor. I have been completely ignored by Ted Z. I don't think 5 mins. out of his day was asking to much. This is not the way to get repeat business!! BTW? I tested my battery and it was fully charged

My husband and I stopped at Campers Inn to look at new Destination RVs not really sure what we wanted. We were greeted at the door by a very friendly receptionist who got us in contact with Dave Forestell. Dave was more that helpful going the extra mile to show us several RVs and helping us make a decision about what we really needed to feel comfortable in what would be our home for the summers in our retirement. Renata could not have been nicer or more informed when it came time to actually buy our new RV. I would say that we had a very positive experience with Campers RV

Sales person Dave went far above the call of duty, spent over 5 hours with us to find the right camping trailer.

Great place, great customer service and very prompt on returning calls when I had to leave a message, highly recommend this place.

The service department of this dealership has the worst customer service I have ever encountered; worst than Comcast. I bought my camper years ago from Camper's Inn and yes it is 19 yo. I first made an appt to have the wheel bearings checked and general check up before I took it on vacation. When I got there I was told that somehow I did not get on the schedule and they could not see it till the following week. SO I had to completely change my vacation plans. They offered to give me a free 20 point check for free because of the foul up. When I go to pick it up I am told that the check up showed something wrong with the lift system "but it should be fine" and they didn't have the time to take it apart to see what the issue was. They were aware that I am a single woman and looking forward taking my daughter and 2 yo grandson first time camping. It was the worst camping experience of my life and I am a VERY experienced camper. The bed would not open and we had to get neighbors with a rubber hammer etc to get it opened up. The lift system did act really weird putting it up but I am a careful person and figured I would drop it off on the way home for further repair. It rained all weekend and so we spent a lot of time inside. When I went to put it down it was thundering and lightening out and the lift system completely failed. I got 2 state park employees to come over and it was decided to disconnect the side arm cables; that didn't work and so we cut the cables underneath in areas where they could late grafted back together. We got it down but it and we were soaking wet. I dropped the camper off (9/22/2013) the next day when they opened, I called and told then all the DETAILS of what happened. I expressed to them that the whole thing was soaking and it needed to be opened up and dried out immediately to prevent the canvas from rotting. They said they would get it opened but couldn't work on it till 9/30/2013. Being very concerned about mold, I called on Wednesday (9/23/13) and was told by Beth that the unit had been opened up and then I heard nothing. The following Tuesday (10/1/2013), I had not heard from them and so I I stopped in and was told by Beth that the unit was unable to be opened because we had cut the cables and they needed 4 men to get it opened. This was after she told me the previous week it had been opened!! I was incredulous as the work order clearly noted that the cables had been cut. My frustration mounted as I realized that the unit had been closed for over a week and the canvas was definitely going to be damaged. I spoke with the sales manager John about my frustration and he went in and told them to get 4 men off lunch break and "get that unit opened IMMEDIATELY". I left assuming that it would be addressed; never heard a thing from them. So the unit was still soaking wet and clearly not been serviced on the 30th as promised and the servicing was rescheduled for 10/7/2013; never heard a thing. On Wednesday (10/09/2013) I went in to see the 'damages' and guess what...???? They still had not gotten the camper opened because it needed a special lift and they only had one. It is unlikely that bay had the same vehicle in for repair that whole 2 1/2 weeks. So they let my camper sit while taking in other jobs. Clearly, they simply do not care about my older unit. Terrible customer service and bald faced lying to customers. Funny thing is, I was thinking about getting a new camper; but you can bet I won't be getting it from Camper's Inn.

WE are reviewing our experience with George Kutsunakis! George is very knowledgeable about the RV's any questions we presented where answered promptly and efficiently. We visited Campers in several times before we made our final decision. George highlighted some important factors that was not in our thinking process. He helped us narrow down what was most important to our needs. We e mailed and called him several times with upgrades and changes and he was very accomodating. We will take final delivery in the spring and we will re-post again with our final review.

