I was at the Henderson location and the part I was looking they couldn't give it to me until monday but they said to go to the north Las Vegas location. So I called and they told they had four potential trucks and so I drove to north Las Vegas from Henderson because I needed the part urgently because the air conditioning needed the blower motor. When I got the north Las Vegas location this unprofessional man was very rude and disrespectful. He told me no one had called that location and I was lying to him. On the phone they said I could take it off if I got there before one. The person on the phone said I had to pay only 25 dollars if I took it off personally. When I got there he said it was a closed yard and I couldn't take the part without paying 45 dollars. I would like for the owner to go check the calls that were recorded and find out who lied to me on the phone. The reason for that is because it is a very disrespectful and rude way of catching clients by lying to them. The man who was rude and disrespectful was named Robert and I dont think it is a good idea to have an unprofessional. liar in your business.

I went to the B&R in henderson to get a Quote for a engine for my Honda Pilot Zach Roberts Quoted me $1800 for it so I called the NL Vegas B&R Location to see if the could do a better on the price after talking to Luis in the B&R NL Vegas Location Luis Quoted me $1700 for the same Engine so he gave me a quote number & told me to just go back to henderson B&R location since it was close to my house and to Give them the quote number he had given me ... I went to the Henderson location payed the $1700 for the engine they gave my my recitp and told me to pick up my engine on Wednesday drove back home 20 minutes later Luis calls me and tells me that he had just gotten a Email saying that the engine I had just bought had a hole in the block and couldn't sell it to me and to go back to the Henderson location to get my Money back when I got there i told Zack that I had just gotten a called saying that I need to pick up the cash from the engine He then goes into the office and get the "Regional Manager " and the Ladie just starts goin off on me telling me that she knows what I'm doing & saying that ! Meaning like I'm trying do some sort of Scam then she tell me that the engine I had just bought they no longer have it and that she refuses to sell me anything I told her I didn't know what was goin on I tryed to explain what was goin On but she just kept yelling at me not letting me talk then she says if you want the engine we have the engine for $1800 Dollars then I told her that I had no clue was what was goin on because Luis had told me the "Engine was supposedly broken" and there she was telling me the engine was there for The take for $1800 after I had already paid for it recipt in my hand for $1700 ... then one of the workers from there told me that there wasn't anything wrong with the engine that the Regional Manager just didn't want to sell it to me when I had already bought it had the recipt and gone back home so she made Luis from the other store call me to lie to me & tell me there was something wrong with it smh ... she's super rude if anyone can provide me with her supervisors number or email I would really appreciate it .. people this rude shouldn't hold this type of position ... Worse experience ever wouldn't recommend anyone buying anything here the "Regional Manager " is the rudest person ever ! She treated my like a criminal and humiliated me in front of everyone there , hopefully I can get a hold of corporate or someone above her because a person ln that position should know better on how to treat customers I don't know if it was because my ethnicity or because my English wasn't as good as hers but nobody as ever made me feel as. Low as her ... I called both stores & now one wants to help give me a number of her supervisor or someone that I can speak to ...

Hes so lazy, when you ask for pricing he puts you on hold then hangs up on you. when you call back he instantly say on sec and puts you on hold and does it again! ive NEVER had good service here! The B&R in North Las Vegas has the absolute best customer service. Jose Moreno is very professional whether it's on the phone or in store. They handle there warranties and They never have a hassle or problem. B&R can just handle every situation i mean they are on it like white on rice. Even the parts are pressure washed and cleaned. If you are going to go to anywhere else this is definitely #1

I ordered a fuel pump in advance. When I went to pick it up as I looked at it I ask if that pump was for the car I asked for, he said YES. I even told him it looks different. After removing the entire gas tank I found out that the pump they sold me was the wrong one. I'll be returning it and going elsewhere I should have read the reviews before going there. What a waist of my time.

Steve and Martin at B&R are straight up lifesavers. Needed a coil pack and everywhere in town tried charging me$150. They hooked it up at $60 bucks! I couldn't even make it in time and they made sure they left it someplace safe for me so I could come by to pick it up after hours! Now that's customer service! They made a customer for life today. Getting good customer service at a salvage yard is probably not what too many people would expect. However, that is exactly what I received! I found the yard to be very organized and easily located the item I needed. Travis Tomblin was very helpful and even gave me a list of vehicles to start my search for the parts I needed for my 4-Runner. Everyone at the front desk was very courteous and respectful to the people they were helping out. Also I was very impressed that for being a salvage yard the front area was very clean! Travis and everyone else working there showed a high level of professionalism and pride in their work, which is often times hard to find in similar establishments. Well Done!

