I liked how friendly and professional the team of men were who came to take away a very large and very heavy 1860's piano. After realizing that two men alone could not cart this piano out, they returned with more help, determined to get this huge instrument taken away, and they succeeded. This was the best money I ever spent! I had a 2-hour window from 9 to 11 a.m. of when they were supposed to show up, they showed up right at 9 a.m. so I didn't have to sit around and wait all day. These guys came in we're here maybe five minutes to load a couch very fast very efficient. The guys were very friendly and I was extremely happy with the work they did making sure they didn't rip the carpet or bang the walls. I've already recommended them to my friends and family!

Service Work is based on volume of truck filled. I had to stop one person from filling the truck with empty big boxes as apposed to desired items. The employees are more concerned with speed over quality of space used. If you use this service make sure that you have every inch of space filled. I was charged for the full truck price even though the truck showed up with items from another job in it. I was frequently told no there is no more room, even if I could point to empty space. Over all They are fast and friendly if you want to get rid of stuff fast and friendly at a high price.

Online appointment scheduling was a snap! The company called about 75 min ahead of scheduled arrival time to see if they could come about 1 hour ahead of scheduled time. They arrived and assessed the amount to be much less than the online quote. Turned out to be half! The gentlemen who carted off my junk were polite, friendly and super efficient. They were all loaded up within 15 minutes. It was a great experience and I would recommend Junk King. I think I got all the junk out of my house, but if I find more, I’ll be scheduling another pick up with Junk King.