I scheduled a service appointment out two weeks only to show up and have my business turned away. Their excuse was my camper was “too old”. They didn’t even look at it! They said it wasn’t even worth fixing if it needed anything. That’s not for them to decide. I drove it a mile down the road and left it at Complete RV. I just needed a de-winterizing. I was told it didn’t need much fixing because everything was good so I had no problem spending thousands not at Campers Inn to have a few upgrades put in. I was truly disappointed a big place like that would be ok with turning customers away. I know now I will never be giving them my business.

Bruce Moschetti

Don't buy anything from this place.. Sales people are absolutely terrible there nice to you until after the sale. The service department is absolutely deplorable ..especially Mike the service representative when you spend over 50000 dollars on a new 5th wheel toy hauler and have warranty issues that need to be addressed and they don't deliver on what they say its absolutely discussing.....save yourself the aggravation and headache and buy somewhere else .......THIS PLACE SUCKS

Earlier this month my wife and I decided after several months talking about it decided to start the search for a used camping trailer. Our first stop was Campers Inn in Kingston NH. When we walked in there were only one couple in the dealership. A salesman approached us (didn't even introduce himself) when I mentioned we were in the market for a used lightweight trailer he immediately dismissed us as if we were not worthy of his time and walked away as we also did after taking a brief look at one trailer. My wife told me in the car she has never felt so insulted like we were some derelicts. Today we just purchased a brand new travel trailer at Cold Springs RV in Weare, NH (see my review) from Ray Panzino. Every single person made my wife and I feel very welcome and there was no pressure. This is how a RV company should be run.

John Connelly

They identified our needs and guided us to the motorhome that was perfect for us. The process was easy and we are delighted. We would definitely recommend Campers Inn at Kingston, NH, particularly sales representative Bob Blair to anyone in the market for an RV!

Everyone was great at Campers Inn Kingston. While they were prepping our RV for pickup they found one of our slides was defective. So although we were quite delayed in being able to pick it up, the guys in Kingston's service department were great. Once the part was delivered, the guys jumped on the repair at once and we were able to pick it up within the week. Our salesman, Dennis was a pleasure to work with and really advocated for us. I recommend this place.

Sold me my motorhome and then was done with me went back later for a problem that I wanted to correct and it was where is your money

Sue Levesque-filgate

Very pleasant and installation of fifth wheel hitch was top notch. Will use them in the future

Christine Smallenberger

We were on a camping trip and had a problem with our slide out, we couldn't open it. We drove up to their place and the gentlemen in service promptly came out to assess the situation and determined we had blown a fuse. He showed us where to locate the fuse and gave us a replacement fuse. They saved our weekend and didn't try to charge us for something we didn't need! They treated our whole family nice. I will happily do business with them again in the future.

The sales department was great (of course) but the service department sucks. They refuse to return phone calls. I would give this place a quarter star if I could. New 2018 camper and can't even get service. I would't recommend these people to ANYONE.

We had a great experience looking at travel trailers with Dennis Walsh today. He's very knowledgeable and had a pretty good idea of our needs (wants) within a few minutes of meeting with us. Although today, Father's Day, was a big sales day, we didn't feel pressured to buy. Dennis understood we are on a journey and we left with a good feeling about Campers Inn.

Brian Clark

Excellent camper dealership!! They are great and easy to work with. Very friendly staff and are excellent about being realistic with you about the campers they have.

The worst service ever! Brought a new class A in for service for a few things, 3 1/2 months latter it still sits there. Never an update from them, never returns phone call. All this at $125.00/ hr. Stay away!

I am new to camping and purchased a brand new camper sight unseen from Campers Inn of Kingston. From the start, the experience was amazing. That is not to say there were not any issues, but the amazing part was that my issues were handled immediately, and with the singular goal to keep me happy. We had a couple of minor service items, and the dealership dispatched top notch techs. I've heard and read horror stories about lack of attention after purchase. I can honestly say, that was not the case here at all. Special thanks to Shaun Leonard in sales and Paul Gentile in service. If you are looking to make a purchase, you can't find a better group of professionals.