Okay so I've had my fair share of going to the junkyard but this recent time I felt like was an insult.... I have a 2008 car that needed a tail light (pretty simple request, right?) Unfortunately at the other junk yard they didnt have one. I decided to go to this junkyard and check to see if they had one. Upon giving the information about my car, the gentlemen begins to inform me that it's in a "private" lot and they dont let anyone in after 10am. (2:00pm when I went there) What's so private about a junk yard? Not like I'm asking for a whole entire engine. Not recommended for car parts.

I've never been to a junk before also I didn't know what to expect. I came across Beau and he's such an amazing person! If it wasn't for him I think I wouldn't be driving my car today. He was very patient with me (I have no knowledge of cars what so ever) he explained everything so well to me that I was able to fix my own car as well. The prices here are amazing! Beau is definitely my go to guy.

I visited this junk yard which is only 1 city block away from another junk yard named pick a part, u go in n pick your part then pull it yourself and proceed to cashier, after comparing yards and prices and inspecting the piece I needed I chose B&R wrecking yard because the cashier named Martin quoted me a price of 70$ for a Ford Mustang shifter unit, I did not need the whole unit I just needed the handle, he quoted me 10$ so I went back the following week and after over an hour in the heat pulling the part needed, the cashiers were hitting me up for the whole unit price of 70$ and after telling them they quote me 10$ they then want to charge me 40.00$ for the handle. It was like a total bait and switch , they not only LIED THROUGH THEIR TEETH ON THE PRICE, then actually insulted me by saying they thoughts I wanted a door handle....REALLY ? After advising Martin that I never do reviews but after my totally bad experience I planned on doing this review ( telling him in hopes to do what was right and that was to deliver on his price n word)? Martin chuckled and said go ahead my friend, Friend? Hardly I wouldn't send anyone to this place do yourself a justice n go on line n get cheaper or go to a more reputable junk yard ( this place actually tried saying their not a junk yard. Maybe they need to read the definition of junk yard . DO YOURSELF A SOLID AND STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCHISTERS

I love b and r and always get parts here . The parts are good but honestly the people working there are children . I stopped by today to pick up some Parts and 2 young girls and a young man spent 5 min arguing over some guy that is mad at her I was standing there trying to pick up my parts but they kept on talking about how she’s mad at him and he’s mad at her and that outside of work they don’t want to hangout and a lot of drama . I came to pick up 2 parts and spent around 50 minutes trying to pick up the parts because the workers there couldn’t decide who’s mad at who and which boy is mad at which girl. They need more professionally staff. Not have 3 young girls running the front desk. The front desk is the only place customers see and the lack of professionalism makes the whole company look bad .

First off they didn't have the right part then they wrote me a check for the money I paid for the part in cash not a check I took the check to the bank to cash the bank would not cash it said it was an unregistered check had to drive back to being our the eventually finally called the bank and made them cash it then the bank wanted charge me a $7.50 check cashing fee I will never ever go back there again

I have ordered from the Graham location twice and bothered times they called to confirm the parts arrived. I drove out on both occasions and found out they did not have all the parts. The first time the rear seats were not sent due to they had oil on them but when ordering them they claimed to be in good condition. They went to grab the front seats which were allegedly all stock, but when they got them for me they had tv screens in them which I did not want or need and would not have ordered. The second time I ordered away bars front and rear. They called said that they were in. Went to pick up. Took them 30 minutes and only the front had arrived. All paid for. They guy tells me he had to check the load pictures to see if it had arrived on the truck said he would call me back. A few weeks went by I called them. They claimed the salesman got fired but no one took over my order. I asked the sales person about my order and ask if I can bring it back to return it.. She says yes. I swing by and the sales lady says it to far out to return and can't get money credited but will give me yard credit. I tell them that I have never picked or pulled from their yard nor do I want to. I even explained that this was not my fault but their own sales person. They claimed they could not help me even after talking with manager. I left upset. It took me call to their head store and talked to another manager when they finally helped out. I will never order from them again! And will also tell others not to.

