Love to go to pic a part with my husband and was excited to go to this location as I have never been. As soon as we get there the guy at the front tells me I cannot go in with my purse, my purse that is the size of a wallet. Mind you, everyone carries tool bags. His reasoning was that I could have a gun in there!!! Are you kidding me?!? Great way to treat woman. You should pat yourself on the back!

Great experience here today. I'm no mechanic, so I try not to go to autozone or oreilly for those "I think this might be bad." moments and shell out top dollar for a part I don't know for certain is actually bad. But I'm also not afraid to bust a knuckle or two and get my hands dirty trying to fix it on my own. That's where NV Pic-A-Part came in today. Looked on their website, saw they had at least 5 to 6 vehicles that matched mine that I could pick from. Grabbed my tools, and about two hours later the parts I had picked were on my car and fixed the problem. Best part, it was only a FOURTH of the cost I would have spent at the brick and mortar stores. Sure, the parts would be new, but the parts I picked work just like the new ones, minus the price tag. I even picked up a new OEM gas cap just cause to replace my aftermarket one I bought that never seemed to have the right fit. In my opinion, you make your own experience here. Take what tools you need and not much more, make it easier on them and you to check out your tool box. Check the website to see what they have in stock (It seems to be well updated). Have an idea of what your looking for and what you'll need to remove it. Finally, check the website for prices. They have a price list for cars and trucks for how much parts are. I bought a coil pack and motor mount for my 05 Dodge Neon. I checked on the website. I new before I got to the yard I was going to spend ~$50. When I left with my coil, mount, and gas cap, I had spent $48. Great service you guys provide, thank you. I'll be back next weekend to pull off a bumper for my other car I saw that you had while I was browsing!

This is where customer service goes to die. The cashier just quoted me a price and couldn't even bother with hello or goodbye. Guy at the gate was friendly though. When i asked about getting heavier things like a bench seat, the carrier told me they have wheel barrows. Seriously? What ifi want to get an engine? Solo ladies: apparently being female gets you in for free, but a male customer decided to comment on how I was "not dressed for the junk yard," (jeans and a tank top? Seriously?) "not to get dirty," and called me a "junk yard princess," to the staff. Staff: If you don't charge ladies as a courtesy, maybe try to dispel that kind of ignorant behavior. I bought them went home tried to install them and they don't fit. I am thoroughly upset with this place. My husband went in there for a few parts, and when checking out and paying for the parts, was searched. I dont know if they are even legally allowed to search you. I have gone in there with my husband numerous times, I generally like going there, but he had mistakenly put a part in his pocket and forgot (out of sight out of mind) due to having his hands full. When realizing his mistake he tried to pay for the part (which is $28 BRAND NEW at AutoZone), not only did they confiscate his tools, they wanted to charge $55 for the part. He tried to give the part back, and they still wanted $55 whether he got the part or not, and still won't give his tools back. I am thoroughly disgusted. We go there at least once a week and have never stolen from there, and an honest mistake turns into that? I am Definitely looking forward to hearing management's opinion on that.

2 weeks ago on a Friday afternoon, I stopped by the Henderson Location to get a part for my car. Unfortunately, I stoppe by to late in the day and was unable to get the part by closing time. When they asked me to leave I gathered my tools and left. When I got to the parking lot my car was gone. The guys laughed and said, I guess it was stolen. I asked if they had moved my car. They said NO!!!! I then walked to the edge of the lot and looked back into the compound. My car had been put in the compound. There was no apology, no admission of wrong doing. If I had to do it over again, I would have called the police. and filed a criminal complaint against them. They had no right, no authority to move my car. I called management, I did not even then get an apology. This company is a bad company. There is no concern for the customer.

First time experience at pic a part in Henderson. Overall went very well. One of their security guards was very helpful when I was out of ideas how to pop this trunk open. Their prices are really good for some stuff but others are kind of high depending on what you want. Their inventory online is updated daily and is the list of parts which is a great resource. will definitely use them again.

Finally got a chance to come and check this place out (9.23.18). Very good selection of vehicles, good prices, people who work there are good folks, open Saturday and Sundays and $1 entry fee and no charge for my wife (free entry for women). Plus it's only 15mins from my house. My new go to spot for parts. Only thing is, wish they had shade where you pay for the stuff lol. But, yes... I'll be back soon. Glad I found this place.