This needs a negative star. I went there with my husband and yes we are young but that should not matter the sales man walked right by us not even acknowledging we were there. When we approached him he was very unhelpful and the four we were intrested in that we saw on their Web page were supposibly all sold, but told us we could put a down payment on one in case it didn't go through. They then gave us a coupon for a free step stool inside. We went inside and no step stools. I took my business to Cold Springs RD with 2 phone calls one visit and very nice employees we left with a $32,000.00 camper. We might look young doesn't necessarily mean we don't have money. I will never recommended campers inn to anyone

George was very accommodating in showing us campers we were interested in. He steered us in the right direction. Very knowledgeable. He said buy a camper that suits you. He was spot on. Renata is a lovely lady. Very personable. Knows her job inside & out. If you need information & experienced people in trailers this is The Place!!!

We brought our camper to The campers in Kingston to have repairs made from a different dealer who did not repair the camper properly. these guys were awesome, they knew exactly what was wrong, they had it fixed and they did a walk-through with me and pointed out everything that have been done. we are highly appreciative and would highly recommend campers Inn at Kingston for both sales and service thank you the Amaral family with a 2014 Rockwood Roo

HORRIBLE customer service. Just after bringing the trailer home we found that the battery wasn't charging, there was a huge crack in the shower, and a couple other repairs were needed. This is a brand new trailer. We called several times to tell them we wanted to drop the trailer off to be fixed. No answer. We had to show up in person to talk to someone about the issues. Called back in a week or so to check on the status of the repairs. Each time we either had to leave a voicemail or, if we were lucky enough to get someone on the phone, they said they would have someone call us back. We never got any response to voicemails and no one called us back. Four weeks of this and still no answer. We finally got a call back from someone who clearly was not looking at the right camper, gave extremely vague answers, and did not seem to know what he was talking about at all. So we had to show up in person again(2 hour drive). They had still not fixed the shower. They told us we would have to wait another week because the fiber glass repair guy was "booked solid". They clearly don't want to do any warrantee work, and have no respect for their customers after they get their sale. We have yet to check on the other repairs they were supposed to do. I would bet money that they haven't been fixed. If I had to do it again, I would definitely NOT give these people money. They are friendly and accommodating until they get their money and then good luck. They are a joke. And after seeing multiple similar reviews, I realize they don't plan to do anything to improve their customer service. Take your money elsewhere.

Tracy Keeney

Toni is your service department went beyond what she needs to in order to assist me. While they did have a tire and a rim I needed they were not mounted and there was no one there on a Sunday to do it. Toni checked again to verify they did not have a tire mounted that I could buy. She called down the road to Firestone to see if I brought the tire and rim in if they could mount it. They were able to help. She did everything in her power to assist me that day. I appreciate all she did.

Wide selection of RV's

F. G.

We had a bad experience buying our RV there. Their manager was rude to us when we complained about his employee's not doing their job. They didn't even dump the tanks nor properly cleaned the unit before they let us drive away. There were mechanical issues that were supposed to be fixed but they gave us the run around and then sent us somewhere to get it fixed and then declined to pay for it. Real shady and unprofessional. We spent more time in the first month of ownership broken down or parked at a garage than enjoying our purchase after being promised the RV was ready to drive across country by the salesman Bob. $10,000 in out of pocket repairs later and we're doing better, however I would not recommend you buy your RV there. Go to Campers Inn in Merrimack instead. They seem more professional and courteous.

Bill Lafreniere

Good selection of RV accessories at reasonable prices.