Guys for me it’s hard to explain what happened but I will be shortly, keep away from this junkyard, I paid money for some parts for Toyota Highlander And they told me to come back 2nd day, and I did but they didn’t pull up the parts yet , so I ordered more parts on 2nd day and they told me to come back tomorrow to get all the parts, and I did but the parts wasn’t ready again, really? You guys playing around with us like a bunch of kids , so I was waiting 5 days for the parts, so I was back on Monday and they told me that everything is ready, so when they brought the parts to me , I was laughing so hard because they was trying to give me everything wrong, So thanks god that I got my money back and I went to a dealer to order what I need, so never come back here I’m done with this guys,

I'm writing this as a last resort. I manage Ed's Transmission in Marysville, we buy a fair amount of parts. The sales/customer service has always been poor. I used to use Dustin, who started not answering if there was a problem or a bad part was sent. Then I started using Jordan, who also only cared about the sale only. He also pushed us to use credit card to "get the order going faster" although we always pay cash or check on arrival to inspect the part. On March 4th 2019 we purchased a transfer case from him for Chevrolet K3500 for $850. It shows up with a hole in the transfer case. I let him know and he says it's the only one he has. We open it up and I offer to repair it to get our customer on the road. Although I'm sure nobody else would accept this piece of junk. I emailed him pictures and informed him it needed $375 in parts. A rear case half, 2 forks, seal kit and synchro assembly. Plus labor. I told him refund me $250 so I can get it on the road. He agrees, I ask him if he would refund our card and he said yes. I followed up the next week and no reply. Called multiple times no answer. We finally call Steve who says he has to talk to a manager. Steve says jordan no longer works there and asks me to forward him the emails. Finally almost a month later I feel like I'm getting somewhere. I'm promised a refund and provide our card info. Still NO PARTIAL REFUND. Save yourself the headache from using B&R! LKQ and Gundies by far have better customer service!

The best person you can speak to there is Allen in the wholesale department this guy has the best customer service bar none. He does everything he can to help you with your car part buying and makes it as simple and seamless as possible. He’s also very honest and straight forward when it comes to doing his job and he does it with such ease. He’s my go to guy there! Needing to find numerous small interior “fixes” for a used vehicle I had recently purchased, I was successful in finding all but one item I needed. Bishop was extraordinarily pleasant, helpful, and informative in helping us to navigate the self pull lot and how their business operates with the varying options. The price was right and I left with a huge smile after a really very fun experience of seeking out, finding, and securing that which I needed. I highly recommend checking out B and R in North Las Vegas if you're looking for used parts for your car or truck. I live up in Oregon and usually go to the B and R locations up there but this past November I was down in Las Vegas for a few days and stopped in to see if they had some parts I needed for a couple projects trucks. I’ve been to the yard in Henderson a few times, but this was my first time at this location. Levi and Jose were both helpful and I was able to find quite a few parts I needed at reasonable prices. Sales associate is unprofessional! In the receipt, I ordered a white bumper but B&R delivered red. If only he had the courtesy by calling to verify with me if red is okay, there would not have been a problem with my refund. The refund is held due to the fact that they have to retrieve the item first. Simple lesson, why write on the receipt "white" when he meant not to follow it. For his information, receipts are written to avoid problems like returns, refund, and delivery confusions! What a disappointment...their fault and I get the brunt of their mistake. Customers, be careful... customer satisfaction is not a priority for B&R for as long as you pay, that's all they want.

My Girlfriend got into an accident recently and we have tried a few shops/junk yards around town and all were over priced and not willing to work with us, and so we found out about B&R online. I have been in the car business for about 40 years. I have never dealt with a more well run Salvage yard than B&R. They have taken it to a different level. Normally customer service is lost in salvage yards and are run by neanderthals. They have the insight to hire true sales people like Beau Mcdonald in Henderson who I refer anyone I know who is looking for used auto parts. I would never think of referring anyone but him to my clients and friends. Sometimes a person just "HAS IT" and Beau clearly does. He is usually slammed and dealing with 10 people at once. We went to B and R in Henderson for the first time and couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. We were there to pull our own parts and Beau at the front desk gave us a list of trucks and locations to check out. We ended up finding more parts than we had planned on and the agreed upon prices were very fair. We were from out of town and Beau even recommended a good place for lunch (Raising Cane's chicken fingers which was also excellent) If you ever find yourself needing parts and either want to pull them yourself or have someone else pull the parts for you I would highly recommend checking out B and R in Henderson! I had 26.40 hours of overtime and 13 hours of normal pay and 20+hour of PTO and this company has not paid me what they owe me. Terrible company.not only is there qaulity and efficientcy poor, but they treat there employees like garage. I would consider a different salvage yard if ur in need of used parts. One of the staff even showed me a car ahead of time before it was put out in the lot. They have fair prices and even give a good deal the more you buy. I really really wanted to leave a 5 star review... in fact, I did upon first calling. These guys seemed exceptionally organized and dedicated to providing good customer service. Jesus, the representative I was working with, seemed understanding of the timeline and delivery parameters I was working with. He was very friendly and seemed to want to go out of his way to help. I guess I posted my original review too soon because in the end, the window I badly needed was never mailed out. Apparently the item was misfiled in their system and they didn’t actually have it, but no one ever bothered to tell me that the order was cancelled, so I wasn’t able to get a replacement in time for my work trip requiring this vehicle. When I called about it a few days later, I was left hanging AGAIN by Jesus who was working on getting a replacement shipped out overnight from another location. We spoke several times throughout this whole process. The window never came. Jesus never followed up. I still don’t see a refund, which means I will have to call AGAIN. I’m most disappointed by the professional ruse these people put on... it makes me feel taken advantage of. I’d rather have one of those gruff guys who speaks directly and gets it done or otherwise doesn’t waste your time.