I understand that it is a junk yard but they lie. I was told that their batteries were tested and charged before they sell them LIAR. I purchased a battery got an extended warranty took it to Auto Zone to be sure that it was charged but the battery was so bad that it could not be charged. Next day went back exchanged the battery once again took it to Auto Zone and it was another bad battery. I called them up and they were rude hung up on me twice no refunds no more batteries I can get a store credit like I'm ever going near that place again. I wish I would have never heard of that place. Stay away from the rude liars.

This is a run down and corrupt attempt at a professional yard. Check the prices online and note the zero dollar core for your item. Go pull it get billed a core charge and overcharged. Show the staff the online price and guess what noone cares take it or leave it. I have purchased everything from tailight lenses, to entire cars from yards in the past and never been as disatisfied with a yard as I was today. Congratulations on your achievement. I understand a haggle but that is not what happened here. This was not my first time to your facilities I have purchased many times in my past 2 years in Vegas. Each time is sad to see a business with potential being run so poorly but today you have lost a customer I will not be returning to either location. This was the Henderson location.

Although in general Nevada pic a part is a decent place to get used parts for a decent price but on occasion they classify vehicles wrong on the website and it's usually g-bodys and Cadillacs so inside employees can have their buddies come and strip them for next to nothing and they sell on the side for their financial gain. A-holes I drove 45 minutrs to this place, I spent 30 minutes removing a valve cover I needed only to find they closed their sales office sharply at 4:30. So I had to drive 45 minutes back home and come back the next day for the damn thing.

This is the first time i've ever rated a business online but I decided to start now because of the what the employees at this Pic-a-part did. I found a front bumper and a pair of taillights for my g3 Integra here in good condition but didn't have cash on me so I used my card. The guy told me to my face $40 for everything. I responded with "only $40?" and he said "yeah 40." I gave him my card and he swiped it, i put in my pin and left without looking at my receipt. I got home and checked my bank account, and it was charged over $150! I went back early the next day and they were reluctant and unhelpful standing by their no refund policy. I know i probably shouldn't have used my card and I should have checked my receipt as soon as i got it but it's in the past now. Don't let them do the same thing to you! BRING CASH. EDIT: the owner responded by saying I should check their website for prices, how about the employee shouldn't be lying to customers faces. I looked this dude in the eyes and he told me $40 for everything. he said it to my face. I trusted him. I trusted your employee. and he went over and charged my card over $150. Went here to get a set of knuckles, hub, and rotors. Took me almost two hours to get them off the subframe. There were axles attached to them that were clearly broken and since I couldn't get them off. They still wanted to charge me for them. Really?... Henderson location is generally better than the N las vegas one, but the staff is always awful. Almost everytime I go, there are guys with kids running around, which is so dangerous. Either the kids will get hurt, or they could hurt someone else. I even saw 2 dudes pushing a stroller with a baby in it! I keep all of my receipts everytime I go, and always check my statements, as the staff can be shady, and Ive read poor reviews in the past about these guys. Sure enough, they double charged me one day. I called and spoke with them about getting the money back, and gave them the transaction number off the receipt, the date of transaction, and the amount, but they would not do the refund over the phone. I was told I would have to come in to get a cash refund. Problem is, I live 30 mins away, and I am not driving all the way down there in 100+ degree heat to get money back that they double charged. Ill let my bank handle it. The only reason they get 3 stars, instead of 1, is that some of their pricing is very good. Some items like airbags, are crazy overpriced, but others are very reasonable, if not down right cheap. Someone else made a review that commented on how racially skewed they are with their pricing, and it is 100% true. If I know I am buying a lot of parts, I have to bring my Columbian brother in law, or I will pay twice as much. So very sad, but true. In summary: Keep the kids out, keep the website updated, extend your hours into the early morning for the vegas summers, put the customer first, and customers-keep your receipts!

My advice! Go to a junk yard that caters to the public not a race. This place is very prejudice. Family and friends told me when I moved here. I didn't believe them. After time I could see it. So I stopped and picked up a friend. (Jose) and had him pick up the same part as me. He was charged 27.50 for a brake part. A short time later I paid 44.50 for the same part, when I mentioned the price difference I was told, if you don't want the part throw it in the cart. Stayed out front and talked to some people, and got the same response. In addition the same part brand new was 48.99. Looked in there website and the part is 27.50 very disappointed.