So, bear with me as this review is a bit lengthy. This review is mostly related to my experience with the service department and the GM Greg. However a little background is in order. Went to Campers Inn (CI) in Kingston back in March of 2019 looking to upgrade from the pop-up we'd had for more than 6 years. I was looking for my first full size trailer so was a bit of a newbie.... What I knew of campers at that time was they're all built with pretty inexpensive materials - lightweight, not super durable (like wood and steel for instance) but degrees of quality are available if you look. So my wife and I were looking to get an education as well as make a purchase. I have to add that I am typically pretty suspect / skeptical / leery of any "dealer" - I sold cars when I was much younger and most (not all) dealerships are little funky - let's just leave it at that. We had recently moved to the area, so we swung through CI for a "look see" - We met Sean (sales guy) who was very pleasant and showed us a number of campers that kind of fit the bill. Sean was not pushy and was happy to answer all of our questions... Well about a month later we purchased a camper from CI. It was a used camper, so we didn't expect showroom condition - but it was in really good shape and they promised that everything would be in operating condition when we took delivery. The day came for our "demo" - a process CI goes through with each camper sold - they walk you through all the features, benefits, how things work and that they actually do work. I was pretty impressed by that - the service person who did our demo, was very nice, helpful - took his time and wanted to make sure we understood everything - well done! During the demo, I had some concern about the AC unit - it was April, no way to really tell if the Unit was actually pushing out "cooled" air - it was cool outside.... but nonetheless we completed the demo and took our camper home. We were "happy campers" through two trips in May and one in June - then during the 4th of July week... it became clear that the AC just wasn't working. I called the service department and a few suggestions were made to see if we could get any cooler air out of the unit. Nothing seemed to work, so we scheduled the camper for an evaluation and repair. The service department called me to let me know that the unit needed to be replaced and since I had told them my story, John (service guy) actually brought it up with the General Manager since we'd only had the camper a few months. John called me back I told him to go ahead with the work and asked if he could have the GM call me back. When I spoke with Greg (GM) I was hoping he would be willing to work with me - I had my doubts about the AC on delivery, I had called when I had some real experience with it and now was hoping CI would be willing to put some skin in standing behind the camper we had happily purchased. Well to my delight Greg made me an offer that was more than I had expected and was sincerely interested in making sure that my wife and I were happy not just with the camper but with the dealership and my experiences dealing with them. Well let me make this official - we're very happy Greg with the offer. And I suspect we'll be equally happy once the AC unit is replaced and we pick up the camper. Thank you!

I purchased my RV from Campers Inn last fall and felt I got a very good deal. When I made the purchase I had no place to store the unit, so they offered to winterize and store the camper for free over the winter. This spring I picked it up and they walked me though the entire process of hooking it up to my truck. Recently I had to bring it back for service and they took good care of me. Erin from service was accommodating and helpful in getting the a new power jack installed at no cost to me.

Jeff Osgood

My experience with the entire team at Campers Inn in Kingston was terrific. Brian did our demo and was detailed, patient and knowledgeable. He made sure everything (even little things)on our new camper was in tip top shape, including changing out a lightbulb in the refrigerator that wasn't working. John and Morgan helped me with some forms I needed to register in MA, since the MA RMV is always a nightmare. The service department kept me up to date on some minor things that were being done before delivery. I would highly recommend this location.

Mark Murphy

Typical dealership. Must have a salesperson with you to even look around, and showing any interest brings out the "let's make a deal" routine. On the plus side they have free hot dogs.