For as big of a yard as they are, they don't seem to have a lot of things in stock. I know it's subject to what they have received, but I have a '93 Chevy Suburban which accepts pretty much any Chevy part ever made, and every time I would go in here to see if they had a part I needed, they either didn't have it and would refer me elsewhere, or they had it at a different location and could ship it in a few days. For as common of a vehicle as I have, you would think they would have something there.

I work for a small used car draler ship and used LKQ most of the time untill they decided to stop there over the phone services, B&R are great as far as parts availability and pricing, but you never know what you're going to get since there is no parts verification before they ship them to you, and also there is no follow up service, if you have an issue everyone is going to try to transfer you to your original salesman and if he does answer the phone like Martin in the Henderson location who's notorious for never picking up, you will have to drive all the way over there. Bottom line is B&R are good but never get the parts shipped to your house because you will waste a lot of time .

This place misrepresents itself between actual parts listing priced on the net and priced when you're in person. Parts that are listed online below $50 such as door panels and such but when you go to actually buy it in person they'll refuse to sell it because it doesn't meet $50 minimum? Some parts you might as well buy new if they want to charge $50. Then there's the "you pull it" but when you go to actually pull the part you're not allowed to? Then when you call the 702 number you get some guy that's not even in the area code answering the phone. Also, they love to hang up on you especially when you're on hold.

Called for a transmission, guy over the phone said they have one in north las Vegas so I go under the impression I only need to pay and pick up, I get there and man there told me it was about 2 weeks wait, he was very helpful and nice. He said he could have me one shipped and arrive in 5 days due to long weekend. I go pick it up in henderson come to find out the casing is cracked, I get it things happen but the staff is so monotone and with horrible customer Service. He tells me he could have one for me tomorrow it's in North las Vegas, but the guy in north las Vegas had told me it was still in vehicle. So if I wouldn't had mentioned that i would have gone the next day to pick it up and been told it's not ready. Super unpleased. Now I have to drive all the way across town just to get my refund.

Customer service at both locations is fantastic. The yard in Napavine is huge, well organized, and safe. A large selection of vehicles. Don’t know where to start I bought a couple of parts for my car a rear quarter panel and rear light and a bumper for my a3 they called and said they where ready to be picked up I showed up and picked up my rear quarter panel and my bumper but they told me that my rear light have not came and they will Call when they come and I waited for a couple weeks and they said that they have still not come so I waited but never got a call,that was 6 months ago and I showed up last week and I talked to them and showed them the receipt they said I need to show proof that I never I got the lights well how if I never got the DAM taillights I was charged 500$ for the bumper and the quarter panel and paid 100$ for the taillights for a total of 600$ and I was charged for it and so I told that I would like my money back they said they can’t do a refund older then 30 days well I would expect my parts to come in 30 days but they just kept making up excuses so I told them I would like my money back they said they would call a manger or someone to see what they can do they told me that they would give me my money back and would call me on the same day to tell me that it was done I never got a call it’s been a week,at this point I would recommend not coming here because they are not helpful they have tons of staff but no work getting done everyone just standing around,you are better off going to a different wrecking yard then this one place is just ripping you off how hard is it to take a pair of taillights off a car,I also saw tons of people coming back with parts complaining about how they got the wrong parts from them,place sucks like why would you charge me 100$for my taillights but not give them to me it’s been 6 months and I still don’t have all of my parts and they proceeded to charge me for the stuff that I never received This place is a scam!! If I don’t get my call in a couple week I will go to the bank and just refund all the 600$ from their because i never received all the parts promised and it won’t be my problem anymore.

