Horrible! Had some tree clippings and was quoted $140-$240 over the phone. Apt was 1-3 and get a text at 2:15 asking for a picture. I send and am told manager says $350 for about a 20 minute job. Employee says will talk to manager and comes back with $300. I say no thanks. Please improve you process and customer service.

I booked Sunday night, they appeared Monday morning and magically, my junk (furniture, tree limbs and pruning bags) disappeared - no muss, no fuss. 30 minutes to completion and they even swept my garage, driveway and sidewalk to the street. Thank you!!!

Finally, some professionals. It's cheaper to use Craigslist, but I had issues with unlicensed people showing up at my house where my wife and kids lie their heads at night. The professionalism is worth the extra $50. Oh and they showed up on time!

Junk King really is the King!!!! I’ve used these guys twice, once to clean up a bunch of yard waste and another time to recycle a ton of boxes from moving. These guys must’ve cleaned out 60-70 boxes in my garage in 10 mins $150. They are very professional and courteous, and they move FAST!!! Best part is they charge by volume, NOT TIME, so they don’t milk the clock on you. Fantastic company and so helpful when you have a difficult task to accomplish that you don’t want to deal with. 5 stars!!!