I buy few days ago I buy 2016 traver trailer in camper inn kingston,NH I have bad experience first manager said the dowm payment $$$$ when we are to sign the loan the second manager said another number down payment. The second one when she is doing paper she said that is wrong. All day for sign the paper. The second maneger did not even know what she was doing with the papers. We live in Wiscasset,Maine and we have friends in NH who had bought their camper at Campers Inn -Kingston and was very pleased with all of the staff. So, when we couldn’t find the one we liked that met our criteria for living in the South they suggested Campers Inn. We began our search online and one day did a road trip to the Merrimack location where we found one that met some so we skipped over to the Kingston one where we met the most wonderful group of folks who went out of their way getting to know us and what we were looking for but we had picked out a few online too. We first met Dave F. He was wonderful in helping us look through the few we had found online but he suggested we look at the Rockwood and that’s where we fell in love. It will met all of our criteria. We worked numbers and soon we had put a deposit on “The Camper” that was a Wednesday, Thursday night we discovered some difficulties with vin numbers so we hopped in the car and drove 3 hours to straighten it out. Now we have met Jesse K., who also discovered there was a snafu, we learned we had bought a different camper so we cancelled and started to leave disappointed. Jesse and Dave weren’t ready for us to give up and soon John the sales manager was helping us to get “The Camper”. We walked out of Campers Inn-Kingston soon to be back the next Friday to pick “The Camper” up and take it back to Maine. We picked up the camper today and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience than here at Campers Inn-Kingston. From John the Sales Mgr, Dave and Jesse the RV Matchmakers to the guys (sorry we didn’t get your names) in service, Brian who tutored is in the workings of the camper and oh can’t forget Renata the Business Mgr who despite giving us writers cramp made the final paperwork painless. Thank you so very, very much Each of You. We had the best experience and you made a match made in heaven. If we could give you more ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️We would. It was definitely worth the 3 hour drive. We are currently in the middle of purchasing our 2016 Rockwood fifth wheel camper . I wish that we never came here . I had to hire an attorney because of the threats from the head of finance . I give them negative stars . If this goes to court , the news will hear about it and the outcome will be advertised . Unprofessional staff .

To the point of accommodating my partner and I with a different seating to be switched out! Could not ask for better service by the sales people, finance people and service people. Highly recommend going to Kingston Campers Inn for a great experience.

Update 03/19/19: After reading the “response from the owner”, which indicated for me to contact the We Care Department in NC (the parent company), I called the telephone number that was provided; when I called the girl that answered (possibly an answering service) took my cell phone number and stated that someone would get back to me. To date, 6 days later, I have not had a return call. I’m so surprised that their average rating is 3.8, I purchased a 5th wheel camper in October of 2015 and i am still dealing with manufacturer malfunctions that are still not fixed properly. Luckily, I paid for the extended warranty. The sales guys were so nice and outgoing while we were searching 5th wheel campers. However, once we purchased the unit everything changed, Our salesman who was so nice, he said he wanted my family to go camping with his family; however, 1 week after we purchased the unit, he did not remember my wife and while she was talking to him, he politely excused himself from her because “he needed to talk with other customers that were looking to buy a camper”. We haven’t heard from him since. From then on, it’s been a nightmare with Campers Inn. After bringing the unit back to the dealer for repairs multiple times, I ended up leaving the RV at Campers Inn during the winter; the unit sat at Campers Inn all winter (3 months). I thought this was significant time for them to repair everything that was broken when we purchased it. That was a mistake, I originally dealt with the Assistant Service Manager (Nikki), who continually promised things, which never came through; then I communicated with Service Manager (Mike), who again promised me the world and never came to light. Thinking that the General Manager (Gary) would want to know how his staff treated his customers, I began to carbon copy him in the e-mail trail. He never even replied or communicated at all. I finally contacted the parent company in North Carolina; they were nice, but all they did was contact Campers Inn in Kingston and tell them to contact me, which never happened. I could go on and on with stories that I have had, but after a while, you just let things go and I end up fixing things myself. As it stands now, we are waiting to have our microwave fixed, which surged due to a converter problem, which they replaced the converter/inverter and has since ruined our TV, and microwave; our screen doors Hinges has been fixed 4 times times, each time they just bore a bigger hole in the dood and put a larger screw which has not helped. We have friends and family tut all have similar stories. Don’t let the salesmen fool you, Campers Inn is a horrible company. I suggest that you do not purchase anything from Campers Inn!!

Their stock of common parts for important appliances really stinks. A fridge heating element that is commonly used in most fridges that can burn out should be a stocked item. They have to order it. Disgusting!!!

Adam Archer

Great experience at Campers Inn RV. Very friendly and courteous staff. Walked around looking at different campers.