Purchased a 402 for my 1960 c-10 custom stepside, replaced all the normal stuff for a used running motor. Had oil coming out of the push rods, engine turned over by hand great. Put it in the truck put all my gear on, had it timed and the motor locked up.won't turn over at all now. 150 in gaskets and new stuff just down the drain!! I do solar here in Vegas I needed my truck running so my wife could have her car to get a job.

Looked up the car info found the part, paid. Three days later the part was here at my house. Very impressive since it was a State away and not local. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Customer service!!! Purchased a part from B&R over the phone to be shipped here. Michael Arnold said it would arrive on Monday. Didn't receive a confirmation call so I called and was told the part was here at this location ready for pickup. Next morning I drove over to B&R to pickup the part. Their computers were down so I waited 40 mins just to get them to find my order. I understand technical glitches happen so I was willing to bear with them. They found my order in the system and sent me over to the pickup gate. After pulling up to the gate I waited at least 25 mins before an employee came over saying he is still searching for the part. Another 25 mins minutes later he comes back saying he can't find it and asks me to wait some more. After waiting for OVER AN HOUR (plus the 40 minutes at the desk) I went back inside to the front desk. They apologized for wasting my time and said that the Spanaway location has it in stock. Told me that the Spanaway location will have it ready for pickup the same day. Wasted 2 hours of my time at B&R, plus gas and time wasted driving in traffic, and still NO PART! But it doesn't end here... The same day I go out to B&R in Spanaway to pickup the part as promised by the Puyallup location. After arriving the front desk lady was unable to find the order. After some explaining, the manager found the placed order and called the employee that talked directly with the Graham location. The employee said he didn't get around to pulling the part from the vehicle! Manager Jacob Brooks apologized on behalf of this location and said that they will go get it done now. After waiting for some time, Jacob comes back and delivers me the news that the vehicle which had the part in it was crushed!! He apologized again and said if he was able to he would issue me a partial refund and get another one shipped in asap, but unfortunately he doesn't have the authority to do so and I would have to contact Michael Arnold for such a request. More wasted hours, gas, stuck in traffic coming home, and STILL NO PART!!! I contacted Michael to see what options I have. I explained to him the situation, all the time and gas I had wasted and that this part including gas alone is coming up very expensive due to their repeat mistakes!! Michael said he can get another part in at the end of the week Friday. I said that I will only go through with it if they issue me a partial refund. Michael said the most he is able to refund me is $50 from the $300 + Tax I paid. I figured that $50 will cover most of the gas I ended up burning due to B&Rs repeat mistakes and empty promises. So I agreed to it. Friday comes, no promised confirmation call therefore I got there Saturday morning. After a long wait, they said it was there and I can pickup at the gate. They bring out the Rear differential part which I ordered but it was still connected to the complete axle! I specifically said many times over the phone to Micheal Arnold that I ONLY want the diff (NOT the complete axle) to which he said that is possible to do. I relay this again to the employee and he asks me to help him take out the part! After some explaining, he took care of it with another employee which took some time of sitting and waiting. FINALLY I HAVE THE PART!! Two weeks later I still didn't receive the promised refund. I gave Michael a call back to ask why it hasn't come through. He told me they won't be issuing a refund because it was delivered on time! A week later with empty promises is NOT ON TIME! He continued to refuse issuing the PROMISED refund and said he can't do anything about it. They will do anything to take your money, including making EMPTY promises. I didn't understand why B&R has such high reviews with such horrible service, but a week ago a buddy of mine received FREE Parts from B&R, upon asking them why, they told him to just leave a 5 star review for them. Now THAT is how B&R has such good ratings. Because they BRIBE folks to make them look good! FAKE REVIEWS, SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY, BUY ELSEWHERE!

This place is has a great sorting system, the part I was looking for was easy to find. David the guy who helped me is amazing, he was able to direct me to exactly what I needed. i have been using B&R since 2016. i work at a small car lot that is over 100miles away from this location. but the service that Cole Bartley goes out of his way to provide me keeps me coming back despite the distance. Cole along with the other staff are knowledgeable and friendly. they are always willing to work with my staff and i and always get us the right part quickly and for a great price. from engines to trim parts Cole and the team at B&R are always my first call. thank you to the B&R team and thank you to Cole for always giving outstanding service.

Great prices. For the WRONG parts . Have fun trying to get your money back. And forgot about getting your core back. Way to inconvenient for the Clerk. A whole weekend d and 100 miles . Not even an apology. NEVER AGAIN. I wish there were negative stars incompetence.

I really don't know how this is rated a 4.6. The service here really is not good at all. The one in Las Vegas is much better service and nicer with the customers.