Peter Lazarus

Excellent price excellent place great service place has everything

Gordon Wasson II

Good selections of campers, zero sales pressure. Allowed us to poke around. I might suggest they have someone or a few with the outdoor units so people can take a look at what is available in these units.

Diane Hebert

Friendly quick visit for a couple things we were lucky they carried. Wish they had more fun accessories...

I just drove off the lot yesterday in my new Class B. Before leaving, Ray did the most thorough bumper to bumper walk through I have ever experienced. I didnt feel rushed, he answered my millions of questions, and i have no doubt that if i have any more questions, he would answer them promptly. He knows this product inside and out! Campers Inn of Kingston has an AWESOME employee! Ken, in finance, was very personable and extremely proficient during the whole paperwork process. He also answered my multiple questions and had me in and out of his office in under an hour. All in all a good experience!

Erich Bouthillette

If there was another Forest River dealer within an hours drive I'd be going there.

Amy Monkiewicz

Awesome campers, great deals, lots of choices :) Staff are very nice, and easy going without being pushy. Definitely check them out.

John Gaskins

I will say this was the worst experience buying a travel trailer I have ever experienced. The people that work there are nice but fail to communicate with each other. I would not recommend this particular dealership.

I had a dysfunctional A/C unit on my 5th wheel RV. The A/C was working but not putting out sufficient cooling air to my trailer. It was 84 degrees F in the trailer. The manufacturer said they would not cover it under warranty because it was working but not cooling. I emailed Campers Inn WE CARE Website about my problem and within ten (10) minutes the Owner/CEO of Campers Inn, Jeff Hirsch emailed me and stated that my problem would be looked into and resolved. Derek Cunningham of the WE CARE program was in touch with me by email and telephone shortly thereafter. Early the next day, the Service Department of Campers Inn called to inform me that Mr. Hirsch had authorized the installation of a larger A/C with no cost to myself. It is refreshing to know that there are at least two (2) business people out there who still care for their customers. I am extremely thankful for their kindness and professionalism in addressing my problem.

The staff here was extremely helpful when I came searching for LynxLocks. They even went to search the back because the items were not in the shelf. They also helped me with awesome about sealing a leak and silicone.

Drove an hour on a rainy day to start our process of buying a destination trailer. Tony our "salesman' clearly didn't want to show us trailers in the rain. I have never been spoken down to so rudely by a sales person. I will take my business elsewhere. You're not the only game in town Campers Inn. Wish I read the reviews before I wasted our time.

Outstanding customer service.... rapid check in.... phenomenally polite

Is there a negative star? Buyer Beware!!!!I bought a brand new 2016 Forest River made Cheokee camper here Oct 12, 2015 there were two warranty issues. A cabinet door that was replaced. A rip in a piece of fabric on the bunk beds. I never took possession of the camper it's still here almost 4 months later. The warranty was denied on the fabric replacement. Nobody called me to tell me, and I had purchased an extended warranty. There has been ZERO follow up from Campers Inn. Both me and my wife have been calling since Nov. Finally they ordered the fabric 2 weeks ago when I came in. Today I check and Nope it hasn't shipped. I am now 3 1/2 months without a camper. I will never buy another new camper here. The sales guys are great the service dept is less than without ability. ‪Creating memories what a joke, take my money and after they get their money the customer doesn't mean anything. #campersInn‬ #campersInnkingstonnh Campers Inn RV of Kingston, NH Rated negative

We picked up our camper today, just in time for the Fourth of July weekend. We arrived and were met warmly by Mike in service. The process for the next couple hours was smooth and informative. Brian from service went over EVERY aspect of the trailer and answered all questions. We were very comfortable of the systems after the walk around. We must give out a big thank you to Dave in sales . He has the patience of Jobe! Dave steered us to what we feel will be a great camper for our needs. From the receptionist through the service staff, all of the Campers Inn team reflected positive vibes. We felt very comfortable doing business, and will certainly return there for all our support needs. Thank You!! Bill and Tammy

Great people to work with. Very knowledgeable about their products. Go there again in a heartbeat!

We recently traded a travel trailer for a fifth wheel at the Kingston NH location. It was by far one of the best large purchase experiences we have had during the past 44 years. The staff (from the sales, service, and finance departments) were friendly and professional. They listened to what we wanted and were clearly dedicated to our satisfaction. We have been recommending them to our friends and family and will continue to do so. THANK YOU Campers Inn of Kingston NH!

Robert Farland

Great visit Will go again thanks

Be very careful purchasing here, the sales person actually told us he didn't care if we purchased an rv with them or not, should have walked away then. Have had a couple of issues with trailer which is new and every time you call they put you into a voicemail or give you the well everyone is busy someone will call you back. Don't waist your time waiting by the phone, they don't call. And when and if they actually look at your trailer and fix something check it out before they leave or you leave dealership, something else will be wrong for sure. Had to have back wall replaced and now DVD player doesn't work and it's been over a month since I called to have fixed. Even the We Care people say they are looking into the matter and then you hear nothing back. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Shop elsewhere

Had some difficulties of my own doing by waiting so long to winterize. Staff very helpful in solving the problem. Very courteous. Will continue to do business with them and recommend them to others. Recommend a hairdryer as new equipment to thaw frozen water pump.

We just bought our first RV at Campers Inn of Kingston. From the beginning and right through to delivery we were treated very well and fairly. Bob, our salesman, is enthusiastic about the dealership and he;'s very knowledgeable about RVs.He worked hard to ensure that the process stayed on track. Also a tip of the hat to Renata, who coordinated the sales paperwork and to Brian, who did a great job with our final demo. He was patient, courteous and thorough. We've taken our Roadtrek on one weekend outing so far, with two more scheduled in coming weeks. My wife joins me in offering our thanks to the Campers Inn team and especially to the folks I've mentioned. We highly recommend this business.

Customer service is the worst.

Abby Eisenhaure

My boyfriend and I just recently purchased a camper from campers inn, and do not get me wrong I love the camper it is great, but the process to get the camper was completely horrendous. I don't know if it's because we are young and we were not taken seriously or something else. But we will not come back again. The first time we went to go pick it up, the awning that we purchased that was to be installed was not, they were supposed to also install the steps back onto the camper, and clean up the outside and the inside, and none of that happened. So obviously, we did not take it home that day, then they told my boyfriend to come back Monday and that everything will be ready. Come Monday, the camper is cleaned the steps are on, but no awning..apparently the "part" they ordered was not in, so they told him to take the camper home and for him to tell his sales man the address to where he is keeping it, and they will come to him and install it. So it's been a little over a week now, we let him know the address, and no response and still no awning. He did get a call from the service center saying "his part was ordered and should be shipped soon" well that was supposed to happen two weeks ago...so not sure if we're ever actually going to get that awning. Very bad service.

We stopped by on short notice. They couldn't have been nicer and helped us immediately. We are back on the road again! Thank you.

Friendly staff and have always been treated right here from having work done on our class A RV to just buying parts

Joseph Lazzaro

I purchased a travel trailer a few months ago. The women behind the parts and service desk has zero customer service skills. Very rude, short answers and seems to hate her job and people. I called and left a voice mail about de-wintering my trailer and never got a response so I dropped in. I asked to speak to a service technician to answer the simple question that would literally take 30 seconds to answer and they said they couldn't do that. Is that the kind of service you provide to someone who bought a camper? Horrible.

Luann Benjamin

Don't buy your RV from campersinn.

Jon Bass

Just wrapped up what is now our 3rd camper purchased from Campers Inn Kingston. We are so pleased with our new 2017 Heartland Big Country 5th Wheel, the sales team really made sure we got what we wanted. A big thanks to Rick in sales and Renatta in the finance office for all of their diligence and guidance. Also a hats off to the service team with making sure we were informed on all the specific features of the new trailer during the DEMO, as well as making sure we were ready to go with our new 5th wheel hitch setup. We look forward to working with them for support with our new trailer and when we are ready for purchase the next one!

My husband and I were in search of a new trailer. We had gone to Campers Inn forr our 3 previous trailers and we knew this was the place to go back to go. Our salesman, Tony vittone was amazing as usual. He knew exactly what we wanted and pointed us in the right direction. There was no pressure, he didn't follow us around like some salesman do. Tony was very pleasant to work with and he answered all our questions and concerns.

John Tiernan

My Wife and I were looking to upgrade from a travel trailer to a 5th wheel camper. We had done research and visited several dealerships with specific items we wanted to have in the new camper. We did not have much luck with the previous sales representatives at those dealerships. They were either uninterested in what we were looking for, or did not have a good working knowledge of the RV's on their lot. We went to the Campers Inn RV in Kingston, NH and met with sales rep Nate Martin. We told him what we wanted in a 5th wheel and the price range we were looking to stay within. He brought us to a Chaparall 5th wheel. It had everything we wanted. He showed us a couple other RV's to compare, but we went with the first one he showed us. It was perfect for our family. If you are looking for an RV and want to deal with someone that will listen to what you want and can deliver, we Strongly recommend Nate Martin and Campers Inn, Kingston NH! Got my paperwork for my trailer worked out quickly

Donna Lavin

They have many RV'S but not many huge destination trailers and what they do have are over priced in my opinion .

Eric Greelish

Staff was excellent, salesman was not pushy and knew the inventory to show us all the options available for price and size that we were looking for. We would highly recommend Campers Inn - Kingston, NH for your next camper purchase.

Jonathan Schopf

Overpriced. The parts people do not own RVs and recommended parts that were early not what we needed

Michael Ackerson

Sales team is horrible and hard to get a hold of. We recently purchased our first camper from here and this might be might worst sales experience ever. Service department started out good by completely going over the camper and answering all our questions.... which we had many given this was our first one. We now have a water leak. I've called the service department 5 days now and left a message each time but no call back. All around worst customer experience ever.

Started five star!!! The salesmen have been excellent,,,, however a month after purchasing my fith wheel,, I visited it (Kingston over a week ago) to find a pool of water in the rear corner and the front cap now delaminating. I emailed the manager with all my concerns. My salesmen has assured me it will be looked at and taken care of, but I have not had any reply from the manager (who understandably has bigger fish to fry with the Boston RV show). This whole experience started as a dream with a customer service experience unlike any dealership we have visited. Our fith wheel won't be delivered till mid March,,,,, soooooo I guess we will see if our dream turns into a nightmare

We stopped by here yesterday and approached the receptionist at the desk and let her know we were upgrading our camper and we weren't sure what model we were looking for but wanted some guidance as far as towing capacity etc. She was not very helpful and didn't offer to get anyone to assist us. We looked at the campers in the showroom. There were many sales people just hanging out but not one asked to help us. The receptionist pointed the way outside and told us the campers were locked which is understandable but it really would have benefited them and us to show us some campers! As we walked back through the showroom, she was too busy surfing the internet to even notice us. We took the drive up to Camping World (almost an hour away). We are glad we did. They were nice and very helpful. Ask for Bri if you go there. She was awesome! We'll most likely buy our camper there.

Kelly Trottier

Bought our new camper from Camper’s Inn in Kingston in fall of 2018 and it needed work right away due to a manufacturing error. Many ERRORS occurred while campers inn was fixing our camper. Delays, issues, so many problems! But... in the end Camper’s Inn really made it right. Manager stepped in to fix the problem once and for all. Customer service is alive and well and we would come back again. Have had 2 successful camping adventures this summer so far and look forward to many more.

Wolf GOBB

This is only about their parts store. Have a little of everything on hand, will order anything you need. Staff helpful.

Geraldine Chittick

The most accommodating service area I have ever been to. Plus they REALLY know their stuff!!!
